You already know what to do.
Speaker AToday is the day we build the engine to get it done.
Speaker AThis is the how and the how of the how.
Speaker AWelcome to the show.
Speaker ATired of the hype about living the dream?
Speaker AIt's time for truth.
Speaker AThis is the place for tools, power and real talk so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life.
Speaker ASubscribe, share, create.
Speaker AYou have infinite power.
Speaker AWelcome to your ultimate life.
Speaker AToday is the day we're going to talk about how things get done.
Speaker AWe've talked about getting prepared.
Speaker AWe've talked about the mindset and the structure we need.
Speaker AWe talked about that.
Speaker AThere's nobody preventing you.
Speaker AThere's no gatekeeper.
Speaker AThere's no barrier.
Speaker AOnly the story in your mind.
Speaker AYou don't need anyone's permission, you don't need anyone's agreement to either be become what you want to become or build the business you want to build.
Speaker ALike you have a dream of changing the world.
Speaker AI know you do.
Speaker AMaybe your world is 10 people.
Speaker AMaybe it's a hundred.
Speaker AMaybe it's a thousand.
Speaker AMaybe it's $100,000 business.
Speaker AMaybe it's a million dollar business.
Speaker AMaybe 10 million.
Speaker ANone of those are impossible.
Speaker AAll of those are doable and within your grasp.
Speaker AAnd it takes a process to get there.
Speaker AWe don't live in a Harry Potter wand world where he goes and a little pink, you know, stream comes out and boom, there's a pile of gold.
Speaker AWe don't live there, okay?
Speaker AOr at least I don't know how to do that.
Speaker ABut I do know how to create anything I want.
Speaker AAnd I do it all the time.
Speaker AI'm on a mission to reach 300 million people.
Speaker AAnd you know what?
Speaker AI'm going to reach it.
Speaker AI've got six weeks left.
Speaker AI'm going to make it.
Speaker AWe're going to reach 300 million people with the message of whipos.
Speaker AWorth, identity, possibility, ownership, sovereignty.
Speaker AThat combination means you can create anything you want.
Speaker AYou've heard me say that a hundred times or a thousand times.
Speaker AThis is episode 1000 and something, right?
Speaker AAnd it's true.
Speaker AIt's true every time I say it.
Speaker AAnd it will be true forevermore.
Speaker AWe know from physics, our thoughts change the probability distribution.
Speaker AOur thoughts make things happen.
Speaker AAnd it doesn't happen as fast as we want.
Speaker ALike we could say, oh, boom, here it is and there's a box of gold bars on the porch or health, boom, suddenly I'm healed.
Speaker ASometimes that happens, but that's pretty rare.
Speaker ASo what we're going to talk about today is actually how, how do things happen?
Speaker AOkay, so what we're going to give you what I'm going to give you today.
Speaker AAnd here's the promise.
Speaker AI'm going to promise to give you tools that will work.
Speaker AIt will set you up every day to be powerful.
Speaker AIt will make you keep your promises or help you keep your promises.
Speaker AIt will help you deliver what you promised to yourself.
Speaker AYou're going to deliver.
Speaker AThe promises to yourself are the most important.
Speaker ASo there's principle one of the how of the how.
Speaker AThe promises you make to yourself are the most sacred words you utter in the universe today and every day, period.
Speaker AThey're more important than any other promise.
Speaker ABecause if you can't keep your promise to yourself, what you say to others is always subject to suspicion.
Speaker AAnd you will disagree.
Speaker AYou will say, no, I keep my promises to other people, but I don't keep them to myself.
Speaker AYou're lying.
Speaker AIf you don't keep your promises to yourself, you keep them maybe to other people, but it is performative.
Speaker AIt is not with integrity.
Speaker AIt is not with your full heart and soul.
Speaker AYour promises to yourself, your integrity to yourself is job one, always and forever.
Speaker ASo do that.
Speaker ASo let's learn about how to do that.
Speaker AHere is a daily playbook I'm going to give you a daily playbook you can run in 60 minutes that will set you up for delivering today.
Speaker AStep one.
Speaker AI'm going to tell you a story.
Speaker AThere was a day I took the dog for a walk.
Speaker AAnd this was some years ago in Phoenix.
Speaker AAnd we lived across the street from a development that was going in.
Speaker AAnd it was some years after that big 2008 crash.
Speaker AThat's 17 years ago.
Speaker ABut it was some years after that.
Speaker AAnd so the development had come to a complete screeching standstill.
Speaker AAnd the streets were in, and there were some show homes built, but nothing happened for a long time.
Speaker AAnd so I used to go walk in there in the morning for like an hour with the dog all over the place.
Speaker AAnd one morning I got up to go for a walk and it was a great day.
Speaker AI got up, I did some, you know, personal things.
Speaker AI didn't have the powerful morning ritual that I have today, the invincible powerhouse that puts me in Olympic level form.
Speaker ABut I had something and I was out for a walk.
Speaker AAnd as I went for a walk, I got an email.
Speaker AAnd the email was a disaster, or at least I thought it was.
Speaker AI interpreted it, interpreted it as a disaster.
Speaker ABoom.
Speaker AWrecked something.
Speaker AAnd then I got a phone call, another disaster.
