If AI can replace you, you weren’t coaching — you were performing.
This conversation cuts deep into:
- the collapse of surface-level coaching
- the addiction to distraction
- why people feel more lost than ever
- the rise of soul-level leadership
- why presence, truth, and emotional depth are now non-negotiable

Coaching in the last 10 or 12 years, 15 years, has been progressively more commoditized and trashed. Welcome to the show. Tired of the hype about living the dream? It's time for truth. This is the place for tools, power and real talk so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life. Subscribe, share, create. You have have infinite power. Hey there. Welcome to your ultimate life. It's so much fun for me to do this podcast and especially since I've added the Thursday episodes. It's been several weeks now and we've done maybe 10 of them and that means I've had the opportunity to have 20 different coaches on and this is a Friday episode. The Tuesday episodes are usually when I have one guest and we talk about how they are creating that ultimate life purpose, prosperity and joy.Fridays is typically this me a solo episode and I talk about important things of the day, stuff that's going on, and we're going to do that today.About 10 weeks ago or something, I added a Thursday episode talking about coaching and the rise of AI and what the way I decided to structure Thursday was me and two coaches that I'm talking to and they don't know each other, just coaches. I mean, I know hundreds. And so we're going to do this for maybe a year, maybe longer. We'll see.But the, the purpose of Thursday is to give coaches a chance to reflect on AI, artificial intelligence, all the different ones. There's Grok and Claude and of course Chat, GPT and Perplexity and all the rest. And I don't know the names of the rest of them off the top, but it's really surprising to me. Really surprising to me. The, the, the fantastic ways that this amazing tool is being used. It's also really funny to hear the different ways people describe their relationship with the tool.I mean, we've all seen the movies, right, where someone starts to have a relationship with a robot, especially one that's all dressed up to look like a human. And you know, they get better and better and pretty soon people start get scary. You can't tell the difference. We're obviously way far from that.At least I think maybe there's secret stuff going on in labs we don't know about, but that doesn't matter. What I want to talk about is your ultimate life. Are you happy? Do you have everything you want? You know, when I ask people two questions, they stumble. Question number one is what do you want now? Often there's a pause. Sometimes there's just a pop out Answer. I want a bunch of money.I want to have all the money in the world or so much money I never have to work again or never have to worry about money. Or another real fast one that comes out is I want freedom. Nobody has any call on my time.Sometimes depending on the life situation, they'll say, I want help. Somebody's been struggling with, you know, a health situation or taking care of somebody.I want health for my kid or my spouse, you know, my, my partner or whatever. Those are all easy to, to immediately say and they're nowhere near deep enough. Like, what do you really want if you think about yourself?I just did an exercise with chat. GPT is the one that I use most. And I have some goals that are the next 12 month goals because as you know, my new year starts October 14, which is now, I don't know, a month and a half ago or so. And every October 14th I set new goals and they're not really New Year's resolutions.I have a vision and then I have a mission and then I have smaller goals. The vision for my life. And I want you to think about this because when we talk about creating your ultimate life, at least what I mean is way beyond this week, this month, and even this year, the vision for your life. Now, right now we live in Canada, but Joy and I are both dual national and so we're quite aware of the political skullduggery that's going on in the US Right now.As I record this, the government shutdown in the United States, or partial shutdown, whatever it is, is still going on and people are not getting paid and some public assistance is not being funded and it's a real catastrophe. So right now, when someone says ultimate life, they might be thinking of right now, near term, if I'm in an accident and I've got a car on my leg, you know, the only thing I'm thinking about is get the car off my leg. Yeah, I know we're talking about something bigger and longer than that because it's always the case that the near term problems eventually end. This too shall pass. The night will end, however dark it is, and there will be light in the morning. You know, the sun always comes up. So I'm taking that point of view. There's a lot to be said about the struggles, but that's the topic for a different episode. One of those things, for example, no matter how crappy the thing that happens is, you can say, what awesomeness can I make out of this mess? We're not talking about that today I want to talk