Awaken Your True Self: Anja Zibert on Freedom, Forgiveness, and Creating Reality

Who are you really — and what do you want from life? In this powerful conversation, Kellan sits down with Anja Zibert, a former corporate headhunter turned Free Spirit coach, to explore the awakening that transformed her life.
Anya shares her story of collapsing under stress, discovering her empathic gifts, and choosing a path of freedom, playfulness, and truth. Together, they discuss:
- Why self-love and forgiveness are the foundation of transformation.
- How to normalize spiritual awakenings (and not feel “crazy”).
- The power of vision + the first practical steps to create it.
- Why your past doesn’t define you — your present choices do.

Speaker BI have a special guest today, Anya Ziebert.
Speaker BDid I say that well, yeah, well done.
Speaker AWell done, Kelly.
Speaker BAll right, so she's here to tell us about her version of this ultimate life, who she is, how she creates it and what she does.
Speaker BAnd I don't do intros, so we're just going to dive in and learn about her glorious work Persona and everything as we go.
Speaker BSo, Anya, if someone says, living the ultimate life, what does that mean to you?
Speaker AWhat does that mean to me?
Speaker AWell, I have a baseline that I'm sharing now with people around the world.
Speaker ASo we are multi dimensional beings with limitless power to create our own reality.
Speaker AAnd everything starts there.
Speaker AI decided that I want to create a reality without stress.
Speaker AI want to have a lot of fun, I want to feel a lot of playfulness, I want to have a lot of playfulness in my, in my life.
Speaker AI want to, you know, experience a lot of adventures.
Speaker AI want to be surrounded with people I love and with, you know, enjoy the things that I love.
Speaker ASo basically, completely different life that we were taught that, you know, it's waiting for us when we were, when we were younger and I just decided I don't want to live like they told me to, so I'm creating my own.
Speaker BSo I love that.
Speaker BOne of the things that happens when I or you or any one of a number of people talk about creating life, we use these expansive and energetic words and create your own reality and all this stuff, which sounds so good.
Speaker BAnd we say, and we can have that and live that way.
Speaker BAnd I'm going to agree with you and I'm also going to acknowledge lots of people hear that and say, yeah, for sure, whatever.
Speaker BSounds too weird too.
Speaker BWoo woo.
Speaker BI got to pay bills, I got to do this stuff and I got to have a life that's like anything but that.
Speaker BSo let's, let's do some concrete Work for a sec, because I'm not challenging you.
Speaker BBecause we do create our reality, but let's tie it to some on the ground stuff.
Speaker BSo what do you do to go about creating a life that you love?
Speaker BWhat things do you do that creates this beauty that you just described?
Speaker AYeah, I mean, it's.
Speaker AIt's never only, you know, light and love.
Speaker AI'm not this, like, new Age guru or whatever that is just, like, praising, you know, like, oh, you have to live like this.
Speaker AYou have to live like this.
Speaker ANo, I mean, we all have our own stories.
Speaker AWe all have past experiences that, you know, that.
Speaker AThat formed us.
Speaker AAnd my background in professional way is in recruitment.
Speaker AI was a headhunter, you know, like a corporate headhunter.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, in 2017, something like my.
Speaker AI could say, like, awakening started and I could absolutely.
Speaker ALike, it changed everything for me because I started seeing energies, I started feeling energies, and I saw that people were pushed together just because of money, and I couldn't be part of that anymore.
Speaker ASo then I decided I don't want to be a part of that anymore because nobody can push me.
Speaker AEven though, like, if I, you know, if I have to say no to.
Speaker ATo good money or whatever, because I believe that I can.
Speaker AI can be prosperous, I can be wealthy, you know, in alignment with my soul, with.
Speaker AWith my values.
Speaker ASo, yeah, I mean, it's a journey.
Speaker AIt's absolutely a journey.
Speaker AI left a lot of things behind that are.
Speaker ANow, new things are coming into my life and I'm, like, rebuilding my life.
Speaker ABut what I do in general, like, every day, I'm not going to say every day, but, you know, a few times per week, I get messages.
Speaker AHey, Anya.
Speaker AYou know, I just started feeling like this.
Speaker AI see things.
Speaker AI don't know, something happened.
Speaker AI.
Speaker AYou know, people, they just.
Speaker AThey just come to this point that they think that they're crazy, that they're going crazy.
Speaker AAnd I normalize that because it's like, I know how you feel.
Speaker AI've been there.
Speaker AI see you.
Speaker AI've been there.
Speaker AWhether they are, I don't know, like, you know, in a job 9 to 5, whether they have their own company or they are just like regular people or they are, you know, super wealthy or whatever, but when they are starting this awakening journey, it can get pretty intense, pretty confusing, pretty.
Speaker AYou know, I would say it can be very difficult.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, I'm here to support people to create this open space for them, safe space to express themselves, and also to help them upgrade their cv, you know, with extra abilities that they Are awakening.
