You are the cause of the misery in your own life.
Speaker AYou may not like that, and you may want to yell at me or scream how come I'm stupid?
Speaker ABut it's still true.
Speaker AWelcome to the show.
Speaker ATired of the hype about living a dream?
Speaker AIt's time for truth.
Speaker AThis is the place for tools, power, and real talk, so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life.
Speaker ASubscribe, share, create.
Speaker AYou have infinite power.
Speaker ANow let's explore why I have as a background love, the light within.
Speaker AAnd the name of this show today is what would be different in your life if you truly loved yourself.
Speaker AIf you or I are looking to get our validation and love from outside, we're going to be waiting a long time.
Speaker AWe're going to live a life that's sporadically up and down.
Speaker AWe're going to feel like sometimes we're okay, and then immediately afterwards, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, next day, next month, we're going to feel like we're the worst things in the earth and none of it's our fault.
Speaker ASo let's get back to basics, because this podcast is about learning to live an ultimate life.
Speaker AUltimate life.
Speaker AI use that word like.
Speaker AWe hear that all the time.
Speaker AUltimate this, ultimate that, and it doesn't even mean anything.
Speaker AIt's lost its meaning.
Speaker ASo when I say, live your ultimate life, that means, for me, I use the word purpose, prosperity, and joy.
Speaker AYou can use other words, but do you even have them?
Speaker AIf I ask, what is your ultimate life?
Speaker AI ask that all the time.
Speaker APeople rarely can answer it, and they say things like, all the money I want, all the freedom I want, all the time I want.
Speaker AThat's not going to be your ultimate life.
Speaker AHow do I know that?
Speaker AHaving talked with thousands of people and explored it, Money is great.
Speaker AIt allows you to, you know, enjoy what you want, solves problems.
Speaker AIt even allows you to be of service to others.
Speaker AFreedom is only useful if we're using it to serve.
Speaker AIf we're using it for self indulgence, that pleasure lasts about that long.
Speaker AAll the time you already have all the time there is.
Speaker ASo if you have a story about not having time, that's yours.
Speaker ABecause you and I, we both have all the time there is.
Speaker AThe only reason if you feel like you don't have time is because you have chosen to fill your life with things you don't want to do, and so you feel like you don't have time to do the things you do want to do.
Speaker AYou did that.
Speaker AYou did that.
Speaker ASo let's talk about what would happen if you truly loved yourself?
Speaker AWell, the first thing you might do is listen to how you talk to yourself.
Speaker AI don't know if you have a pet, okay?
Speaker ABut people that own pets, whether they're, you know, birds or, you know, we normally think of cats and dogs, but whatever people that love pets, you see their behavior toward the pet.
Speaker ANow, we recently had the experience of having to put one of our cats down.
Speaker AOld 15 had chronic kidney disease.
Speaker A15 is not too old for a cat.
Speaker ABut that's all she lasted.
Speaker ANow it was obvious to me how much my wife Joy, my angel.
Speaker AI'm married to an angel who walks on water.
Speaker ABut it was amazing to me and delightfully gratifying and touching and deeply spiritual to see how much she loved the cat.
Speaker AAnd it was easy to see because on the night before, we had to take her in to the vet.
Speaker AShe held her all night as she slept, get up in the night, go to the bathroom, took her with her, you know, and she was able to talk to her much of the night and whisper and touch softly and gently and tenderly.
Speaker AThe cat didn't move.
Speaker AIt was just receiving that love.
Speaker ASo it was obvious in the language and the behavior and the movement that there was love there.
Speaker ADeep, unconditional, tender expression of love.
Speaker ASo I'm asking you to think about how would your life be different if you loved yourself like that?
Speaker AOr more, if you were kind, if you were tender, if you spoke well and encouragingly to yourself, if you lifted and blessed yourself, if you forgave yourself immediately and completely for everything that didn't go right.
Speaker ASo, for example, as this cat's gotten older, she's had trouble getting to the litter box.
Speaker ACkd chronic kidney disease, which makes it difficult.
