Speaker AWhen you think about something at that kind of level, you know the kind of work and preparation that goes into that.
Speaker AIf you've ever played sports or done music or art or anything else at that kind of championship level, you know the preparation that it takes, the focus, the clarity, the dedication, the discipline, whatever word you want.
Speaker AWell, I'm going to give you the secret right now to having that power every day.
Speaker AYou also know the kind of productivity you get, or I get when we're in flow, that magical state where nothing matters and time passes in a weird way and you're creative and you're focused.

Speaker ANow, that doesn't mean you're not going to have a jet engine fall on your house every once in a while or, you know, the IRS or the revenue agency do something, or the weather wreck your plans or a flood happen.
Speaker AWe're watching those natural disasters unfold right this minute.
Speaker AAs I recorded a few weeks ago, there were these terrible floods in Texas that were once in 500 years or a thousand years lost.
Speaker ACost a lot of people their lives.
Speaker AThose things happen.
Speaker ABut even when they do, or some smaller version of those, we have the ability to be resilient and powerful.
Speaker AAnd it doesn't come by accident.
Speaker AIt comes from preparation.
Speaker ASomebody said we don't rise to the occasion.
Speaker AWe default to the level of our training.
Speaker ASo this that we're going to talk about is body, mind, spirit, emotional training.
Speaker ASo you can rip up your day every single time.
Speaker ASo here's why this matters.

Speaker AIf you think about your days over the last two weeks, how many of them have been rock star days where you.
Speaker AEverything went right and you just crushed it?
Speaker AHow many?
Speaker AWhat would it be worth to you to have the ability to have that all the time?

Speaker ALet's talk about why it matters.
Speaker AWhen you, when I or you, when we get up and the way we start our day is scrolling and looking at the news or thumbing through the phone, you know, ooh, the phone, right, Messages.
Speaker AI wonder if this client said that, or I wonder if that deal went through, or I wonder if the news thing or this riot happened, or, you know, this Supreme Court ruling, or, you know, how my bank's doing, or, you know, whatever it is, if that's our first thought, then looking at that and getting involved in that hijacks our presence in our day.
Speaker AI'm not pretending those things don't need attention.
Speaker ABut if you are going into an important conversation with someone, anyone, work, personal, and you are scattered and fearful, how effective is that conversation?
Speaker AIt's not and you know it.
Speaker AIf, on the other hand, you've done some thinking and you're prepared, you're humble, you're focused you're ready to set boundaries and stand your ground, and you're clear and full of love.
Speaker AThe chances of that conversation going better or perfectly are dramatically increased.
Speaker ANow, we can't control what others do, and I'm not pretending we can, but we are prepared.
Speaker ASo when you think about why it matters, why your morning matters.
Speaker AI had a weird experience a few years ago.
Speaker AI got up in the morning and I did my morning preparation.
Speaker AI call it a dcp Daily Creation Process.
Speaker AI did it, and I was feeling great, and I was out walking the dog.
Speaker AAnd then I got a phone call, and it was something bad, really bad.
Speaker AAnd then I got an email and it was something worse.
Speaker AAnd then more and more.
Speaker AAnd there were three or four, maybe four things.
Speaker AAnd I say, maybe because it's been a while, but there were several things that happened literally within a space of five minutes where I went from feeling really good about life in the day to ready to cry, meaning in frustration, helplessness, just blown away.
Speaker AAnd, you know, like, I wanted to.
Speaker AI was out walking the dog when I got the last of these, and I just wanted to sit down on the corner.
Speaker AI was walking through a big undeveloped area.
Speaker AWell, it was developed, partially developed, but there were lots of just sidewalks and roads and not very many houses yet.
Speaker AAnd it was big, like a whole mile square.
Speaker ASo it was a big development.
Speaker ABut anyway, I wanted to just sit down on the.
Speaker AOn the curb on the corner and just, like, have a breakdown, right?
Speaker AA mental breakdown or emotional, spiritual, whatever.
Speaker AAnd then I noticed something.
Speaker AI saw my dog, and the dog was with me.
Speaker AYou know, it had walked with me all the way through all those troublesome things, and the dog was happy.
Speaker AAnd there was a rabbit that ran out and tugging on the lead, you know, wanting to chase the rabbit.
Speaker AAnd I thought it was funny.
Speaker AI thought, now the dog is with me through all this stuff, and the dog's not having any of it.
Speaker ALike, fun, laughing, doing whatever.
Speaker ADogs laughing, right.
Speaker ASometimes dogs look like they're grinning, don't they?
Speaker ABut anyway, and I thought.
Speaker AI realized this entire drama from stoked to destroyed has happened inside here.
Speaker ALike, there's nothing going on that would drive that, the weather is beautiful, etc.
Speaker AEtc.
Speaker AAnd I thought, no, wait a minute.
Speaker AIf that all happened in my head, then I can undo it.
Speaker ABecause the fear and the pain and the worry were my projections about the consequences of these phone calls and emails that were.
Speaker AThat were damaging.
Speaker AAnd I realized, okay, I can control this.
Speaker ASo the thing to take.
Speaker AAnd I was able to.
Speaker AAnd there's a whole process.