Speaker BNo, that's fabulous.
Speaker BWhen I go back a little bit and ask.
Speaker BSo you had a career.
Speaker BIt could have been an accountant, engineer, lawyer, whatever.
Speaker BYou were a recruiter.
Speaker BAnd so you went and found talented people to fill mostly boxes in the sort of corporate world that we all came, we were all socialized in, we were all taught, do a thing.
Speaker BAnd in that thing, your position was, I'm going to go find talented people to fill these jobs.
Speaker BAnd you said in 2017, something started to happen, and that's a common thing.
Speaker BSometimes people have trauma, sometimes they have some extraordinary experience, sometimes some life upheaval.
Speaker BI don't know.
Speaker BBut when something like what happened that let you or forced you or invited you to no longer ignore those things that had been floating around us all the time, and they are.
Speaker BWe just ignore them.
Speaker BSo what happened to say, wait a minute, I'm going to do something different?
Speaker BWhat happened?
Speaker AYeah, good question.
Speaker AYou know, this journey is not linear.
Speaker ALike, it's very difficult sometimes to put all the dots together.
Speaker ABut.
Speaker AOkay, if I go step back.
Speaker AIt was in 2005 when I had this summer job in England and I found myself in situation, like when I was selling books door to door.
Speaker AAnd yeah, it was really intense experience because I didn't know what to expect.
Speaker AYou know, like, I was pretty naive about it.
Speaker ABut what was really interesting when there are a few.
Speaker AFew stuff, you know, like that that happened then.
Speaker ABut one of the most interesting stuff was when people opened the door and I was like, selling, you know, like this children books and I was from another country and all they all.
Speaker AThey were looking at me like, you know, who the hell are you and what do you want from me?
Speaker AAnd when they opened the door, I could feel them.
Speaker AI could feel.
Speaker AI could feel the emotions that they were generating.
Speaker ASo basically, if somebody was mad or, you know, I don't know, frustrated or whatever, I could feel that.
Speaker AIt was so intense today.
Speaker AI know, because I'm an empath.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ABut back then I didn't know that.
Speaker ASo basically after.
Speaker AYeah, it was 2005.
Speaker ASo after that experience, like a month later, my body collapsed.
Speaker AI didn't understand it, like, you know, rationally I didn't understand it, but my body collapsed.
Speaker AAnd now I know because it was just too much of everything.
Speaker AAnd it was probably a month later.
Speaker AYeah, I was sitting, like next to my laptop and I was editing my MySpace profile.
Speaker AYou know MySpace, I get.
Speaker BI do remember MySpace, right?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ATom was everyone's friend.
Speaker ASo I was.
Speaker AI was editing MySpace profile.
Speaker AAnd you Know, the main question was, like, what should be my username?
Speaker ALike, how should I call myself?
Speaker AAnd this very, very distinct voice.
Speaker AI heard this very distinct voice in my head, anya, you are free spirit.
Speaker AI, again, I had no idea.
Speaker AWhat does that mean?
Speaker ANo idea.
Speaker ABut I was like, okay, I'm gonna take it.
Speaker AThat sounds nice.
Speaker AThat sounds cool.
Speaker ASo from that moment on, I was, you know, I'm your free spirit.
Speaker ABut, yeah, little did I know that that was kind of very, you know, like, pivotal point in my life, because everything from that point on, yeah, started.
Speaker AStarted changing or, like, kind of forming the story around it.
Speaker ASo in 2017, I. I went to my first past life regression, and I saw some stuff, you know, connected to that free spirit.
Speaker AAnd of course, I saw myself dying.
Speaker AI saw, you know, myself, like, in energy form and stuff like that.
Speaker AAnd when you experience stuff, you know, when you experience this, you cannot forget about it.
Speaker ALike, it's embedded in you.
Speaker AYou.
Speaker AYou change.
Speaker AEven though if you don't understand what.
Speaker AWhat is happening.
Speaker ABut, yeah, after that experience, I would say in next 14 days, pretty, pretty weird stuff started happening at my job as well.
Speaker AYou know, people were, like, coming to interview because, you know, I held interviews.
Speaker AOf course, mostly it was C level.
Speaker ASo, like line managers or CEOs.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, like, people, when they came for an interview, they.
Speaker AThey just started saying the weirdest stuff, like, hey, you came here to planet Earth and you brought this energy, like, this is your mission.
Speaker AAnd I was like, what the hell are you saying?
Speaker ALike, I had no idea, seriously.
Speaker ASo, I mean, I thought that I'm going crazy.
Speaker ALike, you know, your.
Speaker AYour world starts falling apart.
Speaker AI wasn't really looking for explanation because I was too afraid for my.
Speaker AFor my own survival.
Speaker AAnd my body started reacting.
Speaker AI. I had some health issues as well.
Speaker AYeah, my personal life started falling apart.
Speaker AThen later, I got separated as well, moved away from family.