about what it takes to get your ultimate life. You might, I don't know. Do you believe you can have purpose, prosperity and joy, like, all at the same time? That's a really interesting question and one that I have conversations with, with people a lot. And most people awkwardly answer it at best. Or some will say, yes, oh, yes, of course you can have it.And then I'll say, well, what does that look like for you? And they can't really say it. And after they think about it for a while, they can say it. But my.My question for you is, if you are creating the ultimate life for yourself, you have to know what it is right this minute. If I'm taking a class in college, if I go back to school and I want to take a university class, and this, that and the other, and someone says, what's the goal? I already know instantly. It's either just to learn the stuff, or it's to get an A.Or it's to barely get through and pass like you already know and you can, you know that right away. And for me, it's always getting A, because I don't like getting anything less than that. But somebody else might just say, I just want to learn stuff.I don't care what my grade is. And that's a fair approach too. Although if you get a crappy grade, maybe you would question about whether or not you actually learned the stuff. But that's a different. A different thing, right? So what is your ultimate life?I'll tell you what mine is and then I'm going to ask you to fill this in my mission this year, last year, ending six or eight weeks ago, I don't know. This episode's coming out in end of November. So six weeks ago, my episode or my goal six weeks ago was to reach 300 million people with a message. And the message you've heard, if you've listened these episodes, is of your own worth, divinity, meaning you're a child of God, wi worth identity, which is your heritage. And the P, W, I P O S. P is your possibility, which is infinite. Ownership is O, which means you own your life, and S with sovereignty. So W I P O S. I wanted to reach 300 million people with that message. Now, I don't know exactly how close we came. We have had, you know, it's really difficult to tell.I know we reach millions, tens of millions, and even over a hundred, maybe 200. I don't know if we quite reach 300, but I don't Care. And the reason I don't is because it is the activity of going all in with everything that I had every day to do that mission that changed who I am, and it changes how I show up every day. And I like that. I love that. So six weeks ago, I set a new goal, and in the years before that, I just been raising numbers. This year I changed it.I'm not raising the number this year. I want to nurture those 300 million people. What does nurture mean? Well, you know, you plant a garden, you got to nurture it.You weed it, you put miracle grow on it or whatever.I've never been particularly handy at that and haven't learned those skills, but I know what it means to nurture means to take care of, to assess and provide the needs to create health and growth and that kind of thing. And it's kind of a tender word. You think about it with, you know, we just got a small kitten that was, I forgot, just a few weeks old, eight weeks old, I think, really tiny. And Joy just took it to the doctor today. And of course, she's gained a lot of weight and, you know, quite a bit longer because little kittens grow pretty fast. So she's growing, and that's all good. And we're nurturing her special kitty food, high calorie, high density, making sure we don't step on her. That was really an issue when she was really small, and she's dark gray, so it was hard to see, and a little bit dim, shadowy, all that kind of stuff. So we had to take care to nurture her. Well, that's an example of nurture, and you know what that means. So my goal is to nurture these 300 million people with not only the message but the method. How do you create that ultimate life? Because so many people tell the story of, I'm stuck where I am. I'm stuck in my job.I'm stuck with the income I have. I'm stuck with the health I have. I'm stuck in limited possibilities. And I. It hurts my heart really a lot. And the reason is because I used to.I believe that when I was making a lot of money in the corporate world, I. I felt really, you know, proud of myself for making a lot of money in the corporate world. But I was not happy. I was not a happy person. And if you've read either Tightrope of Depression or listened to some other episodes, you know the stories that have come from that. And in the last 18 years, since 2007, I've done nothing at all but work on this ultimate life thing. And I live there now.And in getting to this place of where I live a life every day of purpose, prosperity and joy, then my next immediate goal is, I want to help you have that. I want to help you have it. I've got courses about how to create time and how to create products. If you choose to sell products, about how to build relationships, about how to love yourself, how to forgive yourself from things that you may have done or that others may have done to you, forgive them to clean your heart and your energy out. All kinds of