Speaker AManaging or controlling, or the better word is creating.
Speaker AYour morning is the harbinger, the bellwether of your day, week, month, mission and masterpiece.
Speaker AThat's how important it is to do this.
Speaker ASo I'm gonna talk about exactly how to do this.
Speaker AThe first thing you do is stillness.
Speaker AFirst, when the alarm goes off, or if you don't use an alarm.
Speaker AI rarely do, but I wake up at the same time within a few minutes every day because I've trained my body to do that.
Speaker AIf the first thing we do is take input from, you know, stuff around us, we're going to be distracted, we're going to be less than our best.
Speaker AInstead, enter stillness.
Speaker AEnter the space of the divine.
Speaker ANow, you and I both know there is a divine essence.
Speaker AI call it God, you can call it whatever you like.
Speaker AUnity, oneness, non duality, the universe, my higher self, I don't care.
Speaker ABut there is one and you know it.
Speaker AAnd we distance ourselves from it a lot until we learn not to.
Speaker APart one is to choose to enter stillness.
Speaker AConnect with the divine.
Speaker AHow?
Speaker AWell, let's.
Speaker ALet's make this easy.
Speaker APray, meditate, read some sacred literature.
Speaker AAnd if you don't have any, find a book, scripture, or another book that is so inspirational to you, so encouraging.
Speaker AEvery time you read feels like energy to your soul.
Speaker AFind that.
Speaker AI wrote this book living with purpose and power, to be one source of that.
Speaker ASo if you don't have anything else living with purpose and power, get that.
Speaker ABut find a thing.
Speaker AWhether it's your own conversations with God or it is meditation, which is just the act of being still, like intentionally.
Speaker AAnd enter stillness.
Speaker AThat's part one.
Speaker AA way to think about that is to create before you consume.
Speaker ACreate stillness in your mind.
Speaker AI'm not talking about making videos.
Speaker ACreate stillness.
Speaker ACreate space.
Speaker AInspiration and blessing happen in space.
Speaker AAnd the voice of the spirit is tiny stillness.
Speaker AIt happens.
Speaker AIt's always described as a still, small voice, even though it is the voice of infinite power.
Speaker ASo start there.
Speaker AThe second thing is to remember that your morning is creative time, not reactive Time.
Speaker ASave that.
Speaker AOkay, here's a.
Speaker AHere's another thing you can do.
Speaker AWrite one sentence.
Speaker ANot 50 thing, one sentence that you're grateful for or a piece of your vision.
Speaker AOne of the ways I ask this, in a funny way is you have a.
Speaker AYou have a way.
Speaker AYou.
Speaker AYou have a way you'd like to help people.
Speaker AI call it adding good to the world.
Speaker AServe people.
Speaker AWhatever it is you have that, you know it.
Speaker AYou think about it.
Speaker ASo think about this way.
Speaker AWhat would the world look like if you were able to complete your vision in its fullest, grandest sense?
Speaker AIf you were able to do that, what would the world look like?
Speaker AAnswer that question about gratitude.
Speaker AHere's a really good practice.
Speaker AThink one thing that you're really grateful for.
Speaker AI mean, really.
Speaker AAnd then just think about that until the neurotransmitters and chemistry of gratitude have got you pumped.
Speaker AThe second piece is to move your body.
Speaker AMove the temple of your spirit.
Speaker AYour body's a temple.
Speaker AI don't care how broken it is.
Speaker AMine, I wear hearing aids.
Speaker AI wear weird special contacts or I can't see.
Speaker AMy back is now deteriorated enough that I use a cane.
Speaker ASo there are things that I could be concerned about or complain about my body, but I don't.
Speaker AI love it.
Speaker AIt is the spirit.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AI mean, the container of my spirit.
Speaker AIt is that thing.
Speaker AAnd I love it.
Speaker AI love it.
Speaker AI love it.
Speaker AI own it.
Speaker AI want it.
Speaker AThink about that, okay?
Speaker AMove your body.
Speaker AEven if it's just stretching for 10 or 15 minutes.
Speaker ABend over, touch the floor.
Speaker ALay down on the floor.
Speaker ASpread your legs.
Speaker APut your face down.
Speaker AYou know, there's a dozen yoga poses, martial arts stretches, you know, those kinds of things to just honor the temple.
Speaker AThe.
Speaker AThe next thing, in just five or 10 minutes, just to wake it up and pay honor to it.
Speaker AThe next thing that really moves me is my daily declarations and declarations are the most powerful articulation of the vision.
Speaker AAnd the declarations I use are in this book, okay?
Speaker AAnd they are.
Speaker AThey are mighty.
Speaker AThey burn the walls down.
Speaker AThey make me weep.
Speaker AThey get my soul fired up.
Speaker ABey obstacle.
Speaker ANow, think about it.
Speaker AWhen I prepare myself that way, connected to the divine, with my body, owning me, you know, I own it and we're doing it together.
Speaker AAnd then I've made the declarations of who I am in the world and what I'm about, I don't care what happens.
Speaker AI don't care if it's what I wanted or not.
Speaker AWhat I wanted, quote good or bad, you know, Expected or unexpected, I am powerfully prepared.
Speaker AAnd that gets you in a place where you can handle anything.
Speaker AAnd if things are even okay, then you're in your wild, creative mode.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker AAnd also create some structure.
Speaker AI have three non negotiables.
Speaker AI picked three things I'm going to do today.
Speaker AI don't size them, so they fill up the whole day.
Speaker AI just look at all the things.
Speaker ABusiness, personal, everything.
Speaker AThese three things, they're happening today because I said so.
Speaker AThis is important.
Speaker AWell, pick three non negotiables.
Speaker AWe all have a to do list.
Speaker AIt's way too long.
Speaker AWho cares?
Speaker APick three that are non negotiables and then say, I will do these today no matter what, so you don't get distracted.
Speaker ASo that preparation process will get you fired up.
Speaker ANow, I've given you some very specific things to do in the book.
Speaker AAnd you may have your own list and your own book and your own methodology.
Speaker AThat isn't the point.
Speaker AThe point is, are you doing it every single day?
Speaker AAnd you know how you know the answer to that?
Speaker ADoing it isn't checking boxes.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYeah, I did it.
Speaker AI did it.
Speaker AThe real question is, did it work?
Speaker AAnd by work, I mean are you on fire, in love with yourself?
Speaker AAt a minimum, your partner, if you have one.
Speaker AYour God, your creator, your mission, your purpose.
Speaker ADo you feel that fire and energy?
Speaker AAnd if you don't, it didn't work.
Speaker ASo find a new one or do it again.