Speaker AAnd yeah, a lot of very, very.
Speaker BYou said something way early in the beginning about normalizing this.
Speaker BSo what I'm hearing you say is we have to tie these two threads together, because when a person has a job and they're in the sort of machine, and then you start getting the feeling that we're more than that.
Speaker BWe're these infinite beings and we are having a physical experience.
Speaker BWe're here and stuff invades all the time.
Speaker BAnd sometimes we're open, and mostly we're not.
Speaker BAnd when that starts to happen, it looks different for each person.
Speaker BAnd like you, I imagine nearly everyone has this fear.
Speaker BI'm weird.
Speaker BSomething's Wrong.
Speaker BI'm not supposed to be feeling like this or hearing this or seeing this.
Speaker BHello, you know, I'm a candidate for the insane asylum or whatever.
Speaker BAnd so normalizing it is saying, I think this is okay.
Speaker BYou're not weird.
Speaker BThat's part one.
Speaker BPart two.
Speaker BMaybe you need to get curious about what this means, because maybe it means you're bursting out of the little straight jacket you've sandwiched yourself into.
Speaker BYou know, and it's okay to ask those questions, what does it mean?
Speaker BAnd then, what should I do with it?
Speaker BDoes that make sense?
Speaker BIs that what happens?
Speaker AYeah, absolutely.
Speaker AAnd I. I really discovered, you know, that for me, it's really important to have this connection to my heart because all the answers.
Speaker AI know it sounds really, you know, like, fluffy or whatever, but it's.
Speaker AIt's really this connection to your heart.
Speaker ALike, all the answers about your wishes, like, who are you?
Speaker AAre in your heart.
Speaker AAnd now when I'm talking to people, when I start talking to people, I ask them, like, if.
Speaker AIf you ask somebody, hey, what do you want?
Speaker AYour mind will give you an answer.
Speaker ABut if I bring them to this space, you know, like this expanded space where they have everything, everything available, and they have absolutely no limitations there, and they feel relaxed.
Speaker AThey feel, you know, carefree.
Speaker AAnd I ask them from that space, what do you want?
Speaker AWhere do you want to be?
Speaker AWhat do you want to do?
Speaker AIt's magical, Kellen.
Speaker AIt's magical because then they give the answers and then it's like, oh, my God.
Speaker AYou know, like when they get out of meditation, say, oh, my God.
Speaker AI cannot believe that I just saw that.
Speaker AI cannot believe that I just felt that.
Speaker AI was like, yes, this is your essence.
Speaker AThis is your truth.
Speaker AThis is what your soul is showing you.
Speaker ASo if you want to align with this vision or whatever, it's possible.
Speaker AAnd I can help you.
Speaker AI can help you with contacts, I can help you with opportunities.
Speaker AI'm not guarantee anything because, you know, they're your choices.
Speaker ABut if you saw something, that means that it already exists in.
Speaker AIn.
Speaker AOn some level, in some reality, you know, in some dimension.
Speaker AAnd it's really.
Speaker ANow, for me, yeah, it's normal because I experienced it and I helped so many people do it.
Speaker AAnd it's.
Speaker AIt's really simple, actually.
Speaker BSo let's talk about the do it part.
Speaker BLet's talk about the do it.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo someone has these experiences, whether they've come to you first or after something and they're still caught up in the Matrix, we'll use that word.
Speaker BJust because everybody kind of knows what that is, the machinery.
Speaker BAnd then they see this beautiful vision.
Speaker BAnd if I were to describe it, it would be, this is the soul essence showing you another multi dimensional possibility that exists somewhere in reality already.
Speaker BYou have blinded it out or blocked it out up to now.
Speaker BNot because you're bad, but because of socialization and conditions and beliefs and all the rest.
Speaker BOkay, then there's this whole question of, yeah, that was so beautiful.
Speaker BI'm so excited.
Speaker BAnd we talk about your ultimate life.
Speaker BAnd I use the words purpose, prosperity and joy, but people are gonna use whatever words they want.
Speaker BThen there's this big question about, okay, how do I do that?
Speaker BBecause here I am in the box and I've opened the door or looked out the window or both, and I can see this, but I have no idea.
Speaker BI mean, you've told me that it's okay to feel this.
Speaker BOh, yay.
Speaker BBut now what?
Speaker BI'm gonna go back home, wherever that is, down the block or around the world and be back in the box with this nagging vision that I've seen that was so powerful.
Speaker BNot nagging, but inspiring.
Speaker BWhat do you have?
Speaker BHow do you help people start to first own, continue to own that that's a real possibility, and then figure out what's next?
Speaker BWhat's the first step?
Speaker BBecause I don't, you know, most people don't just jump off the cliff and build their parachute on the way down.
Speaker BYou know, they gotta, they gotta do some concrete thing.
Speaker BSo where do we go from there?
Speaker AYeah, good.
