AI isn’t destroying the coaching industry — it’s revealing it.

For years, most coaches have been operating inside frameworks, scripts, and surface-level strategies… and calling it transformation. But now, AI can do all of that faster, better, and cheaper.

So what’s left?

In this episode, Kellan delivers a brutally honest breakdown of what’s actually happening beneath the surface — and why the majority of coaches are about to disappear.

This isn’t about tools.

This is about truth.

Key Takeaways:

  • Why 95% of coaches may be out of business by Christmas
  • The collapse of framework-based and information coaching
  • What AI is already better at than most coaches
  • The three types of coaches emerging right now:
  • The dismissers
  • The efficiency adapters
  • The deep adapters
  • Why “human connection” is no longer enough
  • The difference between talking transformation vs. being transformation
  • The rise of embodied coaching and identity-level change
  • Why mid-tier coaching offers ($2K–$10K) are disappearing
  • The commoditization of:
  • Information
  • Expertise
  • Strategy
  • The only thing AI cannot replicate: lived energetic truth
  • Why most personal growth tools are just temporary “band-aids”
  • What it actually takes to become a coach people will pay premium for
  • The shift from teaching → transmission
  • Why your presence is now your only product

Replaced by robots. Are you kidding? Welcome to the show. Tired of the hype about living the dream? It's time for truth. This is the place for tools, power and real talk so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life. Subscribe, share, create. You have infinite power. Welcome to this Thursday edition of your ultimate life.I started this edition six months ago to explore with some real coaches. As you know, if you've watched them, what's going on with AI and of course the background. I've got a couple of coaches podcasting with a robot.Yeah, fun background. So I the questions we've been talking about are this, are they using AI? And if they are, how are they using it?What are they noticing and what do you notice that it's really good at? What do you notice that it sucks at or is not good at? You know, where it either makes mistakes or is certainly not helpful. We've been talking about opportunities that it will create and some threats like what are the problems that you see that it could create. And those have been really interesting discussions. If you haven't listened to those, we have about 26 or 27 because we started back in September of 25, right before the book came out, Coaching and the Rise of AI. Now if you don't have that book, you should that that is the most important book written about coaching and AI so far.I'm not knowing what anybody else is going to write, but this book right here, Coaching and the Rise of AI, the best book in the world right now about what's happening there specific to the coaching industry. Now I'm not writing, we're not having these conversations to talk about theory, coaching theory or anything like that because that's not what we're doing. The discussions with these coaches have been really informative and it's real world. It is like rubber meets the road, boots on the ground, real life stuff. Which is why I've had, you know, upwards of 50 coaches in that conversation. And my intent right now is to go on till about this coming September, so another six months, so there'll be another 50 coaches. And what I want to talk about today is real, the forward piece, like what do we see happening?I did a episode a couple of three weeks ago on, also on Thursday, talking about six months in and I just felt compelled to do another one. I didn't think that was deep enough or long enough to do that and I didn't want to do a 90 minute episode. So this whole process, especially these Thursday episodes, was not designed to just Be observation, but it's designed to be also part observation, part prescription, but from the, from the field, right from the real world, people that are using it.And what I've noticed, really surprised at the range I've had some people say, you know, I'm a late adopter, I'm not really doing much with it, also including, well, you know, writing emails and you know, little marketing language. And then I've also had coaches that say, you know, I'm having, I'm having these AI things take summaries and then I'm reviewing them, sending them to clients so that we can have touchstones and touch points. And that's just a more effective and more thorough way of, you know, a coach taking notes during a session and sending them observations afterwards.I always encourage clients to take notes because me taking notes for a client, I don't find that helpful because it's what I remember, what I considered memorable in the session. And what's important is what you, the client consider memorable. What happened to you internally? It's not about tricks and tips.I teach a series of seminars now. I'm teaching two 52 week seminars right now at different points in the 52 week curriculum. And they're, they're coming at the topic that I'm teaching in those classes. The topic's not important. It's about business growth and acceleration. But anyway, what I do in those is, in both of them is talk about application.Everything for me is rubber