Speaker AAnd then I got another one.
Speaker AAnd it Were like four things, maybe five, one after another, that were huge disappointments.
Speaker AThis fell through, that wasn't happening.
Speaker AAnd just on and on, right?
Speaker AAnd it was so heavy, it was so heavy on me.
Speaker AI sat down on the curb and I'm in this development walking around, but there's nobody there.
Speaker AIt's all empty lots and a few fences up and stuff.
Speaker AAnd over there in the distance, it was a big development like a mile by a mile, so the show homes were far away.
Speaker ABut anyway, I sit down on the curb and I wanted to start to cry.
Speaker ALiterally.
Speaker AIt was affecting me that powerfully emotionally.
Speaker AAnd then, and then, you know, of course I've got this dog with me, right?
Speaker AAnd the dog's out for a walk, so it didn't want to sit down.
Speaker AAnd then it sees a rabbit dog sees a rabbit jumping around, trying to chase the rabbit and everything else.
Speaker AAnd I thought, how funny.
Speaker AThe dog and I, we're both here in this very same space and I am like sucking wind, I am hurting.
Speaker AAnd the dog, he's not having any of it.
Speaker AHe's jumping around happy.
Speaker AAnd I thought, wait a minute, if we're sitting here on the same place, well, the dog wasn't sitting, but I was.
Speaker AAnd the dog's jumping around, then it isn't anything except it's in here.
Speaker AIt's a dance in my head.
Speaker ASo then the thought came to me and thought, okay, if I can go from just top of the world to bottom of the barrel in five minutes with a few messages, then I can retrace that.
Speaker AI can go back the other way.
Speaker AI can not do that because the whole dance is in my head, right?
Speaker AAnd the dog, he's not having any of it.
Speaker ASo that was the, that was the thing that started.
Speaker AStarted me on this whole quest of creation, more intentional and powerful creation because I created the misery.
Speaker AAnd yeah, I got some events that happened, some.
Speaker AAn email and some phone calls and things stuff happened.
Speaker ABut I allowed that to smash me to, to face in the gutter, you know, emotionally destroyed, end of the world, doom scrolling doomsday, all that stuff.
Speaker AAnd I thought, now wait a minute, if that can happen in one direction, it can happen in the other direction.
Speaker ASo that got me thinking seriously about some questions.
Speaker AAnd here are the questions.
Speaker AOkay, question number one.
Speaker AWhat am I believing that gives this feeling, power.
Speaker AWell, that was easy to identify.
Speaker AI believe that I'm doomed.
Speaker AThe world is ending.
Speaker AThe failure of these things, clients falling through, it's going to mean financial something.
Speaker AOh no, I'm in a Something, something.
Speaker AI don't remember the details of them now, but that's what I was believing.
Speaker AIt means death financially or career wise or embarrassment or something.
Speaker AIt means terrifying consequences.
Speaker ANow, I don't know that's true because all I got was a message that this thing isn't happening.
Speaker ABut I interpolated that and went on to, you know, death of some sort, right?
Speaker AFailure, and then, you know, reflection on me and all the rest of the things that that means.
Speaker AAnd so I thought, actually, I don't know what it means, but what I'm believing is, this is catastrophizing.
Speaker ASo then the next question was, okay, is it true?
Speaker AAnd the answer is, well, I actually don't know.
Speaker AWhat I know is true is I got an email, I got a phone call.
Speaker AThat's what I know is true.
Speaker AI know the contents of the call, at least right now, are this thing I was depending on isn't happening.
Speaker AAnd there were several.
Speaker ASo for each thing, it isn't happening or not happening the way I wanted.
Speaker AThat's all I actually know.
Speaker ASo what I was believing is, and it means financial catastrophe or embarrassment or failure here.
Speaker AAnd I was taking this lever, this, this inflection point and catastrophizing, jumping off a cliff with it.
Speaker ASo the answer to the question, is it true?
Speaker AWell, it's true right now in this moment that I got an email that says X or a phone call, both that I know is true.
Speaker ADoes it mean all these other things?
Speaker AActually, I have no idea.
Speaker AI don't know if it means that.
Speaker AWell, that lowered the pressure a bunch because other things could happen, Right?
Speaker AThen the next question's even more fun.
Speaker AWhat else could I believe?
Speaker AWell, I could believe this is a good thing.
Speaker AI can't see how that's true.
Speaker AI could believe it's a neutral thing.
Speaker AI could believe it will change in a minute, that if I make a phone call and do some things, I might be able to adjust.
Speaker AI could believe that.
Speaker AWow.
Speaker AI could.
Speaker ASometimes it's hard to do that because if you're in the middle of a real catastrophe, it's hard to say, what else could I believe and see past the ingrained belief?
Speaker ASo there's another way to ask that question.
Speaker AWe all have people that we respect and admire and to ask what would so and so believe here?
Speaker AAnd if you pick, you know, your favorite superhero or some other person you know, that's doing really well, who, who metabolizes these things and says, what's the gift here?
Speaker AYou know, what they would be thinking they would be thinking, how can I fix this?
Speaker AThey would be thinking, why can this be good?
Speaker AThey would be thinking, what can I create from this?