Speaker AVery good question.
Speaker ASo first start is awareness, like you said.
Speaker AOh, they got something, you know, like this vision or whatever.
Speaker AThis is awareness.
Speaker AThis is expanded awareness.
Speaker AWhat is possible?
Speaker ASo when we expand our awareness, when we expand our consciousness, we expand also our, you know, field of possibilities, of opportunities and what people need to do.
Speaker AOf course there's all, everything is followed by action steps.
Speaker ABut first of all, they need to know that this is possible.
Speaker AYeah, this is like the first step.
Speaker AAnd then it's like, okay, what can I do today?
Speaker AWhat, what can I do today that is aligned with who I am, with what I like to do?
Speaker AAnd it will bring me one step closer to this vision is that, you know, like contact somebody or write something, express yourself.
Speaker AIt's, it's all about us.
Speaker ASo I'm trying to tell people that it's not about outside yet, especially now.
Speaker ANow I came to the point where I'm like, oh my God, I have enough of information.
Speaker AIt's, you know, like, we have enough of Information.
Speaker ANow it's about walking the talk.
Speaker ABecause you can go to another psychedelic, you know, session, you can go to another retreat, you think you can go to another, to take another course or whatever, but you don't need that.
Speaker AAll you have to do is remember who you really are, but you have to let that happen.
Speaker ASo to face your shadows, you know, this is very, very essential.
Speaker AI would start there because awakening, it's not fun, but I try to keep it on playful level.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo whenever somebody is like going, you know, crazy or like really, really scared or overwhelmed with everything.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ALike, you know, I reframe few stuff like what is happening.
Speaker AHey, let's, let's see it from different perspective.
Speaker ALet's see, you know, this perception because, you know, our perception creates our reality.
Speaker ASo I, I, I help people to reframe things.
Speaker AAnd, and yeah, it's, it can, it definitely can help.
Speaker AAnd it's, it's so much easier to go through this process.
Speaker BAll right, so you start with.
Speaker BYeah, go ahead.
Speaker BWhen you don't hold.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AWhen you don't hold this, this perception that somebody told you, you know, like, oh, yeah, it's like that.
Speaker AIt's like that.
Speaker ANo, because whatever perception you have, that kind of reality, you will create.
Speaker AAnd I, I don't want to tell people like, you know, what to see or what to, what to feel, but I just give them space so they can, they can do it their own way.
Speaker BSo when you see that beauty and a person does, immediately juxtaposed against that are the old stories and beliefs and barriers and maybe naysayers around them.
Speaker BMaybe people say, who are you to think you can be creative or go create some meaning in the world or do whatever it is?
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BAnd so it seems like what you're saying is a really important part of the process is how do I set this up?
Speaker BBecause you said two things.
Speaker BOne, it's not a linear journey.
Speaker BIt's not a straight line.
Speaker BIt goes all over the place.
Speaker BAnd the second thing is you have to take the first concrete step.
Speaker BMaybe it's talk to somebody.
Speaker BMaybe it's dare for the first time to express a vision that you have of alleviating, creating, suffering in the world or helping build this thing or whatever it is.
Speaker BAnd if we go with the premise that there's no limits, there's still always a first step.
Speaker BAnd there's still always this resistance that comes from the before.
Speaker BWhether it's shadow work or whether it's lack of support or whether it's old stories of not Good enough fears and all the rest.
Speaker BSo what is the.
Speaker BWhat is the process to help me take the first and then the second and the third step to sort of stay on this circuitous, wiggly path to get there?
Speaker AYeah, okay.
Speaker AI can just share, you know, example.
Speaker ASo when I. Yeah, when I.
Speaker AWhen I work with people and, you know, I have different kind of individuals that I was working with.
Speaker ASo, for example, somebody just, yeah.
Speaker AWanted to become a speaker or, oh, my God, I see myself.
Speaker AI want to start my own, I don't know, spiritual.
Speaker ASpiritual company.
Speaker ALike spiritual entrepreneurship or something like that.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo basically now they are in this 9 to 5 job.
Speaker AAnd first of all, they need to know, okay, like what?
Speaker ALike, can I leave this job?
Speaker AWill I be safe?
Speaker AYou know, I never, never burn down in everything and just, yeah, just jump off the cliff because you're not doing yourself a favor.
Speaker AYou're not doing your nervous system a favor.
Speaker AThere's always action step, but it's about bridging things.
Speaker ASo I don't call myself or people.
Speaker ASometimes people call me coach, but I'm not a coach because maybe, you know, maybe I'm a mentor, coach, guide or something like that.
Speaker ABut the thing is, I stick with them.
Speaker ALike, I'm next to them when they're going through this process.
Speaker AI open my world to them.
Speaker AI connect them with people.
Speaker ALike, hey, if you want to become a speaker, contact this person.
Speaker ALike, he or she, you know, will expand even more awareness and give you some opportunities.