meets the road. Because everything else is just, we're talking about a thing over there. Oh yeah, isn't that interesting? And I don't find that kind of conversation helpful very often or very much. What I do find helpful is, oh, wow, look at that. What does that mean to me? What am I going to do different? If anything, I see that that's not for me.I'm not going to do anything. Okay. But when I read my email in the morning, after I've done my morning creation process, DCP that you guys know about, daily creation process. And if you don't ask me, Kellenflukermedia.com use the contact form.Kellenflukermedia.com Use the contact form and ask me because I've got a morning creation process that will make you a million dollars and change your life. It works for me, works for clients. If you want it, you can, we can talk about it. You can have it.All right, so what I want to do now today is think about this. What I've seen in these six months and the prediction Going forward in a deeper and from a different point of view than we did a couple of weeks ago, I never said or thought or imagined that coaching would disappear. What I am saying and I am seeing now is most coaching models will become obsolete. And the reason for that is simple. It's not complicated. Most coaching models revolve around frameworks, questions, structure, especially things like ICF coaching, you know, the goals and specific deliverables. That's great for the sort of corporate environment, executive teams and things, but that's going to disappear and it's going to disappear violently and quickly because that sort of work is easy for AI to do and do better. In the six months that I worked on writing, researching and writing the book, from May, May, June, July, August, September, October, May through October last year, I saw the capacity of the LLM that I was using. Double and then double again. And by capacity, I mean its ability to, to listen deeply, to keep things sorted and separate, to bring forward things that were relevant, to ignore the trivial and focus on what's important and to provide meaningful insights and help me in the research and writing process of the book. I really enjoyed and appreciated that. And it made things faster and more accessible. And that was important because the prediction that I made then and I stand by now is that 95% of people who call themselves coaches will be out of business by Christmas. Now it's nearly the end of March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December. Nine months. So you've got nine months to level up your coaching and to get. Decide where you're going to be or get a new profession. All right? So I already can do fabulous reflective questioning and generating strategy and problem analysis. Joy. And I use this all the time, launching products and helping with book outlines and researching market trends. What's happening and all that kind of stuff's really good at that. It's really good at idea expansion and suggestion and, you know, parallel construction of different things that go together. And it's great for structured frameworks and accountability prompts. All of those things are already fabulous. And unfortunately, most coaching models, people, those factories that certify coaches, you still see, I still see these ads on Facebook now, they're getting less frequent. I saw one about a month and a half ago and I haven't seen a bunch since then. And maybe it's because I've weeded them out of my feet, I don't know. But one that said, oh, you had a picture of somebody on a beach with a laptop, be a life coach, work from anywhere, change Lives make great money. And it's such a seductive lie, because sitting on a beach with a laptop and portrays ease. And isn't that what we're trying to promise clients?Less time, more money, 2x3x10 extra income.I remember 12 years, 15 years ago, more than 12, 15 years ago now, when I started really diving into coaching to be a coach and was getting good coaching. I remember one of the favorite lines from one of the people I followed at that time. I don't follow them any longer.Hey, you can tell your clients 2x3x, even 10x your business. And you know what? There was that possibility then with some structured frameworks and some good questions, you know, and examining the barriers, the problems that we impose upon ourselves. I was talking last episode about a picture that I have and that is, and maybe it came from a television series I was watching, I don't know. But somebody had, you know, they were in a chair and they were captive and they use duct tape to tape their arms to the hands of the chair, among other things to keep them where they were. And the chair was bolted to the floor and whatever, right? And I had this picture then in my mind of how good would it be to walk or to try to run if you had your legs duct taped together so all you could do was barely shuffle, maybe an inch at a time, how quickly would you progress? And I realized that we do that to ourselves with how we think. And we're taped, we're taped together anyway. So AI was never about replacing humans.I never thought that it was going to, and I still don't, but it is going to take away and more elegantly do the work that we were doing as humans that was essentially lower, lower level work.So you see in factories, you see in