Speaker AAnd so she has a favorite spot or two on different places in the house where she pees.
Speaker AYeah, we've had to clean up a lot of that over the last couple of years as she's gotten older.
Speaker ANo problem.
Speaker ANot angrily, not negatively.
Speaker AJust that's what you do when you love.
Speaker ADo you do that with you or do you get after yourself?
Speaker ADo you beat the crap out of yourself when you say something wrong or do something wrong or get scared or do whatever it is?
Speaker ALike, here's the question.
Speaker AIf I ask you, do you love you?
Speaker AI ask most people that, would you love yourself?
Speaker AHere's what usually happens.
Speaker AWell, yeah, yeah, I love myself.
Speaker ASo there's a hesitation.
Speaker AThere's some conditioning around it.
Speaker AAnd then, yeah, yeah, yeah, I love myself.
Speaker AAnd then here's the real question.
Speaker AIf I Watched you.
Speaker AIf I were a fly on the wall and heard every thought in your head and everything you spoke and everything you did, how you treated yourself, would I believe you?
Speaker AWould it be obvious that you loved yourself?
Speaker ASo when we're talking about the ultimate life, we say it's money, time and freedom, or whatever.
Speaker AYou say money is fun time.
Speaker AYou already have all there is.
Speaker AFreedom.
Speaker AYou have all there is.
Speaker AAnything that's on your calendar or in your life, work you do, people you care for, those are your choices.
Speaker ASo if you want to enjoy your life fully every day, all day long, then stop having obligations.
Speaker AEither either renegotiate them or change your attitude.
Speaker AChoose to love them.
Speaker AWith the cat, we could have chosen to be frustrated and inconvenienced with several trips to the vet and the hospital and emergency, this, that and the other, or just take it as part of the expression of love.
Speaker ADo you do that for you?
Speaker ASo right now, I want to start with something.
Speaker AI want to give you an absolute, unconditional, complete pardon.
Speaker AForgive yourself for everything that didn't happen.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AForgive yourself for every judgment where you judged yourself to be inadequate.
Speaker ANot good enough.
Speaker AShameful, fearful, Wrong.
Speaker ANow, if there's something about your behaviors or talking language or something you want to change, go ahead and do that.
Speaker ABut do it from a place of love and forgiveness, not from a place of anger and shame.
Speaker ALove yourself.
Speaker ANow, I want to talk about today, about what would be different for you if you truly loved yourself.
Speaker ASo I'm going to share with you some things that have changed for me.
Speaker AAs I go in and live from that place, my days are way more peaceful.
Speaker AI used to have days full of turmoil and frustration because I was always behind the eight ball.
Speaker AI had a list of things I was supposed to do, and if I didn't get them all done on time, fast enough, good enough.
Speaker AFrustration.
Speaker AAnd I called that the eight ball feeling.
Speaker ABecause I felt like I was behind the eight ball all the time.
Speaker ANot enough, not quick enough, too late to this, to that.
Speaker ADidn't work.
Speaker AShould have been better.
Speaker AYou know the drill.
Speaker AYou've done that.
Speaker AWhen I completely forgave myself and trusted that I was doing what I loved and needed to do, life became beautiful.
Speaker ANot just once in a while, but every moment.
Speaker ASo I can honestly look you right in the eyes with the love in my heart and tell you I live that ultimate life, a life of purpose, prosperity and joy, every day, all day long, no exceptions.
Speaker AI didn't fall up that mountain.
Speaker ASo my invitation is to consider for you to consider what would your life be like if you fully and completely loved yourself, as evidenced by how you talk to you, how you think about you, how you judge yourself or don't, and your walk and conversation with others.
Speaker ANow there's a lie that we tell.
Speaker AWe say, of course I love myself.
Speaker ALove is not a feeling.
Speaker AIt's a verb.
Speaker AIt's an action.
Speaker AYou know, there's a consequent feeling that comes from it, but not the other way around.
Speaker AI don't do things for people because I have the feeling of love.
Speaker AI do things and that creates the feeling of love.