Speaker AI couldn't create otherwise.
Speaker AYou know that because you know them.
Speaker ASo if you can't do it yourself, then use someone else as a proxy.
Speaker AAnd the next question is, what would they do with that thought?
Speaker AOr what would I do with a new thought?
Speaker AWell, I make a phone call, I'd regroup.
Speaker AI. I internally realize that it really isn't the end of the world.
Speaker ALike a nuclear weapon didn't fall on my house, jet engines not in my front yard.
Speaker APeople aren't dead and dying.
Speaker ASo there's lots of things.
Speaker ASo you get the process.
Speaker AWhat am I believing that gives us power?
Speaker AOkay, is it true?
Speaker AWhat else could I believe?
Speaker AIf I believed one of these other things, what would I do right now?
Speaker AAnd then take that action.
Speaker AEven though you don't know what the outcome is, that is an immediate and powerful.
Speaker AAnd it works every time.
Speaker AFoolproof path out of that catastrophizing.
Speaker ASo I did it in that particular case, in five more minutes, maybe it was 10, took me five to get down, maybe 10 to back up.
Speaker AI realized that there were some things I couldn't control right now at all, and I couldn't do anything about them.
Speaker ABut there were several things that I could do right this minute or as soon as I got home from the walk to, to find out more, to mitigate, to make some changes, or to find the gift.
Speaker AI did it.
Speaker AIt worked.
Speaker AAnd from there, I've created this entire curriculum and process about the truth of creating your life.
Speaker ASo that is a set of steps.
Speaker ANow I want to go over with you what I do.
Speaker AAnd this is again, the how of the how.
Speaker AThis is the nitty gritty.
Speaker AEvery single day when I get up, here's what I do.
Speaker AI go through a DCP daily creation process.
Speaker AHere's what it consists of.
Speaker ABut before I tell you that, let me tell you the outcome.
Speaker AThe outcome is I get more done, I make more money.
Speaker AI live happier and more joyfully.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AAnd I live this ultimate life purpose, prosperity and joy.
Speaker AIt wasn't always that way.
Speaker AI lived behind the eight ball before expecting failure, catastrophizing every event, seeing the worst in things, chastising myself all the time.
Speaker ALiving in self loathing and hatred, like deep hatred.
Speaker AAnd at different times in my life, different depths of that negativity.
Speaker ABut I lived there for decades, so I know deeply about that.
Speaker AStruggling with depression, it got to the point of suicidal Ideation and attempts even so really, really dark places.
Speaker ABut my point is this.
Speaker AHere is the process.
Speaker ASpiritual, physical, emotional, mental.
Speaker AIf I'm teaching you this, I said I'd give you something you can do in 60 minutes.
Speaker ASo here's 10-10-10 four blocks of 10 minutes to create yourself in a way so that you are invincible.
Speaker AYou keep your word, you ship and deliver on time.
Speaker AWhether that's product or service or writing or if you're going to a job, showing up and doing the very best you can, performing well, making cash, making connections and just living a kick ass life.
Speaker AThe spiritual I put first because it is the foundation for me.
Speaker AWe all know there's something more.
Speaker ACall it your higher self, call it God, call it the universe.
Speaker AI call it God.
Speaker AI have a personal relationship.
Speaker AI have seen God.
Speaker AI died and spoke with him in 2018.
Speaker ABut your ideation of that is yours and own it.
Speaker ASo own it.
Speaker AAnd here's the key.
Speaker ADo something in that 10 minutes to deepen that connection.
Speaker AIt might be prayer, it might be meditation, it might be stillness, it might be reading some sacred literature.
Speaker AIt might be reaffirming your own worth.
Speaker ANow I have a process called a ptac.
Speaker AI'm not teaching that right now today.
Speaker ABut if you want to know how to do it, it's in a book called Living with Purpose and Power.
Speaker AIf you don't have this book, it's the best book on the planet about how to find your self worth, how to use it every day and how to create miracles.
Speaker ABest one there is.
Speaker ASo get it and read it and then do what's in it.
Speaker ARead it.
Speaker ADoesn't matter unless you do what's in it.
Speaker ASo the first 10 minutes is do something that connects you spiritually.
Speaker AThe next 10 minutes is do something that wakes your physical body up.
Speaker AEven if you're going to go work out later.
Speaker AOr do whatever, do some stretching, do some breathing.
Speaker AWim hof breathing.
Speaker AIf you don't know what that is, look it up.
Speaker AW I M H O f It is a particular style of breathing that wakes up your parasympathetic nervous system and gets you set for the day.
Speaker AOr you can do box breathing, or you can do rectangle breathing, or you can do all kinds of things.
Speaker AThe point is, spend 10 minutes honoring the the container that holds your spirit.
Speaker AThe implementer of all things that you think.
Speaker AThe second or the third thing is E S P E is emotional.
Speaker ASend some messages of love.
Speaker AScroll through your texts.
Speaker AI'm not talking Facebook scrolling or doom scrolling.
Speaker ALook at Texts.
Speaker ALook at messenger if you use it, or WhatsApp or whatever and be inspired about messages of love and connection.
Speaker AI dare you.
Speaker ASpend 10 minutes sending.