shipping centers, you see in all kinds of things, even up to some medical procedures are being done by robots more effectively, powerfully, more rapidly, without getting tired, etc. Etc. Than people. Now the first reaction is, oh no, all these people are out of work. And my answer is good, 90%, 80% anyway, 85% depending on the study you read, people didn't like their jobs anyway. So good, let's eliminate all those jobs and let's then make available opportunity for us to do the things only humans can do.Love, create, be creative, execute, thoughtful creation. AI is fabulous at ideation. And in the coaching context, that can be really helpful to both prepare for coaching calls and analyze the effects afterwards. But the execution is still depending on us.And that isn't because AI isn't taking over all those other jobs and sort of routine activities because it is faster. And more AI agents right now are going through your email, deciding what's important, putting them in categories, writing responses like removing all that low, lower level work. And the better we train them, the better they get at that, no question. Good. But the synthesis of ideas, the, the melding of creative energy and insight, that isn't where it is yet. And then the execution of those dreams, the marshaling of resources, the transmitting of vision to get new things happening. We live in a world.I just got an email from somebody this morning who is about big things in the world and they were talking about, and I never heard them talk like this before. They were a client a few years ago and they've been now working since that time on some really powerful things. And they said, you know, what we really need is more Christ consciousness as we move forward. And I never heard him talk a lot about religion or any particular persuasion of that. And I realized Christ consciousness isn't connected to a religion, but it is connected to an idea that there are, there are the powerful forces of creation that brought us into being and bring everything into being and that literally sustain life from moment to moment. And the less we busy ourselves with mundane activities and the more we busy ourselves with intuition, inspiration and then execution of those things, the happier we'll be, the more fun we're going to have, the more, more value we'll create. And that of course means more money. So the disruption that, you know, losing all these jobs and activities that weren't fulfilling anyway doesn't bother me at all. What does concern me is that we will be clumsy about the transition and so there will be unnecessary hardship, unnecessary struggling, mostly because we don't lean into it, not because it's impossible to do. This transition is exactly what we're focused on in the coaching industry. Okay? All of the coaching activities, checklists, summaries, frameworks, tools, reflective questioning, summarizing analysis, alternative suggestion, accountability, prompts, all of that kind of stuff is the mundane activity of coaching. Some people made a living, a middle class living. They were never in the top 5% at it. And that's all going to go away. So then what's left?Well, what's left will be the automatable stuff, all of which I've just talked about, and more aspects of it. Prospecting will be automated, initial contact and conversations will be automated. All of that stuff that I described, that whole thing that's passed for the 80% of coaches today will be gone. And I'm predicting 95% of coaches will be out of business by Christmas than what's left. Because that's what's important. If you, like me, are absolutely committed to the principle of loving people enough to have them see their possibility, the real possibility, instead of some limited legs taped together version, if you're committed to that, there's a path there. And that's the call that I'm issuing, is if you want to stay in business, don't argue with what's happening.Make a choice to be the cream that rises to the top. So how do we do that? So there are three different kinds of patterns that I'm seeing with coaches. One, the dismissers, those that glibly say, okay, AI can't replace the human element. Well, that's a true statement. But they're, they're underplaying what that actually means. They think just because they're a good listener and listen to somebody well and reflect back what they're saying and ask a few insightful questions, that that's the human element and you're missing the boat. You're going to be out of business by Christmas because AI is getting better and better at doing that and being convincing and helpful. We've seen that in negative ways. People suing AI because it talked him into some crazy thing.I don't know the details or if it's true or not true or what to what extent, but point is, it's getting better and better at emotional language and language that helps people believe and do and think and feel. I see it. I use it a lot, all the time. Every day I'm doing something in there. Not superficial stuff, always deep design level stuff as a creative partner. And so the dismissers, they say coaching is about connection. It's just another tool. You know what the, the, the danger in that is?That's true, except you're missing the core point. Are you truly the connection? Are you truly the bringer of power? What people want is they want to change. They want something in their life to change. Now they come thinking somebody or something outside has to change. Then I'll be happy, Then I'll be okay. Then I'll be liberated and I'll be free. Then I'll be, you know, able to do this. That's almost never. 