things. How to make, how to grow businesses, how to make products, how to make money. All of those things are elements of creating a life of purpose, prosperity and joy. And because I'm trying to help 300 million people nurture them, nurture you to get there. That's why I create all this stuff. One of the things that's come to mind really powerfully lately is this radical shift in coaching, which is why I started that Thursday episode interviewing two coaches a week. And I think coaches are going to be history, gone, out of business, except the top few percent, maybe 5%, maybe only 3.And the reason is because coaching up to now has been an act of performance. Now, if you go to maybe you remember high school drama or you've seen auditions for either speaking or dramatic presentations or musical orchestras or something, people that audition, you know, there's fear and they're worried and some people are bold and some people make mistakes and some people stumble. The act of auditioning is uncomfortable often. Right. And maybe it's been for you also, and you have some memories of that. Most coaching that has gone on in the world in the last 10 years and especially since the start of COVID in the last 20 to 25, six years, is abysmal, quite frankly. It's abysmal. People run out and they get a certification in this or that modality. I saw, I still see ads on Facebook.Become a life coach, you know, and they show a beach chair coach from anywhere, make money, blah, blah, blah. No, you won't. And no, that's not true. And that's a lie and false and makes me upset. Become a leadership coach. Coach executive teams nonsense.I was one of those C suite stuff, you know, it's just not true. When you're in a position of authority, you only listen to people that you believe have something for you.And just because someone hangs a shingle and took a few classes and got a certain, maybe they're trained in A little NLP or some listening methodologies and reflective listening and a bunch of stuff like that doesn't make you a coach at all. Because coaching is not a list of activities, questions, frameworks, not just accountability. That's just horrifically not even the base layer. Okay? And all you have to do is look at sports. Okay, Right this minute, as we record this, the sixth game of the World Series is tonight. Now, by the time you hear this, it'll be over. And whether Toronto won or the LA Dodgers one will all be history and in the record books. But tonight, because I'm. Joy and I are both dual national, right? But I'm living in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, so I'm rooting for the Blue Jays.Dodgers won last year anyway. And besides that, yeah, I got a problem with some of the stuff going on in California, so it kind of makes me not so inclined to root for the Dodgers. But anyway, whatever, setting all that aside, I'm rooting for Toronto. And if you look at the, the different positions, pitching, catching fielders, runners, you know, all of the thing. And you want all of the parts of the game and you watch the coaches, you know, they show pictures of coaches and you see them, their faces, and sometimes you see them talking to the players. And it's interesting to watch those interactions. Those interactions are very intimate. The conversations are very connected. They're deep, they're.They're only about the thing that matters right now.Maybe it's mindset, maybe it's a technique, maybe it's, you know, one of the performative aspects of, of swinging the bat around the bases or throwing the ball or whatever. But what, what you can see is the energetics are connected. And that's the most important part of coaching. It always has been. But up to now, coaching in the last 10 or 12 years, 15 years, has been progressively more commoditized and trashed. And it has become full of fakes, practitioners who are trying and maybe they mean well and so forth, but they haven't really worked on themselves. They haven't overcome their own issues, problems, areas of imposter syndrome, how they're showing up in the world, what they believe about themselves, what they believe is possible. You know, they haven't lived. They're not living the life that they're trying to help their client create. They're not living in the truth of what they're giving their client. And I'm not saying everybody that coaches, a business owner has to have made more money than the business owner, because most of the problems that I see Even when I'm coaching, people that own business aren't in the business expertise, they're in the mindset, they're in the courage, they're in the, you know, the belief system. Now there are certainly things to learn about marketing, about copy, about language, about writing ads, about product selection, about how to take care of customers, about how to manage teams, leadership. There's all kinds of specifics, areas that can and need to be worked on. But the most important thing is the leader. Who's leading? Who is he?Who's he being? So anyway, let's get back to the second question that nobody ever can answer because this ties into that. Number one is what do you want? And we talked about that at