Speaker AI prefer voice notes because they're way more personal.
Speaker ABut send some notes of love, of connection, maybe of repair.
Speaker ADo that.
Speaker AAnd the last is M. Mental.
Speaker APick up a book.
Speaker AI have 30 or so over here in two great big tall stacks, you know, that are.
Speaker AI can't even show how tall they are.
Speaker ABig stacks of books and more come every day.
Speaker ANot every day, a couple times a week.
Speaker AAnd I read voraciously.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause I love the different framings.
Speaker AI love the way people express their ideas.
Speaker ASo the goal here is, in that 40 minutes, create yourself so that you are true.
Speaker AYou are the being you want to have show up.
Speaker AYou're in Olympic form.
Speaker AOne way I say that is to enter spirit.
Speaker AEnter spirit so you can receive real power.
Speaker ABecause you're spiritual beings.
Speaker ADon't leave that meditation until you felt that connection.
Speaker AI don't leave my spiritual part of on any day, ever.
Speaker AAnd I mean this, I never skip until I've heard the voice of God reaffirming, reassuring, clearly with me.
Speaker AThen name the thing you want to do today.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAfter you've done these things, just pick the thing.
Speaker AWhat is the needle mover today?
Speaker AIs it more phone calls?
Speaker AIs it copy you need to write?
Speaker AIs it a customer you need to serve?
Speaker AIs it a product you need to think about?
Speaker AIs it an employee you need to work with?
Speaker AIs it a new hire you need to do?
Speaker AWhat's the thing that you believe will move the needle today?
Speaker AThen take that thing and put it in your calendar right now.
Speaker ABlock the hour for me.
Speaker AIf it's not in my calendar, it doesn't happen.
Speaker AAnd it's not because I'm rigid.
Speaker AI'm very, very flexible.
Speaker ABut then I don't have to think.
Speaker AIt clears out my mind for me.
Speaker AEverything's in the calendar.
Speaker AI just have to look at that.
Speaker ASo when you've identified the thing that you think will move the needle, most put it in the calendar so you're sure you get it done.
Speaker ASometimes I use three non negotiables.
Speaker AThese are the three things I'm doing today, no matter what.
Speaker ABoom.
Speaker ABecause I said so and I've done this.
Speaker AI've thought, these are the things I think will move the needle.
Speaker AThey're not avoidant things.
Speaker AThey're not hiding things, they're not procrastination things that the things I really think will move the needle.
Speaker AAnd when you're in spirit and in state.
Speaker AWhen you've done your meditation and breath work, then you're most likely to identify truth as opposed to deflections and bullshit.
Speaker AMore likely to ignore the resistance, the pushback, the naysayer, the kibbitzer, the internal critic, because you're connected to your true purpose.
Speaker AOkay, then here is a key to getting started.
Speaker ALet's say you have to write something.
Speaker AAnd I write a lot, so that's easy for me to use as an example.
Speaker AAnd maybe you don't.
Speaker AMaybe it's other things.
Speaker AThen just start.
Speaker AJust write.
Speaker APut out a hundred words, 200 words, 300 words, and just say it's an ugly draft.
Speaker AI'm just putting down ideas.
Speaker AI'm just saying it.
Speaker AThere's plenty of dictation tools, so you can even speak it.
Speaker AStart, start.
Speaker APick the one thing or the three non negotiables.
Speaker AI use three.
Speaker ABut at least the one thing you think moves the needle.
Speaker APut it on the calendar.
Speaker APut it first.
Speaker ADon't put it at the end of the day when you're tired and worn out.
Speaker APut it when you're fresh.
Speaker ADo it right now.
Speaker AIf you can, let you have another appointment like do it now.
Speaker ADo it first.
Speaker ALock it on your calendar and just start.
Speaker AOkay, then.
Speaker AA secret is that I use is like two timers.
Speaker AI set a timer.
Speaker AI use 50 tens.
Speaker AIf 50 minutes is too long, I had a client that used 25, five, whatever it is this means.
Speaker APut your phone away where you can't even hear the buzz.
Speaker ANo, no, no, no, no buzz.
Speaker AAnd set the timer.
Speaker ASo I take a little timer and I set it for 50 and I just turn it upside down and set it here.
Speaker AOr I'll turn off my phone and use the timer and I've made myself immunized to the buzz.
Speaker AI don't care.
Speaker AI get so many spam calls anyway, I don't care.
Speaker AI must be on a bunch of lists that got sold.
Speaker ASo I get marketing calls and I never pay attention.
Speaker ASo in the phone buzz is I don't even care.
Speaker ASo I can use my phone.
Speaker ABut if the phone buzz bothers you, get a different timer.
Speaker AGet them for three or four bucks on Amazon.
Speaker ASet a 50 minute timer, turn it over and sit there.
Speaker AI'm going for 50 minutes to do the thing that's going to move the needle, even if it's a rough draft.
Speaker AWhen I help people write books, I always tell them working title, working title, working title.
Speaker ASo you don't have to get stuck on it.
Speaker AEverything's work in progress.
Speaker ATill you ship it.
Speaker ASo then go in for that 50, 50, 10.
Speaker AWhen that 50 minutes is up, the buzzer goes off, pick up the 10 minute timer.