Speaker AWe love whom we serve.
Speaker ANow when we get to the other with a partner, yes, there's a romantic and you know, pheromones and hormones and all that stuff where we have a physical attraction, but that's such a micro.in the true constellation of love, a tiny little star.
Speaker ANow, the myth of loving yourself.
Speaker AHere's how you tell Are you engaged in constant self criticism?
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AIf you do, you're not loving yourself.
Speaker AWhat would you, what would it be like if you were engaged in constant encouragement, constant self forgiveness, constant view of possibilities, constant kindness and caring?
Speaker AWhat would your life be like if you took care of yourself spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally and dispense with the nonsense that says I don't have time to do that.
Speaker AYes, you do.
Speaker AAnd not only do you have time, it's essential because.
Speaker ABecause when you're half baked, or I am, we can't serve others.
Speaker AWe, we're not there, we're half there.
Speaker AYou know what it's like to drag yourself somewhere and half do it because you're just supposed to be there.
Speaker AThat's not fun for you and it's not good service for whatever you're doing.
Speaker AFar better to prepare yourself, get in the right mindset and state and then go there and be all in.
Speaker AIt's way more effective anyway.
Speaker AWhen I talk about my daily creation process, it is a self love process.
Speaker AI take a couple of hours, sometimes a little longer every morning to create myself.
Speaker AThat means to love myself, to connect with the divine, to hear the voice of God, to get direction, to forgive myself freely and fully, to start every morning pure and committed, to send love notes to others, to read sacred and holy literature, to remind me who I am as a child of God.
Speaker ALike this, this process, I would never skip it.
Speaker AAnd the reason is because it reminds me who I am and it makes me way more powerful and effective during the day, every day, all the time, without fail.
Speaker AAnd so why would you skip something that is like gives you a million dollars every morning.
Speaker AIf you could go get a million dollars every morning, would you skip?
Speaker ACourse not.
Speaker AWell, this is better than that.
Speaker ASo the first question I have for you is, is the pattern of your behavior, your language, your attitude, your internal dialogue, all that stuff, does that look like a person who's deeply in love with themselves, who honors their divinity?
Speaker ADo you honor your divinity?
Speaker AI do.
Speaker AI honor you.
Speaker AI love you.
Speaker AYou're a divine being.
Speaker AYou came from the same place I did.
Speaker AI just got off a call a little while ago with three powerful, powerful women who are in a group that I'm leading to write a book.
Speaker AThey're each writing books and stories and creating some programs from their life.
Speaker AThey've had life experience.
Speaker AIt's amazing.
Speaker AAnd to hear them describe the vision of what they have, what their book's going to do and programs and what they're up to right now was melting tears and just the power of their vision.
Speaker AAnd at the same time, every one of them, me, you, all of us can fall immediate victim to this language and self doubt and I'm not good enough and who would listen and all the rest, that's not love.
Speaker AThat is judgment and fear of what others are going to think.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AIf someone treated your child the way you treat yourself, would you let them?
Speaker AIt's an interesting question.
Speaker AAnother way you, you show you don't love yourself is if you swallow truth so you'll be accepted instead of speaking up, instead of speaking your truth.
Speaker AAnother way that manifests is overworking without resting your soul, thinking that somehow you're obligated.
Speaker AI have a system that I use and if you want help with any of this, get a hold of me.
Speaker ASee this?
Speaker ASorry.
Speaker AKellenflukermedia.com you see this right here?
Speaker AGo to that website.
Speaker AThere's a contact form.
Speaker ALove to hear from you.
Speaker AMy whole business is helping you create your ultimate life, however you define it, purpose, prosperity, joy.
Speaker AAnd prosperity includes all the cash you need to live the way you want to live and to accomplish the service you want to accomplish.
Speaker AThat's all I do.
Speaker AMy goal now in the last two and a half months of my year, which ends October 14th, is to finish my outrage to 300 million people.
Speaker ATo teach your worth, your identity, your possibility, ownership of your life and sovereignty.
Speaker AThose are the foundational concepts.