99.9%.Never the truth. You know, what is the truth? The problem is never the problem. It's my relationship to the problem. It's what I believe about the problem.Because when I know in my heart, without question, a problem has A solution, that there is a way forward, that there's something we can do right now to change the game. When I know that, then my entire approach to everything is completely different. I'm looking for it, I live in it.I focus on that instead of the obstacles. That's the place of solution. So one is the dismissers, and those are the ones that too glibly say, ah, human connection, blah, blah, blah. But they are not evidence of that themselves anymore. If you or I are not an absolute embodiment of the truth we teach, we're dead, we're finished, we're out.And by embodiment, that means a doctor who is unhealthy, overweight, and smoking is not going to be the one that we believe about health advice. Even if what he says is true, it doesn't carry the energy of truth.A coach that doesn't carry the truth of wealth creation, Powerful sales, enrollment is of course the better word. Powerful enrollment, wealth creation, transformation opportunities and proof. If you don't carry that in your body, not on your website with testimonials to say this, that and the other, we can no longer talk about a thing. We have to be the thing. All right, so phase two is the efficiency or group two is the efficiency adapter. That group of people, I had a list here.Content creation, marketing, worksheets, frameworks, you know, summarizing calls, creating exercises, generating questions. That group is getting faster and better so they can handle more people. And if you think that is the way to it expansion, it is in the short term. But it's going to be a race to the bottom because the ability of AI to do all of that faster and better and cheaper is coming and it's already here. And so you're going to be out of business because you won't be able to charge enough for any of those services to make any money. If you can pay $49 or a $99 or even $200 a month for some coaching model that someone's built and that does all that and more, you're done. You're done. All right, so that's the efficiency creator, because they haven't really changed the core of their coaching. And you know what the core is? I'll talk about the core, not hiding it. It is who you are.If you show up as the true embodiment of a human being who is on the growth path powerfully every day, all the time, that creates the confidence that people can listen and follow you. If you and I are talking about a thing, oh, that's so cool. You know, you can do this and you can do that and quantum physics and neuroplasticity and, and, you know, probability collapse. And you can create the future and energetically you can attract the right waves and all that mumbo jumbo, which is all true. But if you or I are not doing it, if we are not the model of truth, we're finished. All right, Number three is the smallest and tiny group, and that is the deep adapters. That's me. I hope it's you.I am furiously embracing all that I can do. All that stuff I listed about good, do it, do it better, do it faster. That frees me up to have more time to be the truth. To be literally the truth and see it, wealth creation, materializing in my hands, books that are finished and published and places to speak and to share and to invite and powerfully help people feel the change. And be it not on a superficial level, but on a permanent level. And every single time they talk to me and I hope you, they experience a person who is that. Those are the ones that are going to survive. They're. You're going to embrace all that AI can do. It's not a threat. It is freedom to let you develop more powerfully to be the model. To be the model that you're trying to teach. All right, so the real divide that's coming is, is AI is not just changing the tools. It's revealing the difference between the two kinds of coaching. So this is the two futures of coaching. One, information coaching is one.And for a long time, people talked about being coaches when all they were was teachers. Teachers with a little rah rah flag of encouragement. That's dead.Rah rah flags of encouragement are going to be nice, but they're going to be paid 50 bucks an hour or 100 bucks an hour. That's it. That's not going to create the kind of impact either Impact or resources that you want.Productivity coaching, strategy, coaching, mindset frameworks. I see this proliferation of mind shifting and, you know, rewiring and all of these renaming of a fundamental truth. And the fundamental truth is how you are now physically, mentally and spiritually and emotionally is not permanent. A set of activities and choices got you where you are. If you change the activities and choices, you can get somewhere else. The physical model is the easiest to understand. If I want to shed pounds, I can do that. There are a set of activities involving nutrition and exercise, exercise behavior that will allow me to change the