Speaker AIt's an acronym.
Speaker AIt stands for worth, identity, possibility, ownership, and sovereignty.

Speaker AWorth, identity, possibility, ownership, sovereignty.
Speaker AWorth is an acknowledgment and an understanding that you are divine, you are sovereign.
Speaker AWorth is infinite.
Speaker ASo your worth is infinite.
Speaker AYou're created by God with a purpose, for a purpose, not accidentally, even if your Life is tough.
Speaker AYour identity is.
Speaker AThe pedigree of your spirit is a single line.
Speaker AYou, God doesn't matter how many grandparents and generations there were of your body.
Speaker AYour spirit comes from the divine.
Speaker AYour possibilities are infinite.
Speaker AAnd it's only you that limits what you create.
Speaker AYour money, your circumstances, your health.
Speaker AThat doesn't.
Speaker AEvery single person I know is dealing with a little health or a lot.
Speaker AYou know, right now I've got several things going on.
Speaker AI don't care.
Speaker AI'm about my mission anyway.
Speaker AAnd does it get in the way?
Speaker ASure.
Speaker AIt makes it so I do less in a given day.
Speaker AI don't care.
Speaker AI love you.
Speaker AI'm here to lift you, bless you, encourage you, acknowledge you, tell you how great you are, because I know it.
Speaker AEvery person I meet, I'm overwhelmed.
Speaker AI feel in awe.
Speaker AAnd that includes you.
Speaker AOf your possibilities.
Speaker AOh, is ownership.
Speaker AYou own your life.
Speaker AStop giving it away.
Speaker AStop hiding, shrinking, accommodating.
Speaker ABeing a doormat.
Speaker ANow, that doesn't mean brash or pushy or negative.
Speaker AIt just means weigh what you are here to do against everything else.
Speaker AAre we you and me, together?