Speaker AI leave to have two of them because one set at 50 and one set at 10 I just put in my pocket and go for a walk, break, walk away, stretch out, don't even think about it.
Speaker AGo outside.
Speaker AIf it's good weather, it's not minus 40 or raining and.
Speaker AOr walk around the house.
Speaker AI'll go find Joy.
Speaker AI have an angel in the house all the time anyway, so I'll go find Joy and she's an angel and smile and laugh and love her and she's just beautiful and she's always just a holy being.
Speaker ASo I'll go do that for a few minutes and when the 10 minute timer goes off, it goes off.
Speaker AI'll wind down what I'm doing there in a minute and then come back and pick the next hour.
Speaker ASo that is a foolproof, bulletproof way to get that thing started.
Speaker ANow, maybe you'll complete it in an hour and maybe you won't, but whatever you got done, lock it in.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AAnd if it's done, ship it.
Speaker ANo second guessing, no whatever.
Speaker AIf it's an email or a sales letter you're writing or an invitation, ship it.
Speaker AShip it, ship it.
Speaker AThat's the deal with yourself.
Speaker AThen you know you're keeping your word to yourself.
Speaker ABecause I can make you a solemn holy promise.
Speaker AWhen you keep your word to yourself, you can accomplish anything.
Speaker AWhen I said it, I did it, is the truth of your life.
Speaker ANothing is out of your reach.
Speaker AAnd that is a powerful, eternal truth.
Speaker ASo There is a 60 minute block that you can use to accomplish the thing every day.
Speaker AThe how of the how.
Speaker AExactly.
Speaker AHow to do it.
Speaker ANow, at the end of that hour, after you've walked your 10 minutes or so, and these are all rough times, sit down for a minute and debrief what went well, what did I do really good?
Speaker AWhat makes me go, yeah, and what could I do better?
Speaker AAnd no drama, no harm, no foul, no beat up, no criticism, just question what might work better.
Speaker AAnd you may not even know.
Speaker AYou know, it may be a hundred already.
Speaker ABut if you got distracted once, or if you got lost in a train of thought and wandered around and did something, that's okay.
Speaker AOpportunity for improvement.
Speaker ABecause today is about the how of the how.
Speaker AAll right, so let's go to the next thing.
Speaker AHere's how to keep your focus sharp, keep your engine running like a high octane engine running on you know, 94 octane gas or your body running on great food, great nutrition, and good sleep.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd we're not going to talk about eating and sleeping hygiene today, although that's a whole episode in itself.
Speaker ABut here's something that you can do that will help you as you do this one hour block or the next one, or the next one.
Speaker AI don't do more than two of those, maybe three in a row before I go.
Speaker ATake a half hour.
Speaker AAnd, you know, just stretch and move and do stuff, right?
Speaker ASo don't, don't, don't do too many of those because they are, they are draining or they're demanding.
Speaker AThey were not draining or demanding if you're doing stuff you love, but they're not draining.
Speaker AAll right, so here's things you do.
Speaker ADo a three breath reset.
Speaker AThree breaths might sound like, not sound like much, but I can promise you if you stand up, you stretch, and you do a very deep breath in, completely full to the top.
Speaker AAnd then I have a friend that says even when it's full, then do another little pull and expand some little alveoli in your lungs that don't normally get puffed up.
Speaker AAnd then breathe it out.
Speaker ASome people call it box breathing.
Speaker A4 in, 4 hold, 4 out, 4 hold or rectangle.
Speaker A6 in, 4 hold, 6 out, 4 hold account.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AIt does something in your body.
Speaker AIt activates your parasympathetic nervous system, your vagal nerve.
Speaker AIt resets.
Speaker AIt gives you a reset command and tension and worry drain out of your body.
Speaker ASo a deep breath all the way in, extra hold it and then hold it empty.
Speaker ANow, the hold it empty part might be hard at first, but I have done some practice to where I can breathe a certain way.
Speaker AThis is a Wim Hof breathing.
Speaker ABreathe in deeply for three minutes, and then I can hold my lungs completely empty for a minute and a half, 90 seconds.
Speaker AAnd if you haven't tried that, that might be really hard at first, but it's okay.
Speaker AWhat you do is you teach your body that it can actually use the oxygen stored in it.
Speaker AAnd there's all kinds of nervous system benefits to that.
Speaker AWe're not doing that today.
Speaker ALook up Wim Hof.
Speaker AIt's fun.
Speaker AAll right, so there's a practical exact thing.
Speaker ASet your time up, set your day up with your 40 minutes.
Speaker AThen pick your mover, needle mover, block the time, do that one thing, ship it, then debrief.
Speaker ADid you do good?
Speaker ADid you get distracted?
Speaker AWhatever.
Speaker AA thousand likes doesn't equal one conversation.
Speaker ALike, move into real action.
Speaker AAll right, so now we're going to talk about some accountability things that help you.
Speaker ASo at the end of the day, maybe you do.
Speaker AYou can do it in the middle also.
Speaker ABut here's some, here's some things that I do and that you can do that will help you at the end of the day or at your check in if you're going to do it at lunch.
Speaker AI like to do it at lunch because my days are extremely productive and so I like to keep score a little bit.