Speaker AAre you ready to do that?
Speaker ANo.
Speaker AWhy not?
Speaker AWell, I don't know what he will think.
Speaker AWell, okay, that's your decision.
Speaker ABut now you have the option.
Speaker AYeah, you have the option.
Speaker AOr, for example, I want to have my own podcast.
Speaker AOkay, so what is.
Speaker AWhere is your fear?
Speaker AYeah, I don't know if I'm good on camera or whatever.
Speaker AYou know, it's like, okay, send me the video.
Speaker AI know.
Speaker AI will not comment it.
Speaker AJust send me the video.
Speaker AAnd that will be your first step.
Speaker ASo you will record yourself and send somebody the video.
Speaker AYou know, like, small steps like that.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AAnd it's like, okay, now you can download this software.
Speaker AThis, this, this, you know, and like, it's so amazing when people surrender and they're not just, like, listening to me, but they're actually enjoying the process.
Speaker AYeah, they're enjoying the process because the most important thing is that they are enjoying if they feel pressure, if they feel, you know, that we always need to stretch out, out of our comfort zones.
Speaker ABut I never, never.
Speaker AI don't believe that People, you know, suffer when they step out of their comfort zone.
Speaker AIt's not about that.
Speaker AThey can stretch, they can, you know, feel a little bit uncomfortable.
Speaker ABut I don't want that people suffer.
Speaker AAnd I don't believe that because, you know, that's, that's, that's not effective.
Speaker ANot even short term, not even long term.
Speaker ABut yeah, I've seen so many incredible transformation.
Speaker AAnd people, at first, they have one goal, but when they start following this synchronicities, and it's all about bringing this awareness to themselves, to start loving themselves, to facing their shadows and just working on themselves, not absorbing outside information, this results in synchronicity, new people.
Speaker AAnd I'm holding space for all that to happen.
Speaker AAnd when they're ready, like, I see, oh, my God, you don't need me anymore.
Speaker ANow you can fly.
Speaker AYeah, now you can fly.
Speaker AAnd I always say that you don't need me anymore.
Speaker AI'm not your, you know, I'm not your crutch.
Speaker AI was like, you are not here.
Speaker AI'm not here, you know, to, to support you all the time.
Speaker ABecause you need to, you need to fly now.
Speaker AAnd yeah, I say that we have a rocket, like a rocket ship, and when you send the rocket out in the space, there are parts falling off.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd I'm that part.
Speaker AYeah, I'm that part that comes back to the earth and they go up, up in the sky.
Speaker BSo, yeah, that's fabulous.
Speaker BYou said several things that I want to go back and think about.
Speaker BOne of them is learning to love yourself.
Speaker BI think a lot of the shadows, shadow.
Speaker BA lot of the weight, a lot of the baggage, a lot of the hold back, the anchors to the ground come from the stories that we have about past failure, about past meaning, about difficult or traumatic experiences or struggles that everybody goes through.
Speaker BAnd we allowed them to hang on to us like so many rocks and tell the story of unworthiness and incapability and all of the rest.
Speaker BAnd you're describing opening a possibility.
Speaker BAnd as you talk, I have this seeing of light all the time.
Speaker BThere's light everywhere.
Speaker BSo you see, there's a lightness which allows a person to fly, to float, to rise up, to let go of this baggage, these anchors, these rocks, and to say, you know what?
Speaker BMaybe I could.
Speaker BWhat if I could be a speaker, be a podcaster, be an author, be a person who loved others.
Speaker BAnd it's so much of it starts with what you said, which is two things.
Speaker BLoving yourself and then being willing to surrender to possibility.
Speaker BYou know, there is A possibility.
Speaker BAnd no, it may fail.
Speaker BYou may get bashed, whatever.
Speaker BBut the.
Speaker BThe exhilarating joy of having done something new and to try it, pulled by this sort of light and vision, seems to me to be so important.
Speaker BWhat do you do to help people?
Speaker BStart with this thing of self love?
Speaker BBecause I notice that that may be job one or certainly one and a half, you know, for people to shed the idea that somehow they're small, unworthy, not capable, stuck in the cogs, whatever it is, to get to this place of truly experiencing and believing their own divinity, capability, possibility, that kind of stuff.
Speaker BHow do you help me do that?
Speaker AYeah, because I'm mostly focused on this.
Speaker ACareer empowerment.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AWhen people are transitioning their careers, they're stepping into their power, you know, they're stepping into their sole purpose.
Speaker ASo I always say your past experiences do not define you.
Speaker AWhat defines you is who you are today, now, and who you believe you can become tomorrow.
Speaker APast.
Speaker AYeah, it forms us, of course, it has some kind of influence, but it doesn't define us.
Speaker AAnd when people really get that, it's like, oh, my God, everything that happened in the past, I made decisions that, you know, I thought that they were the best because I was on that level of awareness.
Speaker ANow I'm completely on completely different level of awareness.