shape of my body. We get that. We Know that there are a series of exercises we can do to change my mind. And what I mean by that is mnemonics, your ability to remember things, learn how to remember everybody's name, memory palaces, all of these techniques and tools, many of which I've tried because I enjoy that stuff. But my point is you can change how your mind works and how much access you have to its power. Truth, your emotional well being can change. If you are a person who struggled with depression like I did for decades, you see some shrinks, you do some work, you follow direction carefully, you monitor yourself, maybe you use some antidepressant meds for a while or whatever, you can change that and that growth happens. So we already know that we can change. And the tools to make that happen are available easier and faster. The hardest one is the spiritual or energetic essence. That is the underlying the operating system under everything.Who we believe we are, what we believe we're capable of, what we see as our possible future and how much we believe in that future. A true belief in something creates an unstoppable force. True believers, whether they are good or bad.I mean, they're true believers that believe in terrorism and killing and they do crazy things, but they do them because of that belief. Now we're not talking about creating that.We are talking about using that same truth to create powerful examples of light, of love, of Christ consciousness, as my ex client talked about, my former client. To create that sense of love and belonging and moving forward and shedding the ego and stop making the world about me.There are no frameworks for that. People substitute things because they don't want to do the internal work. I'll tell you what they are.I'm going to go have a bunch of light therapy and blinking lights and I'm going to have entrainment medit and. And I'm going to go have psychedelic experiences. You're going to hate me for saying this. Those are band Aids. They're band aids that work for this long. I don't care if you had a psychedelic experience and visited the other side of the universe. It won't last unless you internalize it.If you or I believe I got to go somewhere else and get an outside thing to fix my energy, my spirit. That fourth thing, spiritual, physical, emotional, mental. Talked about the other three. We're wasting time and we're delaying our growth. The real champion, and this is the place where AI cannot go. All of the rest of those AI therapists, doctors, and the AI versions of all those can handle that. The energetic Shift. Who are you? You're a divine being. Do you believe it does? If I watched your language and actions, would I see that you believe it? Would I see? Would I experience that you believe that?Do you love yourself deeply and truly as a divine child? And then, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. If I heard everything of your dialogue and watched your actions and every. Would I see a person?Would I experience a person who loves themselves? See, it's easy to say yeah, yeah, yeah to the questions. And then when you say, well, if somebody watched me, everything I didn't said and listened to everything I said inside and out, would they see that? Would they come away and say, oh, yeah, that's somebody. 99%. The answer is no. If you tell the truth, you can lie all you want, but it won't grow you.So that energetic shift, that core thing that is brought about by the truth of our neuroplasticity and the truth of our ability to elevate our vibrations from low numbers of shame, fear, guilt, anger, you know, down in the 20, 30, 40, 50, all the way up to enlightenment, joy, peace, creativity, love, service, which are way up there. All of you have probably seen that little cone that I think David Hawkins popularized about energetic states. You can move yourself up and down there.External things can move you up and down there, too. You can have ecstasy, you take some, you know, substances, or do some hypnosis or meditation. And you can have temporary occupancy in those higher frequencies. Yes. And they won't last, and they won't keep you permanent. They won't create permanent change for you.And that's the challenge for coaches now, because that's the only domain we've got left.Gradually, the physical, emotional and mental changes are being and will be replaced by frameworks and tools and the growth of these two models, period. The energetic change, which is the essence of who you are, who you believe you are, who you act like you are.Are you able and willing to live from the place of accomplishment instead of longing for it? That energetic shift, the AI models cannot touch. They can talk about it just like coaches do, but the talking about it, age is over, and that's your. Our challenge is to go there. Transformational coaching identity shifts. I am no longer that person.Shakespeare said that, I think in a play, as you like it, there was a dude, two brothers. The older brother hated his younger brother because his younger brother was more popular, made more money, he was cooler, whatever, I don't know.Hated him so much he was trying to kill his kid brother. Right. One day as things went along, the younger, the older brother got in trouble. Like he was threatened with something.I don't even remember what it is.But the younger brother rushed in and saved his older brother, even though his older brother had been trying to like wreck his life and eventually kill him. And the older brother was like, why did you do that? You know I hate your guts. And so the older brother was so moved by that event that he changed himself and he became a new person. And later in the play, some lady asked him, now wait a minute, you're acting this way. This. You're this new thing, right?Weren't you the guy that hated your brother? You're trying to kill him. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And he said so good. Like Shakespeare. Twas I. Tis not I.That's the essence of transformation, okay? Not frameworks, not tools, none of that stuff. They. They're. They're things that help us but foundationally. The place that the 5%, the 3% live is outside of all those things. And they help people change their identity. Truly become masters of emotional regulation and understanding.Lived embodiment that manifests the change, those embodied changes. So much so that the lady asks, weren't you the guy that. That's where we have to get if you want to stay in the coaching business.Because the rest is going to be replaced by Freddy or Janie back there, whatever her name is. Franny. Freddy. Can't tell, right? Probably intentionally. That tool, which is so fabulous and I love it, is going to get rid of all of that other stuff. The only thing that's left for us is the most important thing, the best thing, the juicy stuff, the good stuff. And the only way to access it is if you and me are constantly on the road to growth and embodiment. So if you're not in a powerful coaching container, you're a fraud. And. Or you're on your way out of business. That may be stark and you might get mad at me, okay? What you think of me is none of my business.AI cannot do any of those state change things. It can talk about them, but it cannot cause them. And when you and I are in the presence of someone who lives that, who is the true embodiment of that more elevated state. Who lives permanently up in these higher frequency. Not who goes there once in a while because they go get high.Who lives there by choice all the time. When we are with someone like that, we. We feel that. And that calls to our soul. And then the answer isn't what do I need to take what Do I need to eat or whatever take to have what you have? The answer is really simple. Well, you have to do what I do. And it doesn't mean it's exactly the same for every person. It's different because we're all wildly different people. But the truth is, you have to do the things every single day that cause that elevated state. And so if you.If you live in that state of love, peace, kindness, when you're at a concert and you're. Or having a psychedelic experience, that's great. And those end. And they're external. So the question is, what are the things that we have to do for ourselves so that we are constantly day in, day out, morning tonight, all the time there, or if there's a momentary dip, we know exactly what to do to get back there. One of the things I talk about is flow on demand. Creative flow on demand. You can have that. It's not a mystery. There's been a ton of books.Steven Kotler and others. Michele Six Cent, Mahaly, I think is his name. I'm sure I'm mispronouncing it. And Kotler and others have written all about.About what causes that physiological state of flow and psychological, spiritual, emotional state of flow. But if we don't go do those things, all we're doing is reading about it.So that's like going to concerts or to psychedelic experiences or to retreats. Those are fine. They give you a flavor. Oh, this is what it's like. And then the only important question is, what do I have to continue to do every day so I have access to that. Okay, so what's. What's happening now is the commoditization wave. This happened earlier. Okay. When the Internet first came in 2000, you know, in the 2000s, early 2000s, the.com boom, everybody was building businesses and selling stuff online. A lot of millionaires were made. A few people went to jail for making false claims. FTC created rules and prosecuted people. And, you know, I know some of the famous names from then who did get in trouble, got all their money taken or served some time, etc. Etc. And so that all got fixed. But it come then information became commoditized.Everybody realized they could Google anything and learn how to do anything. Wow.And so those that were just selling information, the only advantage that they had to actually sell was they curated a bunch of good info and maybe flavored it with their own stuff and sold that. So raw information became worth zero. It's free. Then all these packaged versions of curated information are becoming Free.Remember the time when all these sales letters, the old Halbert sales letters and this and that, people paid a lot of money for those and they're still selling them because it saves you and I the time to go look it up. But it's becoming more and more useless because these large language models are getting better and better at just giving it to you right now.Ask for, write this in the voice of so and so and tell me exactly what their strategy is. And there's enough publicly available info to get that for free now. So that curated