Speaker AAnd I don't write it down anywhere.
Speaker ABut I'll say, what did I create?
Speaker AWhat did I create?
Speaker AWell, I got a podcast episode done.
Speaker AI conducted a coaching call.
Speaker AI did a spectacular morning routine and put myself on cloud nine and three quarters.
Speaker AOh, that was platform nine and three quarters.
Speaker AHarry Potter.
Speaker AI do that and I do it every day and I love it.
Speaker AWhat worked really well?
Speaker AWhat did I learn in my meditation?
Speaker AWhat did I hear the voice of God tell me to do today?
Speaker AWhat was my intuition by the time lunch gets here?
Speaker AOften the messages that I've sent out for love or repair or developing relationships, I'll see some answers.
Speaker ALook what happened.
Speaker ASome acknowledgement at least.
Speaker ASometimes there's an appointment scheduled on the calendar by then and I get to celebrate small victories.
Speaker ASo count your wins.
Speaker AWhat did I create?
Speaker AWhat is my.
Speaker AWhat did I learn?
Speaker AHere's another rubber meets the road thing that I do.
Speaker AI look intentionally for coaching.
Speaker ASo I told you I have 30 books over here and I'll read a chapter or so in one or more of them during my 10 minutes and I look intentionally.
Speaker AHow can this help me?
Speaker AWhat is the coaching here?
Speaker ACoaching?
Speaker AI am being coached in every moment.
Speaker AI have a saying in my ptac, my personal truth document, that says I learn from and get coached by each person in my path, in print in a Facebook feed, and I clean out my feed.
Speaker ASo the only things I see are positive things.
Speaker AI get rid of everything else.
Speaker AI don't need garbage.
Speaker AThere's enough garbage that's available freely on the news and just walking around.
Speaker ASo I intentionally fill myself with high power nutrition and therefore I look for coaching.
Speaker AI read somebody else's meme and I think, how does that apply to me?
Speaker AWhere's the gold here?
Speaker AWhat can I do?
Speaker AI attended a mastermind meeting yesterday and you know, I haven't belonged to this mastermind very long, couple of months.
Speaker AAnd when I went in, I wasn't sure.
Speaker ABut what I decided is I'm going to take notes and I'm going to figure out something valuable.
Speaker AAnd you know What?
Speaker AI found 11 things in our 90 minutes yesterday.
Speaker AI found 11 things in my notebook that I can do, and I can't do them all at once.
Speaker AAnd I'm not pretending, and I'm not behind the eight ball.
Speaker AAnd I'm not saying, oh, no, I got to do it all at once.
Speaker AThat's all nonsense.
Speaker ABut I found 11 possibilities, and they were exciting and energizing.
Speaker AAnd as the mastermind went on, instead of thinking, once it's over, I was thinking, wow, what else is there?
Speaker ASo I look for coaching all the time.
Speaker ASo what did I get done this lunchtime?
Speaker ACheck in for me.
Speaker AWhat did I learn?
Speaker AAnd what's the next one thing?
Speaker AThe afternoon?
Speaker AOr if I don't check in till night, what's tomorrow's.
Speaker ABut I do it at noon.
Speaker ASo what's.
Speaker AWhat's the one thing that I think will move the needle?
Speaker AAnd move the needle might be income.
Speaker AMove the needle might be relationships.
Speaker AMove the needle might be connections.
Speaker ABut whatever it is, now, I can make you a solemn promise.
Speaker AIf you do these things, your life will change.
Speaker AYou will be moving closer to purpose, prosperity, and joy.
Speaker AAll right, so let's get to some common derailments, things that get in your way.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AOne is low energy.
Speaker ANow, if you haven't had a habit of doing this kind of discipline and this kind of growth and this kind of structure, it might be difficult to start.
Speaker AStart it all at once.
Speaker ASo change one thing at a time.
Speaker AChange one thing at a time.
Speaker ABecause in a week, you've changed seven things.
Speaker AAnd so it isn't necessary or appropriate or good or anything else to do everything everywhere all at once.
Speaker AIt's discouraging.
Speaker AIt's like going to the gym and saying, I lift 100 pounds.
Speaker AI'm going to do 500 today.
Speaker AWell, either you're going to break something or you're just going to fail and then tell yourself stories about why you suck.
Speaker AWell, 1%, 3%.
Speaker AOne thing.
Speaker AI'm going to do one thing different, and then I'm going to see what happened.
Speaker AAnd then one more thing and one more thing, and that stuff stacks up so fast you won't believe it, but some people still use it.
Speaker AWell, if I can't do everything, I'm not going to bother nothing.
Speaker AThat's like the diet thing.
Speaker AWell, I ate one cookie, so I might as well eat the whole bag and a box of ice cream.
Speaker AWell, you could, but you already know where that road goes.
Speaker AI hate myself.
Speaker AI suck.
Speaker AI'll never make this.
Speaker ASo why would you go down that road into that blind alley, Right?
Speaker AAll right, so then another hack is perfectionism.
Speaker AI don't want to ship.
Speaker ASend the email, the invitation, the conversation, whatever it is, I don't want to ship until it's perfect.
Speaker AWell, first of all, you have no idea what perfect is.