length. And you know, the other question is, who are you? Who are you? People can't answer that question. They stop, they, they stumble. They realize that they're supposed to. And there's that word, supposed to. I hate that. You probably do too. They're supposed to say something profound or whatever and they default to roles.Well, I'm an accountant. I am a dad. I am, you know, I'm a YouTube star. I'm a, I'm an influencer.I'm a, you know, that didn't even used to be a job, but now lots of kids, you hear them ask, what do you want to do? Oh, I want to be an influencer. Okay. It's a real thing, right? It's actually a thing. And they make boatloads of cash and there's so many. The highest growth in millionaires are between 18 and 25. I think, I think I read that somewhere. But anyway, so they talk about it in terms of either position, role, you know, some flavor of that and that has to do with what you're doing. And so this goes back to all of those things that I talked about that someone might need to learn to run a business or run it more effectively.Increase top line revenue, increase profit, decrease fixed overhead, decrease cost, decrease risk. All of those things are activities. But the most important thing beyond the activity is who is doing the activity.A clear example is if I am a leader and I've had a lot of leadership roles when I was in different corporations, who's the leader now? One way to be a leader is to tell everybody what to do.And you know, your own insecurities show up and so you're not open, you don't listen very well, your authority can't be challenged. You're the boss type, leader one way. And you've probably worked for some of those I have. And then there are other kind of leaders who you, you love to follow. I had one of those too. Really enjoyed best boss I ever had in the years when I had a boss, best boss I ever had.Open, inquisitive, interested as well as interesting, very capable at the job and as a leader. So that person was being a leader. So that is the most important characteristic. So when I ask you, who are you?Instead of answering with roles, I want you to think deeper than that, deeper than that. You might say I'm a spiritual being having a physical experience that's closer to the truth than I'm an accountant.Because the physical experience that we're having is all over the place. There's physical things, there's health, health things, financial things, family things. All these experiences comprise our existence, who we are.So I encourage you to spend some time right now and over the next few days answering the question for yourself at a deeper and deeper level, who are you? What I know about myself is I. I am infinite and eternal. I have existed and I will exist. I know I'm a son of God.I know I choose to be a disciple and friend of Jesus Christ. But those are choices. That's a choice that I made. Being a son of God, I can't do anything about. I choose also to say and be. I am my word.I speak only truth. I do what I say. I am who I seem with no camouflage, duplicity or guile. That's a really important statement to me because at an earlier period in my life, none of that was true at all. And so deciding who you are and then living true to that declaration affects your job.It affects whether or not you get hired, promoted, make more money, have good relationships. It affects your health and well being. It affects your mental health and well being. It affects a lot of things. So those two questions, who are you?And what do you want? I would propose and offers possibility. They're the two most important questions you could answer yet. They're the ones we spend the least amount of time on.We're worried more about getting to work and making some cash and what I'm going to do this weekend, working for the weekend, hoping we got enough money at the end of the month, all of that crap. And I know that because I've lived in that frame and had for years and I don't anymore and it's way more fun.So I've done both and I can tell you which is more fun. So let's go back to things that are going on right now. And coaching.Because one of the things about coaching really is like, again, the athlete, an athletic coach. It isn't just about learning the skill, swinging the bat, catching the ball or pitching. It is about the mental frame, the belief, the spirit, the internal stuff. That's the thing that matters, right? When you're in the right mindset, you can do anything. You've seen players, they're in the zone, they're in the right mindset, everything is working right. Other times they're uptight, you know, they miss. It doesn't matter if you golf or do whatever, overthink. You've heard that a million times. So that's the foundational framework. Now let's go back to what I was talking a little bit about, coaching. The reason the coaching industry is going to be completely gutted and gone, except for the very top percent, is because this new technology that we're calling AI, although it's not intelligent at all, but it's the most awesome researcher and has the ability to accumulate and present and write, writes beautifully. And so it can research and write and give us