Speaker ASo now I'm.
Speaker AI will probably.
Speaker AOr I would, you know, do different, make different decisions.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, it's really, really powerful when people just shed, you know, like, all that past.
Speaker APast beliefs.
Speaker AI know it's.
Speaker AIt's really difficult, and there's, like, so much talk around it.
Speaker AOh, yeah, just let go and, you know, subconscious beliefs and blah, blah, blah.
Speaker ABut it's all.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AIt's stories.
Speaker AThese are stories because we have been all.
Speaker AEven now, I'm still.
Speaker AI know that I am programmed.
Speaker AYou know, I have a lot of programs in me and, you know, conditioning, and we all have.
Speaker ABut all these programs and conditionings, they have absolutely nothing to do with us.
Speaker ASo I just learned recently when we put ourselves.
Speaker AWhen I put myself in this state.
Speaker ASo, you know, in.
Speaker AIn one second, just picture that you just arrived to planet Earth and there's no past and there's no future.
Speaker AIt's just present moment.
Speaker AIt's just you.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AAnd from that space, from that state of being, you start making decisions or, you know, choices or whatever.
Speaker AAnd it's really powerful because they are not attached to any past, like emotions or whatever, because that doesn't exist.
Speaker AIt doesn't exist.
Speaker ASo I'm.
Speaker AYeah, this is actually rg.
Speaker ASpinach.
Speaker AI really like also listening to what he's saying because it's all about this decluttering, you know, just getting rid of everything that doesn't serve us and, and yeah, and just be in the moment.
Speaker AAnd we can be in the moment like this in one second.
Speaker AAnd from that state of being, we can really start loving ourselves because we see that there's nothing wrong with us.
Speaker AWe are perfect just the way we are.
Speaker BI love that.
Speaker BSo let's start with that thought because there's so much feedback that we get that we did this wrong or that wrong.
Speaker BAnd so tied really powerfully to this notion of self love, to me is the idea of forgiveness.
Speaker BAnd people get mixed up in the idea that forgiveness means absolution or that it means ignoring something that's wrong.
Speaker BAnd it doesn't mean any of that.
Speaker BForgiveness, the way I think about it.
Speaker BAnd you know, I've written a bunch of books and one of them was, guess what?
Speaker BForgiveness.
Speaker BI wrote a book about that.
Speaker BAnd all the books I've written have been stuff I needed.
Speaker BBut I think of forgiveness is just no longer allowing events of the past to have power in the present.
Speaker BAnd that is a choice I get to make whether I'm forgiving myself of a mistake I made or something stupid or wrong with my current understanding or whether I'm forgiving someone else, some terrible thing they did to me.
Speaker BThat doesn't make it right.
Speaker BIt doesn't excuse it.
Speaker BIt doesn't mean put yourself in jeopardy.
Speaker BDoesn't mean anything, any of that crap.
Speaker BIt just means I won't let that event continue to limit me today in that innocent state where you're saying, I don't know anything.
Speaker BI'm just going to do what seems like the very best thing right now in this moment.
Speaker BDo you find forgiveness to be a big part of the liberation that you bring to people?
Speaker AYeah, absolutely.
Speaker AAnd you know, sometimes, most of the times I really trigger people with what I say and I just say, hey, take bits and pieces that you resonate with and leave the rest.
Speaker AIgnore the rest.
Speaker ABut what I know, not that I believe, but what I know is that our emotions, how we feel, it's our responsibility.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ANobody else is responsible for how we feel.
Speaker ASo if we carry, you know, this very heavy emotions and that resentment and, you know, like anger or sadness or whatever, it's like, hey, this is ours.
Speaker AWe.
Speaker AWe have to deal with this.
Speaker AAnd yeah, when we, when we forgive, first of all, it's like forgive ourselves.
Speaker AOh, my God.
Speaker AI was torturing Myself for so long.
Speaker AFor so long.
Speaker AThat person.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYou know, what happened.
Speaker AI'm not minimizing the traumatic experiences.
Speaker ANot even close.
Speaker ABut it's so liberating.
Speaker AIt's so liberating when we again, reframe the situation, reframe how we feel like what is happening at the moment.
Speaker AAnd you know, on the other side of forgiveness, on the other side of this, heavy emotions are usually the biggest gifts.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AAnd I'm not just saying that, you know, just because it sounds nice, but I can say it based on my own personal experiences, because I had a lot of situation that, you know, I had to forgive myself for feeling certain way, you know, in relationship with other people.
Speaker BYeah, yeah.
Speaker BForgiving ourselves.
Speaker BForgiving ourselves.
Speaker BFor judging ourselves.
Speaker BI mean, there's so much judgment.
Speaker BI was wrong.
Speaker BI was stupid.
Speaker BI shouldn't have done that.
Speaker BThere's two layers.
Speaker BOne is the actual thing, and two is all the judgment that we heap on ourselves or others for having behaved in some way that we judge to be wrong.