Speaker ASo that's a myth.
Speaker AThat's nonsense.
Speaker ASecond, that's why I always use the idea of working titles.
Speaker AOkay, ship version 0.7.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AYou don't have to get to version one.
Speaker AIt isn't going to be perfect anyway.
Speaker AI wrote five books on meditation in 2009.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd they were a series, the Meditation series, Healthy Mind Institute.
Speaker AAnd they dealt with how to do meditation and then how to apply it in four different areas.
Speaker ACreating spirituality, creating personal achievement, learning in the creative process, health, healing, and wellness.
Speaker AAnd you know what?
Speaker ATen years later, I put out V2, revised edition.
Speaker AWere the first ones bad?
Speaker ANo, I had just more to say and some adds to it.
Speaker AAnd so there's version two.
Speaker AThat was out a few years ago.
Speaker AHow wonderful.
Speaker AV2.
Speaker ASo perfectionism is a joke.
Speaker AIt is a myth.
Speaker AIt is a lie.
Speaker ANothing is perfect.
Speaker AYou can't get there.
Speaker AAnd telling yourself that is baloney.
Speaker AThat means you're procrastinating.
Speaker AThat means you're pretending.
Speaker AThat means you think you somehow have a perfect thing, and you don't.
Speaker AAnd what you're really doing is hiding behind the idea that you're afraid of ridicule.
Speaker AYou're afraid of failing.
Speaker AYou're afraid it won't work.
Speaker AAnd guess what?
Speaker AThere are ridiculers.
Speaker AThere are people for whom it will fail.
Speaker ASo just get that nonsense out of your head and know that that's going to happen.
Speaker AAnd ship for the ones that need it now.
Speaker ABecause the version that you've got now, whether it's a product, a service, an email, a text, a marketing campaign, or anything else, or a relationship repair attempt, I need to find exactly the right words to make this apology or make this approach or do this presentation.
Speaker ANo, you don't.
Speaker AThe answer is always ready, fire, steer.
Speaker AReady, fire, steer.
Speaker ABecause you don't know what anyone else is thinking anyway.
Speaker AAnd you can't know.
Speaker ASo when you unburden yourself with the idea that you're supposed to know, you're completely liberated to go with what you got and then make adjustments along the way.
Speaker ASo Nick's the perfection thing.
Speaker AThe other thing is small accountability things.
Speaker ASometimes you hear this story, too.
Speaker AYou sit behind your desk in isolation and you work all day long and Then you start wondering, does it even matter?
Speaker AAm I shouting into the wind that nobody's going to hear?
Speaker AWith whatever your product or service is, whatever you're doing.
Speaker AAnd you know, if you already go to a job where you're with other people, then you have, you know, you've gotten over that isolation thing.
Speaker ABut one of the profound and well documented effects of COVID was this isolation epidemic.
Speaker AIt ruined relationships.
Speaker AIt took away our ability to talk and connect.
Speaker AIt damaged a whole generation of kids in terms of isolation and absence from school.
Speaker AAnd we're still, you know, working on making repairs to that.
Speaker ASo don't be isolated.
Speaker ASchedule time to connect.
Speaker ANow, me, I have a blessing.
Speaker AI have joy.
Speaker AI have joy in Persona.
Speaker AI have an angel that lives in my house.
Speaker AI can go up and be with her.
Speaker ASo guess what?
Speaker AWe'll go run an errand.
Speaker AWe'll go somewhere, go to the bottle depot and take the bottles in.
Speaker AWe'll go to the recycle.
Speaker AI'll just go up and sit in her office and ask her what she's doing and how she slept and whatever.
Speaker AI get up a lot earlier than her so often I don't see her till lunch, right, Because I'm down here working.
Speaker AOr I may take a mid morning break after one of the 50 tens.
Speaker AAnd part of the ten is to go find her, like I mentioned earlier.
Speaker ABut connect with someone, be open and share.
Speaker AAsk what they're doing.
Speaker AThis isn't about you monopolizing a conversation and making it about you.
Speaker AGet out of yourself.
Speaker AWhat are you doing today?
Speaker AHow's your day going?
Speaker AWhat went good?
Speaker AWhat went bad?
Speaker AHow can I love you?
Speaker AHow can I encourage you?
Speaker AHow can I lift and bless your heart?
Speaker ALike, you'll be surprised.
Speaker AWhat power there is in that question for both you and for them.
Speaker AAll right, so here's your challenge to do a how of the how sprint.
Speaker AYou've heard this episode.
Speaker AI dare you.
Speaker AI challenge you.
Speaker AI beg you.
Speaker AI command you.
Speaker AWhatever voice works, right?
Speaker ARun this daily creation for seven days.
Speaker AThe 40 minutes of your daily creation in the morning, and then this structure to get delivery happening.
Speaker ARun it just like we talked about.
Speaker ARun it for seven days and then tell me what happens.
Speaker AI challenge you to tell me.
Speaker AI invite you to.
Speaker AI'd love to share your successes.
Speaker AI invite you.
Speaker AEspecially if you're already doing this and you're hitting on all cylinders and you've got a process that really works.
Speaker AI'd love you.
Speaker AI'd love to share it on the show.