information way faster than you can, or I can way faster. Right. And if you learn, it's really important to learn to give it, you know, good prompts and ask good questions, then it'll blow your mind. Well, what that does for coaches is all of the work, 100% of the work that has to do with information you provide.Coaching questions, all of that stuff, holding space, even offering encouragement, chatty, will blow you out of the water. It can offer emotional, empathetic, powerful, encouraging language way better than you can because its vocabulary is infinite. And it can go research and does all the literature that's powerful in the world and come back and say stuff that you're going, wow. So what that means is the only thing left for coaches, me and all the rest is that ability to connect and get right to the heart of the matter. That's it. Right to the truth, right to the depth. And that's what I was seeing as coaches, and I see it on lots of sports teams, But I saw it in conversations in the baseball games I've been watching over the last few days. That relationship is developed over time. It's not disconnected. It's not just a series of questions or a framework or some tools. There has to be trust. There has to be deep trust and a powerful connection between whoever's coaching, whatever they're coaching, and the person being coached. So that depends on two things. It depends on the skill of the coach. It depends on the skill of the coachee, like if you maybe. And I'm sure, oh, I don't know, I've done this.Got into a situation where I could have received powerful help and coaching, but I was either pissed off or afraid. And so it didn't amount to anything because I wasn't listening. I wasn't open. One of the coaches that I interviewed the other day for an episode that's probably already out, they said, you know, less than 1 in 20 people are really open to these messages. And the messages were of growth, of the possibility of AI, of coaching, of getting to your ultimate life, all that. And I said, I find the same thing. Not that people don't want it. Oh, yeah, I want it. But we all want the easy button. Ding, ding, ding. I want it to come in an Amazon box, right?I use that because we get Amazon all the time. Everything's delivered. I don't know about you, but we do that a lot. And, you know, I've never found a gold bar in one of those or a package of silver, like, you know, big cash or a big happiness button that makes you happy. That's always from the inside. And so when you go thinking about the coaching profession, here's what I think. If you are not a coach and you are trying to create your ultimate life, where are you getting advice or help? Because if you're getting your advice and help from YouTube, TikTok and all the rest, probably not going to work. Now, there's lots of YouTube videos that are good. I've got a thousand up. A lot of other good coaches have got things up and they're helpful. They are.But there's never going to be anything, whether it's on YouTube or the screen of ChatGPT that equals or carries the power of a true human connection, of someone who cares about you, who is empathetic, who's actually on your team and wants you to win as bad as you do. A good coach will do that.In all the exchanges that I've had, And there's been 5 thousands upon thousands with chat GPT, especially as I wrote this book, I mean, I don't know how many hundreds, maybe a thousand hours of research and interaction as I talked about, you know, the capabilities that we're developing in different coaching methods and all that kind of stuff, never once did I get a feeling of that it really wanted me to succeed or that it really wanted anything. It did a great job with fantastic words, encouraging, powerful, you know, just awesome language that the language moved me because language is powerful. But I Didn't get a sense at any moment that that essence which is code of chat GPT had any want for me at all. So that's why it's gonna. Its ability to do all that other stuff is gonna wipe out the middle. And by middle I mean all the way up to 95%. Coaching is toast. But if you want to stay in the game, you got to be in that percentage where real connection is powerful. Now we've talked for over a thousand episodes about creating your ultimate life.I look you right in the eyes with all the love in my heart and tell you that it's absolutely possible for you to have it purpose, prosperity and joy every day. And I don't care what's going on around you, don't care who wins what election, what the government does or the weather or anything else.Because contentment and happiness comes from inside. So when things happen that I don't want, I say, what's the masterpiece I can make from this mess? I ask that out loud. Why? Because it's fun.No, it isn't what I wanted. I got a letter from the Canada Revenue Agency which is like irs. I don't go into doom scrolling or doom saying. I just say hey, this is a game. What are we going to play? What are we going to do? And I choose to live that way every minute of every hour of every day. I serve my clients that way. I help them lift and build. And you know what it