Speaker BSo here's an interesting question.
Speaker BYou had a spiritual awakening.
Speaker BDifferent paths, different things happened.
Speaker BIt brought you to a place of realizing the expansive possibility of creating life like you want it.
Speaker BThat that's a series of experiments and trial and error.
Speaker BAnd some things work and some don't.
Speaker BAnd so you're able to bring yourself through that work and through the help of others and the stuff you did to a place of liberation and creativity.
Speaker BYou could have stopped.
Speaker BYou could have said, wow, I got this solved for me.
Speaker BI'm happy.
Speaker BI'm living peace and joy and prosperity and coolness and whatever.
Speaker BAnd you didn't.
Speaker BYou said, yeah, I did.
Speaker BAnd now I'm having this yearning, this irrepressible earn yearning rise up in me to help other people.
Speaker BMy neighbor, my friend, my co worker, somebody I hated last week experienced the same thing.
Speaker BTalk a little bit about why it is that when we go through these transformative experiences, there seems to rise up at the same time this, this powerful urge to love, to serve, and to bless others.
Speaker BWhy do you think that happens?
Speaker AYeah, that's in our essence.
Speaker AThat's a really good question because, you know, I'm coming from this recruitment background and when I was talking to people, hey, you know, what do you want to do?
Speaker AA lot of people, they just said to me, anya, I just want to help people.
Speaker AI just want to support people.
Speaker AEven though, like they were nine to five jobs, you know, in corporate jobs, but they wanted to have meaning.
Speaker AThey wanted to feel, you know, not useful, but meaningful.
Speaker AAnd I mean now at this point it's, it's not like all, you know, love and light and prosperity because we are all on a journey.
Speaker ABut I came to the point where I can really support people, you know, that I am who I am.
Speaker AI don't wear masks.
Speaker AYeah, I really, I don't care.
Speaker AI love people, but I don't care what people think.
Speaker AI have my good, my intentions are pure, My intentions are good.
Speaker ABut I also see a lot of bullshit, right?
Speaker AI also, I also see a lot of bullshit and I'm calling bullshit out.
Speaker AI'm calling it, I'm saying, because I'm not going to be quiet.
Speaker AAnd yeah, I came to the point that I'm playing by my own rules.
Speaker AWe are still in a matrix, you know, I still like I have a car, I have to pay for, you know, petrol or like I'm paying bills and all that kind of stuff.
Speaker AAnd I don't have financial security that I had when I had, you know, nine to five job or like corporate job.
Speaker ABut that doesn't mean that I'm not happy because I am.
Speaker ABecause every day when I wake up it's like, oh my God.
Speaker AAnd I meeting people like you and similar people that we are on a similar mission, it's like oh my God, I'm so grateful, I'm so grateful that I'm here in this time on planet Earth and I can support, I can co create this amazing, amazing, you know, mission of yeah, creating new world, new new, new reality.
Speaker ASo it's not only about me but I'm, you know, sharing this because I see myself, I.
Speaker APeople know me as the energy activator.
Speaker ASo I really, really like to share my energy, what I do, what I create and what I am.
Speaker BYeah, that's fabulous.
Speaker BSo I'm going to just another little tangent here.
Speaker BThe sharing of this energy and the calling that you have to do that.
Speaker BSo I just want to be black and white.
Speaker BSo what you're saying is G, you, me, you all listening you, no matter where you are right now, no matter what you've been through before, you have the ability to start today.
Speaker BTo make incremental gradual changes to capture a big vision that is the truth of your essence.
Speaker BAnd you can move forward at whatever pace makes sense to create a world that lines up with your deepest yearning, your deepest gifts, your deepest talents.
Speaker BAnd that means you can have and claim a life purpose, most of which is, gee, I like to help people because that's the buzzword we say.
Speaker BBut it means also you can Make a living.
Speaker BYou can make money and the people gladly give you because you're providing this free, I don't mean free cost, but this beautiful, empowering, uplifting, joyful energy and real solutions, real solutions about how to deal with shadow work and old beliefs and limiting baggage that you're carrying around and opening the vision to possibilities.
Speaker BAnd I know we use all these woo woo words, but there's a million ways that you or I or you guys listening can create vision.
Speaker BValue.
Speaker BMoney follows value.
Speaker BMoney's actually easier to make now than it's ever been.
Speaker BAnd it's just finding the courage.
Speaker BSo you're telling me and our listeners that you can do that no matter where you are, no matter what's gone on before, you can start today and move in that direction.
Speaker BHave I got that right?
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker ABut we need to know something, that we are not here to do this by ourselves.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAlone we cannot become.
Speaker AI mean, we are not here to become victims and like slaves of our own creations.
Speaker AThat's why connection to other people and you know, like this gathering and co creating is very, very, very important.
Speaker AAnd also I would like to mention one more thing.