Speaker AIf you live like your life belongs to someone else, it's hard to have fun.
Speaker AIt's hard to be committed and dedicated.
Speaker ASo I want you to think about.
Speaker AI want you to just look at yourself.
Speaker AWhere are you lying to yourself about loving yourself?
Speaker AWhere are you violating your boundaries, your inner truth?
Speaker AThings you know you shouldn't be allowing in your life?
Speaker AHere's an exercise I do with clients.
Speaker AThis is a very practical exercise.
Speaker AEmpty your calendar.
Speaker AEmpty it so there's nothing on it.
Speaker AAnd then start putting back in the things or putting in the things you are committed to, you want to do, not.
Speaker AYou're obligated.
Speaker ANo obligations.
Speaker AExcuse me.
Speaker ANo obligations, only commitments.
Speaker AHere's what happened for me.
Speaker AI had the feeling and lived with it.
Speaker AAnd it was very distressing and destructive.
Speaker AI have all these obligations.
Speaker AOh, I got to do this.
Speaker AAnd I got it.
Speaker AGotta, gotta, gotta, gotta, gotta, have to, have to, have to, right?
Speaker AAnytime you feel an obligation, it's.
Speaker AIt carries with it the seeds of resentment.
Speaker AI don't.
Speaker AI'd really rather be doing something else.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AI'd rather be doing something else.
Speaker ABut I gotta do this.
Speaker AI have no choice.
Speaker AI have to.
Speaker AThat kind of language or feeling, it's not true and it's destructive.
Speaker ASo here's the question.
Speaker AIf you emptied your calendar and only put back the things you want to do, you're committed to do, and I'm drawing a big, huge Grand Canyon wide distinction between obligation and commitment.
Speaker AA commitment is a holy, sacred promise you make on purpose that you want to have, that you can turn one into the other.
Speaker AAnd we do that.
Speaker AYou know how you can see that People make a commitment to spend their lives together.
Speaker AThey get hook up as partners or get married.
Speaker AAnd then in a year or two or ten, they fall out of love, they grow apart, make all kinds of excuses.
Speaker AAnd then that commitment, which was once joyful and powerful, has become a drag, an obligation, an albatross, a pain in the ass, what happened?
Speaker AWell, you chose to morph the commitment.
Speaker AWell, they change.
Speaker AThey suck.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AThe truth is you changed it from a commitment to an obligation.
Speaker AAnd the minute you do that, mentally so in your soul, spiritually, it becomes a drag on you.
Speaker ASo look at all the things that you have.
Speaker AEven with work, people say, well, I got to go to work.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker AI gotta pay rent, gotta eat, gotta pay for all these things.
Speaker ANo, you don't.
Speaker ANo, you don't.
Speaker AYeah, there'd be consequences for not doing it.
Speaker ABut what would happen if you say, I'm committed to this work, I'm grateful I have it, whatever it is.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause it allows me to live and have a place and to eat and to enjoy life.
Speaker AIt allows that.
Speaker ASo I'm committed I'm going to do a great job.
Speaker AAnd if I don't like, if I don't find it fulfilling and I want to look for another one or add something else, okay.
Speaker ABut you can do it from a place of love and power.
Speaker AAnd if you don't know that you're missing out on the joy of life.
Speaker ABecause when you do the great work with what you are doing, what you've already chosen to do, and at the same time you create something new, a side hustle, a different job, a start, a business, whatever it is, you can do both from a place of love and power and then both are nourishing to the soul and fun instead of one being a pain in the ass.
Speaker AAnd then I get to like working for the weekend.
Speaker AI do this job I hate, then I go party on the weekend or get to relax or binge Netflix or play with kids or whatever.
Speaker ABoth can be joyful and fulfilling.
Speaker AIt is your choice.
Speaker AIt is your choice and no one can choose it for you and no one can make it either way.
Speaker ASo empty your calendar.
Speaker AOnly put your commitments back.
Speaker AThe things you're committed to, you feel good about now.