Speaker AThe end of the day, week, month, year, decade, you want to look back and say, I did what I came to do.
Speaker AS is sovereign sovereignty, which means.
Speaker AYeah, regal, kingly, queenly, you're in charge.
Speaker AYou are it.
Speaker AAnd if you don't abdicate, then you'll realize that we abdicate so often, we give our power away.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ANow, all of this is done for one reason, and that is so that you and I can fill your mission.
Speaker AAnd I don't know what your mission is, but I know one characteristic of it, one characteristic of your mission is to add good to the world.
Speaker ANow, whether you deal in healing or whether you deal in being the very best attorney you can be, that's upright and ethical, or whether you're an accountant or an author or a publisher or an engineer or an energy worker, or a person who creates alignment, I got friends that heal and elevate people's souls with the sound of their voice.
Speaker AI know a lady who's an opera, was an opera singer, and she uses her voice to create resonance in people's hearts that will do this lifting and blessing.
Speaker AI know a guy that does the same kind of thing, and he works with all kinds of people, but even teams of executives.
Speaker AThis is not just woo woo weird stuff in some tent.
Speaker AIt is the truth of our bodies and spirits.
Speaker AHe's able to tap into it in this particular way.
Speaker ASo we are here to love and serve each other.
Speaker AWe are here to add good to the world.
Speaker AThat's it.
Speaker AAnd if we choose to do that, we win.
Speaker AAnd if we choose to abdicate within, we didn't do what we came to do.
Speaker AYou know what the good news is?
Speaker AIt's never too late.
Speaker AI don't care where you are or where you've been.
Speaker AI don't care what you have missed in the past or mistakes you've made.
Speaker AIf all that was determinative, I'm dead.
Speaker ABecause I didn't even start on this mission until I was 52.
Speaker ABefore that, I was living somebody else's script with somebody else's direction, somebody else's should do this, somebody else's goals, Somebody else telling me where I needed to be, what I needed to do to be happy, how much money I need to make and who I needed to.
Speaker AYou know, all of that, it was embedded deep from my childhood and other things, you know, in my DNA that was the right thing to do.
Speaker AAnd it's all nonsense.
Speaker AAnd it doesn't mean that the things you've been told or taught are wrong.
Speaker AIt means until you own them, they don't matter if you're doing them just because they're bogus, nonsense, nothing.
Speaker AThey won't last.
Speaker AYou'll fall apart.
Speaker ABecause the energy of truth and creation comes from your own certainty.
Speaker AIt comes from owning a thing in your heart.
Speaker ANo permission, no excuses, no agreement by anybody else.
Speaker AYou own it now.
Speaker AWhat I have discovered as I've gone through this process is many of the things that I learned in my socialization and upbringing I have returned to, but in a different way.
Speaker AIn a way that I own them and love them and see them and value them.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AOne of the things I love to do is write.

Speaker ASo now let's talk about some more things about how to get this done in a way that matters and lasts for you.
Speaker AOne is consistency.
Speaker AConsistency.
Speaker AYou know, when people teach about social media, I remember one guru that I followed for a while and their stuff was good.
Speaker ASo I don't say that in a diminutive way, is that consistency trumps content.
Speaker AThat doesn't mean you can post garbage, although some people do.
Speaker ABut the fact that you are consistent matters.
Speaker ANow we're talking about shaping your life and owning your day and miracle mornings and magic power.
Speaker AThat's what we're talking about.
Speaker AConsistency matters a lot.
Speaker AI taught piano for maybe on and off for about 40 years, from when I was 17 till I was 57.
Speaker AI quit teaching about 12 years ago.
Speaker AI'll be 70 this year.
Speaker AAnd in those 40 years, I noticed some really interesting things.
Speaker AThose that practiced nearly every day for even 30 to 45 minutes got way better, way faster than those that were sporadic.
Speaker AEven if the number of hours on the bench was more, you know, big long binge, practicing on the weekend or skipping a lot of days, it just didn't add up.
Speaker AConsistency.
Speaker AI noticed that in my own as I prepare for concerts, playing the piano or singing or speaking or all of is better.
Speaker AIt more muscle memory, more available, more power, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
Speaker AWhen you're consistent, your daily preparation is the same.
Speaker ASo one of the things I do when I'm coaching people and I've coached people to make hundreds of millions of dollars, so it isn't just about woo woo stuff, it's about hard cold cash.

Speaker AMost people that I talk to that say, I'm a healer and then say, I can't make money, what's wrong with me?