information is becoming useless. Then we've moved to expertise is now commoditized because the large language models, yes, they have faults and I'm not pretending they're perfect, but they're growing in accuracy at an exponential rate. So expertise, direction, marketing plans, all the stuff.Well, I need a marketing calendar and I need a social media calendar if you choose to use that.I had a email I got this morning from somebody who said I know a bunch of, he's a coach of some high end coaches, has some seminars, classes, these coaches that make tons of money. They don't even have a social media presence. They don't do any of that. You know what? That is true. And it's true because what they bring to their conversations is that very presence that we were just talking about. Because that's the meat, that's the juice that people want the transmission of, of truth. Now it still is on every individual to accept that because going to a powerful conference or having a super high powered coaching session with the most expensive coach in the world is useless unless it sticks to us. It sticks. The stickiness of those truths, of those experiences depends on the level of power that the transmitter has. Me and you.If we're not that, then all we're doing is talking about it and we become as ephemeral as a good two day conference where I learned all this stuff and I said, yeah, I'm going to change the world, starting with me. The stickiness of what we transmit goes up exponentially to the degree we are living it.Because then people don't just experience it, they experience that it can come from inside. So here's the thing. All the mid tier coaching packages, 2,000, $5000, even $10,000 packages for the most part are going to evaporate. And certainly the lower priced one, they're not going to go away, but they're going to be a lot less money and you and I won't be able to make a living. So the key to this the key to the reason for all this is you have the next few months to decide who you're going to be.Are you going to be a dismisser? Are you going to be a commoditizer that just tries to do more of it and uses this tool to get better?Or are you going to recognize what the truth is, which is the only thing you have to offer me or anybody else is the truth of your lived experience. And the more that lived experience is present and permanent for you, the more powerful your transmission of it is and the stickier that is for people who receive it. If we just talk about things, we transmit it and it runs off when we come from lived experience and from love and from kindness from. With no thought of our own selves. But what can I do to lift and love and serve? People will pay enormous amounts of money for that. I know because I experience it in my own practice. And that's the only thing we have left. So the next 12 months, you're going to see all kinds of persistent memory for coaching sessions. You're going to see behavioral tracking, you're going to see AI voice coaching. I've already got a voice clone. I'm building it, coached by Kellen Bot, essentially, we'll call it something else. And I've got a great AI clone in 11 labs and I'm going to marry all those. And then I'm not going to pass it off as coaching at that high level. But it's going to be a way that people can have access to the 25 books and all the frameworks and tools that I have for a very modest price. And it's going to put a lot of other people, you know, out of business. And that's not my goal. My goal is to provide maximum value for clients. My other real goal is to call you as a coach to your highest self.Just like getting rid of all that mid tier work is a blessing, getting all rid of all this mid tier coaching is a blessing because that lets you and I focus on the stuff we only can do.And that is living as a divine being, constantly growing ourselves and being that source of love and encouragement and a powerful acknowledgement source for the growth and efforts of others. I love you. I'm grateful to be with you. This is the real question today. Okay, here's your challenge right now.If I can provide the thinking part and it does, what do you uniquely pride provide? Sorry? If AI does the thinking and it's getting better and better at it. It's been almost a year since I started the book.I started it in May, finished it in October, published in November. Now it's been three months. I started this coaching this episode series on Thursday in September, and now it's March. Two months. It'll be a year. The advances in that year blowing my mind. So if AI could do all that thinking, what are we going to do?If our answer is better frameworks and advice and strategies and reflection, you're competing with the machines and we're dead.If the answer is really your presence, which is only powerful if you live the truth you teach, if your answer is embodied leadership, lived transformation, that's real authority that will keep you in business, that will elevate you. And if you're.If you're fooling yourself and saying those words and they don't light the walls on fire when you talk to people every time, not once in a while, you're fooling yourself. All right, the invitation is this. If you.If you're a coach and you'd like to be on one of these Thursday episodes and talk about your experience with AI, love to have you.