Speaker ASo if you know everybody, like who's listening now, they can look, you know, their hands, like you, Kellen, can also look at your hand.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ALike, let's look at our hand and let, let's look at our finger.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AFin.
Speaker AFingerprint.
Speaker AYou have unique fingerprint.
Speaker AI have unique fingerprint.
Speaker AEvery single person that is listening now, they have unique fingerprint.
Speaker AWhy to leave a unique imprint in this world.
Speaker AThis is how I see it and how, and what that imprint is, they can decide.
Speaker AAnd I'm here to guide them through this because yeah, I have certain expertise, knowledge or wisdom or whatever.
Speaker ABut most importantly is that I also see, I kind of see how can I express myself.
Speaker ALike potential realities.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ABased on their gifts.
Speaker ABased, based on their abilities.
Speaker AAnd I see potential realities, what they can do and how they can do it.
Speaker AAnd it's like, hey, these are opportunities that I see now.
Speaker AWhere do you want to go?
Speaker AYeah, but don't, don't hold, hold it.
Speaker ADon't hold on to that.
Speaker ABut these are like opportunities where you can start walking this path and, and people love that because, you know, usually it's very, very difficult to, to.
Speaker AYeah, to, to start to, to make that first step.
Speaker ABut when they have realization that they are here to do something unique, and I'm not saying that they are very special because of that.
Speaker AThey are better than anyone else.
Speaker AThey.
Speaker ANo, I'm not saying that.
Speaker AIt's just like unique.
Speaker AWith their unique personality, with their unique past experiences, with their unique story, with their unique abilities, you know, skills, they can create their own unique story.
Speaker BThey can.
Speaker BAnd I always say that the most important gift that you, Anya or Kellen or anybody else has the most powerful gift.
Speaker BAnd that means to make the biggest difference, most money and have the most fun impact income and most fun.
Speaker BYou know what it is?
Speaker BIt is the story of your own becoming exactly the story of your own.
Speaker AYeah, I remember remembering.
Speaker BYeah, yeah, that is what you've got.
Speaker BAnd everything else you teach, everything else you share is that thing over there that you know about, but it's not the essence of the truth.
Speaker BSo if people want to follow you or find out more or connect with you or talk to you, what do they do?
Speaker BWhere do they go?
Speaker AYeah, my main platform is LinkedIn.
Speaker ASo they can find me on Anya Gibert, free spirit on LinkedIn or free spirithc.com.
Speaker Athat's my, that's my official website.
Speaker AI'm also on YouTube, on Instagram and Facebook, wherever.
Speaker AThey will find me and, you know, they will give me a nudge or something, I will definitely respond.
Speaker AAnd yeah, I would just like to, you know, tell that it's possible.
Speaker AIt is possible.
Speaker ABut we're not here to do anything by ourselves because we are all pieces of the puzzle.
Speaker AHow I see it, you know, we have this huge table.
Speaker AWe are bringing our skills, our stories, our, I don't know, you know, experiences to the table.
Speaker AAnd then we mix together and we create magic together.
Speaker AAnd yeah, I can help individuals or even groups, you know, in certain stages.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker ABut then when I was like, hey, you don't need me anymore, then, you know, they are ready for new, like Kellen, you know, they can come from me, they can come to you.
Speaker ABut it's all about that.
Speaker AYeah, it's all about that as a journey.
Speaker BI love what you're sharing and what you've shared.
Speaker BAnd I always say this or something like it.
Speaker BListeners, look, you can hear this as a bunch of airy fairy woo woo stuff.
Speaker BAnd I don't care if you own a hardcore nuts and bolts business.
Speaker BThe truth is, if you create your business and your life from a place of vision and freedom and taking off the limitations, seeing past those possibilities, whatever you're doing will grow exponentially and it will be more fun and it will be more rewarding and you'll help more people and you'll have a heck of a good time.
Speaker BI know it.
Speaker BI live that every Day.
Speaker BAnya demonstrates that.
Speaker BAnya, I want to thank you for coming and sharing your energy and your love and your invitation with us today.
Speaker AThank you.
Speaker AThank you for your invitation.
Speaker AIt was very, very cool to talk to you.
Speaker AIt's quite late here, but I'm like, yeah, super, super excited about this chat.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, I hope that, you know, people that they were listening today, they got bits and pieces that will help them, you know, transform them, their life in any way.
Speaker ABecause what we were saying today is really powerful.
Speaker AIt just, yeah, they just have to listen with their heart, not only with their ears or their mind.
Speaker BThank you.
Speaker BSo I want to encourage all of you to listen again because what she just said there in conclusion is the real deal.
Speaker BNothing's going to happen unless you do something.
Speaker BNothing's going to happen unless you open your heart and explore the possibility.
Speaker BAnd you can say, yeah, it won't work for me.
Speaker BAnd you're right, it won't.
Speaker BBut if you go in there and you say, you know what, maybe I could do this, I can make you a promise.