creates success. Products created, books written, companies started, millions of dollars in income is possible. And it's way more possible when we are in that place of positive belief. So my if you want to cut years off your learning curve, if you want to cut years off your implementation of any kind of growth, grow your business, grow your income, increase your top line revenue and profit, decrease your overhead, your fixed costs and your risk, make cash, make an impact in the world, change lives starting with your own. The best way that I know how to do that is to get a good coach. One of those that are or will be in this top 5% who are in it with you and who are not in the least bit worried about performing. See, one of the cool things about Chatty is it doesn't care what you think. Right? It doesn't. It doesn't.It's not like worrying about what you think like people are and when we approach others and we talk to them, but half of our mind is busy worrying about what we're thinking or they're thinking, that means the conversation is inauthentic and Everybody feels it and it's that superficial garbage. So here's what I'm saying for you today. Want to get your ultimate life? Get a good coach.Number one, if you are a coach, then you got to get to that 5%. Now, here's some ways to, to look at that. I don't.Some of the coaches that I've interviewed, interviewed in the last few episodes don't even use the word coach. I'm not a coach. They've used the word soul guide. Okay, I'll go with that. Because we're not just people. We don't just have a quarterly or yearly objectives. We don't just have KPIs, we don't just have income goals. You see over and over again that people aren't happy. They make money and commit suicide. They make money and then the relationships fall apart. They make money and their kids hate them. You see zillions of those examples. So obviously to happiness and the ultimate life, there's a lot more to that. So I want you to think about this idea of a soul guide. Who is your soul guide? Now? You can say, I don't need one. Then my question to you is, are you living the ultimate life right now? If you're not, you need a soul guide. I can pretend you don't and say, well, you know, you can find it some other way, go ahead. But if you want to cut years off your learning, off your growth curve, you know, get a soul guide or a coach, a good one, one of those top, top, top tier ones, because they can cut years off your business growth, years off your soul growth, years off your happiness growth, all kinds of that. And you can tell by talking to someone for half an hour, an hour, where they're at in that spiritual, emotional context. It used to be in business for many of the years that I was in business and executive leadership. You can't bring personal crap to work. Leave that crap at home when you come to work, leave it at the door. You know, that kind of thing. And that is utter nonsense. Utter nonsense. You see it on the athletic field, and I go back to that because it's so obvious. If a person's got a personal problem, tragedy, or some other thing going on in their life and they're out there trying to play. Commentators are busy. Yeah, so and so, you know, they're not there. They're missing this and that, and they just had this happen and it's obvious. So you can't separate that. And pretending that you can is just robbing you of the Experience of a full and powerful life. So there's a crisis going on right now. It's a crisis of surface living. The noise, the news, dopamine loops, algorithmic living. I get up, I look at the phone, I cruise into the day. I drink my coffee, I get to work.I yell at the traffic. I get off at work because my colleague hasn't done their piece of the project. I'm uptight because the boss is coming in.You know the drill if you've lived that. And on and on, so and so sick again. I got to pick up their crap. I got to work an extra shift. You know. You know that if you're an entrepreneur, oh, I was going to do this. The product didn't work. Oh, nobody's, you know, opting into my opt in page. Nobody's landing. Nobody's picking up my lead magnet.I spoke and no one came up and talked to me afterwards. What's wrong with me? Oh, I'm tired of working. Am I even going to make it? Am I worth all this? Is anybody going to listen?I just finished this book, and nobody gives a crap. Like, you know, the endless stream of stuff, whether you have a job or whether you don't. Even if you're a parent. I'm sucking as a parent.I wonder if my kids are going to be okay. I wonder if I screwed that. I wonder if my screwed that up. I wonder if my teenager is going to ever talk to me again.Like, every one of those things is normal. And they're all things we can get past easily and quickly. And one of the things I'm grateful for about this monstrous change that happening with AI is all the garbage about soul guides. Coaches, whatever you want to call them, is going to be torn out of the middle and tossed in the scrap heap. And I am so grateful for that. And if that's you, if you're looking for a good coach, make sure that you, you know, you trust your gut. Like, you talk to