Speaker AHappy doesn't depend on cash.
Speaker AHappy is a choice, and it's an internal state.
Speaker AConsistency trumps anything else.
Speaker ASo you pick, devise, design, a daily creation process.
Speaker ALet me help you.
Speaker AI'm the best in the world at it, and I can help you do that.
Speaker AOne that gives you power, determination, discipline, and loving yourself.
Speaker AAnd then from that place, creating money, creating a following, creating an impact, raising your kids, repairing or building a relationship with your significant other, your wife, your husband, or your partner that's so available to you.
Speaker AAnd it depends on you.
Speaker AYou can't fix anybody else.
Speaker AThe only person you can work on is you.
Speaker AYou know that.
Speaker ABut we still want everybody else to change, so the world will be like we want.
Speaker ASo consistency is key.
Speaker AOne, number two, create habits.
Speaker AAnd by that, consistency leads to habits.
Speaker ABut here's.
Speaker AI want you to think about habits.
Speaker ASome Studies say that 75, 80, 85% of what we do is habit.
Speaker AAnd that's good, because habits make great servants, but they make terrible masters.
Speaker ASo let me give you some examples.
Speaker AIf your habit is when the alarm goes off, you hit snooze 1, 2, 3, 4 times.
Speaker AThat is a habit that robs you of the best hour of the day.
Speaker AThe first one accompanying that is the feeling inside.
Speaker AOh, I need to get up, I need to get up, I need to get up.
Speaker ASo not only do you have a habit of wasting the time, you have a habit of feeling bad already.
Speaker AIf you recognize that, raise your hand.
Speaker AI can't see.
Speaker AAnyway, we can end that habit just one day.
Speaker ATomorrow, set your alarm and get up.
Speaker AOne way to make that habit meaningful is to say, the minute I hear it, I will get up, hit the floor and do a little stretch, wake up my body, or I'll dash in the bathroom, brush my teeth to wake up, do something.
Speaker ARemember I said, start with entering stillness.
Speaker AAnd if you lay in bed and try to enter stillness, you'll probably go back to sleep.
Speaker ASo you have to develop the practice in a way that energizes your spirit.
Speaker ANot that is fake and puts you back to sleep.
Speaker APrepare your environment.
Speaker ASo if you're going to journal in the morning or go for a walk or go for a jog or walk the dog or whatever it is, set it up.
Speaker ASet it up the night before.
Speaker AWhy it maximizes the chance of success.
Speaker APut your alarm a little further away.
Speaker ABut if you're using your phone like I am, put your phone charger over there.
Speaker ASo excuse me.
Speaker ASo you got to get up to turn it off.
Speaker AI mean, these are all simple things, but you'd be surprised how many people don't do it.
Speaker ANow, if you get up and have coffee first thing in the morning, you know the T shirt says, don't talk to me, I've had coffee.
Speaker ASet a list of things that you're going to do just before that.
Speaker AI know I'm going to go make my morning coffee and do whatever.
Speaker AOkay, how about a list of things that I do before that?
Speaker AI'm going to sit for five minutes with myself and think about how grateful I am to be alive, to be breathing, to have the business I have, the partner I have, the kids I have, the health I have, even if it's not all the way like my mine.
Speaker AYou know, my getting out of bed is an ordeal.
Speaker AIt hurts every morning without fail.
Speaker ASo part of my routine is I have to go take a little pain meds, my, you know, Tylenol, ibuprofen stuff.
Speaker AI'm not on heavy stuff because I won't do that.
Speaker ABut I got to go do that first so that pretty soon I'll quit hurting.
Speaker AI make a ritual out of that.
Speaker AI drink a whole bunch of water with it.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ATo hydrate the body.
Speaker AThen I move and I start doing things to increase circulation and get that stuff flowing in my system.
Speaker AThen I sit quietly for a little while.
Speaker AMy morning ritual takes two hours, two and a half hours, because I want it to.
Speaker AWhen I teach, it's 40 minutes.

Speaker AAnimosity, negativity, never built anything lasting.
Speaker ASo all of this might be sounding difficult.
Speaker AThat's okay.
Speaker AThose who dare greatly fail greatly.
Speaker AI forgive myself right here, right now, Everything, every moment, because I said so.
Speaker ANothing is keeping me from grace, from joy and power, except my stories.
Speaker AI choose to enter grace and power now.
Speaker AAnd if you pray, pray that I do, I find great power and comfort in prayer.
Speaker AI've seen miracles in my own life.
Speaker ANow, I can tell you this.
Speaker AWhen I first started on this journey of developing daily creation processes, I call them that instead of morning rituals or morning routines, because that's so cliche.

Speaker AI need to get up in here and I need to do this, this, this, and, you know, and if I didn't just follow it precisely, oh, I'm behind the eight ball, I'm dead.

Speaker AAnd I spent all day trying to make up for lost time.
Speaker AWell, you know, the kind of energy that carried.