Speaker AIf that leaves a bunch of holes or it leaves you broke and without a place, then ask yourself, am I committed to having a roof?
Speaker AI am.
Speaker AI love it.
Speaker ASo right now, the method I have for having a roof is this work.
Speaker AThen love it and lean in.
Speaker AYou might think this is a trivial stupid mind game.
Speaker AIt's not.
Speaker AIt's a world changing distinction and turns you from a victim into an owner.
Speaker AIt turns you from a wimp on the sidelines to a powerhouse in the middle of the game.
Speaker AAnd if you don't know how to do that and you want my help, get a hold of me.
Speaker AKellenfluker media.com Whoops.
Speaker AKellenfluker media.Com There's a contact form.
Speaker ALet's talk.
Speaker ABecause my whole life is dedicated to helping you get the joy that you deserve and live on fire and excited.
Speaker AAnd there's no reason you can't have it unless you're unwilling to go get it.
Speaker AThat million dollars a day is sitting right there waiting.
Speaker ABut you have to go get it.
Speaker AWe've indoctrinated ourselves with the idea that everything's gotta be easy.
Speaker ABut if I have to work, it sucks.
Speaker AIt's not true.
Speaker AGrowth only happens through work.
Speaker ASo that's the whole point of lying about loving yourself.
Speaker AThe next thing I want to talk about is a little more about what self love actually looks like.
Speaker AOkay, Watching yourself We talked about that.
Speaker AYour self talk and how you treat yourself and everything else for the whole week.
Speaker AJust start with a day even.
Speaker AAnd then just notice.
Speaker ANo.
Speaker ANo chastisement, no criticism, no anger, no frustration.
Speaker AJust watch.
Speaker ANotice.
Speaker ANow that's the first part of a billion dollar tool I'm going to give you right now.
Speaker AIt's worth a billion dollars.
Speaker AIt's called notice and choose.
Speaker ARight now you're just doing the notice part.
Speaker ASo go through a day or two.
Speaker ANotice exactly how you talk to yourself internally and externally, how you feel, how you treat yourself.
Speaker AJust notice.
Speaker AMake some notes, okay?
Speaker AThis is my current habit, the current way I treat myself.
Speaker AIf you're not satisfied with it, if it doesn't make you feel beloved and empowered and strong, then now's the second part.
Speaker AChoose.
Speaker AIf I really loved myself, like in the.
Speaker AIn the fiercest and most supportive and beautiful way possible, what else would I say?
Speaker AWhat would I say instead?
Speaker AWhat would I.
Speaker AWhat would I do instead?
Speaker AAnd answer that question honestly.
Speaker AAnd then choose that notice and choose.
Speaker ANotice and choose.
Speaker ANotice and choose.
Speaker AThat framework will fix your body, your bank account, your mind, your heart, your relationships and everything else because you shape your reality as you exercise.
Speaker ANotice and choose.
Speaker AI want you to be aware, be sensitive, to be present to whatever words you want to use.
Speaker AHow your words, your attitude, your thinking, your internal and external dialogue, how that actually shapes your reality.
Speaker AIf you walk around, I hate this.
Speaker AOh, that sucks.
Speaker AHow come then you have shaped a reality of an unpleasant day.
Speaker AThe world and the universe is stacked against me and this and that sucks.
Speaker AAnd all the accompanying, you know, negative neurotransmitters.
Speaker AIf, on the other hand, you say, I'm grateful for this, grateful to be breathing, I'm grateful this is happening.
Speaker AI encourage myself.
Speaker AI know I'm doing my best, I am in fact allowed to rest.
Speaker AI'm allowed to recharge.
Speaker AOne phrase I say is, I have everything to give and nothing to prove.
Speaker AI want you to think about that.
Speaker AI have everything to give and nothing to prove.
Speaker AAnd here's why.
Speaker AThat doesn't mean I have infinity money.
Speaker ABut money isn't.
Speaker AIt's not even the most valuable thing.
Speaker AWe have your time, your attention, and your love.
Speaker AThose are the three things that you have.
Speaker AYou have time.