somebody, they really feel like they give a crap, and they're going to take you where you want to go. Like, you need to know that. And if you are a coach, you can't pretend that this isn't going to change your world. You can't pretend that you. Well, it's just the human touch, and I just have to show up. You're full of crap.If you're not clawing your way up the mountain of growth every day, all the time, then you're going to be left in the dustbin of history. One of the Things that makes the coaching profession so needed right now.I just saw a post from the CEO of Nvidia and he was talking about the awesome opportunity of AI right now.He said that, you know, we're less than $200 billion of investment into what's going to be a multi trillion dollar industry and Therefore less than 10% of the build out has even begun to be completed. And that means a staggering opportunity not only for investment, but for creativity and growth. And then he said, your worry isn't that your job's going to be taken by AI, it's that your job's going to be taken by someone who knows how to use AI better than you do. And I just thought that was a, a thud, you know, a big true and right point. So right now, careers are changing, there's upheaval in the market, the work market that's going to create family and relationship upheaval. If there was ever a time to go get that soul guide, man, I am, I have that. I always have that.Because in my opinion, a coach without a coach is a fraud. Because that means that you think you don't need to be on the mountain of growth.I don't want a coach that's not working on that and I hope you don't either. So if you're a coach, you need to get busy because this change is going to take your job. If you're not, this AI change is going to take your job.And who's going to take it is somebody that knows how to use these tools better, faster and is more open to this than you are. Two of the coaches that I interviewed in the last little while talked about it just had exactly to do with age.One said, well, my first thought was I was just curious, wow, what's this going to bring? Another one said, oh, I tried to avoid it as long as possible. Had directly to do with which generation they were in. Right?Leaning in is a way to get to your ultimate life. Loving yourself is a way to get to your ultimate life. Forgiving everyone, everything is a way to get to your ultimate life.Lean into the changes that are happening. All of this technology is wonderful and if you don't know that, that's just because you're not in it enough. And I'm talking about deep use of this astounding tool. And yeah, it hallucinates and yeah, it's programmed to be nice and pet you and stuff. So tell it to quit.Like, I'm not going to do an episode right now on how to use AI. Although one of the things that the Nvidia CEO said is there's going to be more millionaires in the next five times.More millionaires from AI than there ever was from the Internet. And we know the Internet created tons of millionaires, tons of them, he said.Five times more from this AI So this episode has been over about a lot of things. AI is coming and it's here. Get busy with it and get to learn it.If it's going to affect your work and it will in a dramatic way, be front and center about learning how to use it and get over this whole fear nonsense. If there was ever a time to need a coach or a soul guide man, it is now, right now, this next two to four years staggering requirement. And in order to be the kind of coach that matters at all in that fast changing environment, you have to be anchored in the process of growth. Because all of this stuff that's happening is about growth, adaptation. And if you're struggling with fear and you are full of doubts and all those voices in your head and they're keeping you from taking action, you're toast. And that's a doom prediction. But the other half is you don't have to be because the levers are in your hands. You're learning your opportunity, your capability is within your hands. And you know, how come I know you can do this?Because clear back at the beginning, I talked about your worth, which is infinite, your identity, which is divine, your possibility, which is beyond your wildest dreams. Ownership, which is you own, your life and sovereign, which means you control everything that comes into your heart and your life. And if you don't understand what I'm saying right now, or if you don't, you're not living a life of full joy. And if you're looking for the kind of help you need to get there, get it. I'm confident in your ability to create. I don't know what you're doing with it.I'm confident in my ability to love you and bless you if you're willing to learn. One of the things I notice is that when you get a person that says they want to be coached and, you know, start to work with you, and then the first thing you want to do is argue for limitations and tell you why everything that you're seeing as the mirror is wrong. Because. And yeah, well, don't be that. This is the time for change and growth if there ever was since you or I took our first breath.I want you to leave this episode with absolute confidence.