Speaker AGet.
Speaker AReach out to me.
Speaker AAnd let's get you as a guest on here because mine isn't the only wisdom.
Speaker AI'm sharing you with you.
Speaker AWhat I know works and what has caused me to write 20 books, put out new nearly a hundred songs, create multiple many dollar coaching programs, you know, create a very, very successful seven figure business.
Speaker AAnd so I invite you to, to listen to this and don't dismiss it.
Speaker AIf it doesn't work for you exactly as described, figure out your own.
Speaker ABut the key is do it.
Speaker AYou have to ship it.
Speaker AYou have to ship it.
Speaker AOkay, so here's what you track.
Speaker AYou track.
Speaker ADid you do the 40 minutes of creation 10/10.10.
Speaker AIf you use spam, spiritual, physical, emotional, mental.
Speaker AIf you have a different one, then the metric is really simple.
Speaker ADid it work?
Speaker APeople say to me all the time, yeah, yeah, yeah, I have a daily, I have a morning ritual, blah blah blah.
Speaker AAnd then I ask him a really interesting question, does it work?
Speaker AAnd they go, what do you mean?
Speaker AAnd most of them are doing a sort of box checking exercise.
Speaker AYeah, I meditated.
Speaker AYeah, I did this.
Speaker AYeah, yeah, yeah, that's useless.
Speaker AI'm totally useless.
Speaker AWork means did it deliver you to your highest level of being?
Speaker ADid it deliver you as the on fire divine soul committed to your mission?
Speaker AGrin on your face, fire under your butt?
Speaker ADid it deliver that for you?
Speaker AIf it didn't, your morning ritual sucks.
Speaker ADo it again, figure it out.
Speaker ABecause the whole purpose of that is to deliver the best you.
Speaker ASo telling me or yourself you've got a ritual or some kind of thing is a useless comment unless it works.
Speaker ASo the outcome did it work?
Speaker ADid it deliver you on fire?
Speaker AGrin on your face, fired up and ready to rock?
Speaker AThat's what your morning ritual must do or it's garbage because it didn't work.
Speaker ASo my invitation, if you want help, I can give you one that works.
Speaker AI can help you create one that works for you, not one that works for me, but because what works for me won't work for you.
Speaker ASo the key is, did it work for you?
Speaker AOkay, so track the things, you track the days.
Speaker ADid you pick your one thing?
Speaker ADid you block it?
Speaker ADid you ship?
Speaker ADid you pick it?
Speaker ADid you block the time?
Speaker ADid you ship?
Speaker AAnd if it's a several day project, then did you get to the to the stopping point and count it as locked and loaded, shipped right at the end of, at the end of the week, count your wins, figure out, figure out.
Speaker AAnd if you had a multi day thing, is it shipped?
Speaker AAre you willing to ship?
Speaker AVersion 0.6 or 7 or 8.
Speaker AI'm.
Speaker AI've got a really cool 4K camera and their software is still version 0 point something and they're gradually creeping up to 1 and so they're just acknowledging they're adding cool stuff and doing it and they're, you know, they update it and eventually I think they'll get to version one.
Speaker ASo here's your invitation.
Speaker ALove yourself enough to get good at this.
Speaker ALove yourself to get your pride out of the way and do the things that I have told you to do.
Speaker AUnless you're already hitting on all cylinders, in which case you already have.
Speaker AYou have a process.
Speaker ABut if you're only hitting on five days out of seven or three days or one or two days a week, you're better than that.
Speaker AYou're worth more than that.
Speaker AYou're more powerful than that.
Speaker AI need what you have.
Speaker ASo do a lot of other people.
Speaker ASo the how of the how is the exact steps, one foot in front of the other to take.
Speaker AAnd I have given you that today.
Speaker AI'm not saying it's the only one, but I can tell you it works.
Speaker AIf you want my help, reach out.
Speaker AThere's a URL right here on the bottom of the screen, kellenflueckegermedia.com There's a contact form there.
Speaker AReach out to me and let's talk.
Speaker AI couldn't do the thing today without talking about Dream Build.
Speaker AWrite it.
Speaker ADream buildwriteit.com Dream buildwriteit.com that's the most powerful system on earth.
Speaker ATo help people identify their own hero's journey and story.
Speaker ATo write it in a book and then create services and products from that thing.
Speaker AI remember Brendan Burchard and others saying, you know, your story, your life is the most valuable.
Speaker AAnd I used to think, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker AAnd people still do.
Speaker AAnd it is so, so true.
Speaker AThe most important gift you have is the story of your own becoming.
Speaker AIf you're not using it, you're leaving money on the table and people unserved.
Speaker AI love you.
Speaker ANo cavalry is coming.
Speaker AThis is on you.
Speaker AIt's not a threat.
Speaker AIt's permission to be your best self.
Speaker AAnd remember, one conversation beats a thousand likes or whatever.
Speaker AOne real conversation.
Speaker ADon't devalue yourself.
Speaker AYou are your most precious asset.
Speaker ATake care of you, love you, and love yourself enough to get flipping good at what you do.
Speaker ATake this process.
Speaker AI challenge you to do it.
Speaker AAnd then tell me what happened, because it will move you toward your ultimate life.