Speaker AAll there is.
Speaker AYou have your attention and you have 100% control over that.
Speaker AAnd your love or your intensity, your intention.
Speaker AAttention and intention.
Speaker AThat's all you own.
Speaker ANow, what you'll notice is wherever you put your time, attention and love.
Speaker AI think of it as a beam of power that comes out of our faces, right?
Speaker AThat will grow.
Speaker ASo if I put it on negative stuff, it grows.
Speaker AIf I put it on scarcity, it expands.
Speaker AIf I put it on nurturing, that grows.
Speaker AIf I put it on creating more money, it grows.
Speaker AAnd if you don't know how to do that, let's talk.
Speaker ABecause money is easy to create.
Speaker AMoney is easy to create.
Speaker ASo if you're with the story of I don't have enough of that.
Speaker AOkay, let's create some.
Speaker AI don't have enough love.
Speaker AOkay, let's create some.
Speaker AI don't have enough good connections.
Speaker AOkay, let's create some.
Speaker AYour time, attention and love beam, that's your power beam.
Speaker ASo if you truly loved yourself deeply and fiercely and furiously and gently and in a holy way, you would know it and you'd immediately be able to recognize those things.
Speaker AAnd if you monitor your self treatment, how you talk and treat yourself, anytime you notice the good stuff, honor it.
Speaker AThere you go.
Speaker ANotice again how it makes you feel.
Speaker ANotice and choose is not just for fixing things, but for reinforcing things.
Speaker ASo every time you do that really well, notice and choose.
Speaker AI'm going to do that again.
Speaker AThat felt really good.
Speaker ASupportive, empowering, lifting, blessing.
Speaker AIt made me want to do that again.
Speaker ANotice and choose.
Speaker AAnd if you have situations over here where you didn't choose that, notice and then choose.
Speaker ADid I like the outcome?
Speaker ADo I feel good?
Speaker ADid it build?
Speaker ADid it lift?
Speaker ADid it add good to the world?
Speaker AOr did I add contention and hate and anger or apathy or negativity?
Speaker AYou get to choose.
Speaker ASo do I.
Speaker AWhat we add to the world.
Speaker ASo I want you to get an idea right now.
Speaker AIf you loved yourself, how would you talk to you?
Speaker AI gave you some examples.
Speaker AYou know you're doing your best or giving yourself permission to rest or recharge, forgiving yourself if you failed.
Speaker AI have one woman in one of my book groups right now that's writing a.
Speaker AA masterpiece on disappointment.
Speaker AA masterpiece on disappointment and how it has shaped her life.
Speaker AAnd then she does.
Speaker AShe's a PhD and she knows a lot about neurochemistry and brains and the names of all kinds of doodads in there.
Speaker AI don't know, but she knows what it does and then can has presented in this book, which will be fabulous, will be done in a couple of months.
Speaker AShe has given us tools to notice and choose about disappointment, to reframe it, to make it, turn it into power.
Speaker AInstead of an indictment, it becomes a data point for growth and permission, for forgiveness and for Recalibration and resurgence.
Speaker AHer method, four Rs is really good.
Speaker ASo there's another one.
Speaker ABut everyone who has gone through these struggles has discovered things and wants to share them.
Speaker AYou know one of the best ways you can love yourself, share your story, your story of growth, your story of overcoming.
Speaker ANow, I don't mean a pity party where we all sit around a bitch about how bad the world is and how we got screwed by this, that and the other.
Speaker AI'm not talking about that.
Speaker AWhen you have made, when you're in that situation, get the help you need.
Speaker AYou know, I had two.
Speaker AWe do get a coach, get a counselor.
Speaker ABut that won't work unless you make a first determination to love yourself enough to repair yourself, to love yourself enough to forgive yourself.
Speaker AAnd forgiving others goes without saying.
Speaker AThey're on their own journey.
Speaker AYou don't have to condone what they did or agree or put yourself in danger or any of that.
Speaker ABut forgiveness is a personal liberation moment.
Speaker ASo forgive freely and fully, everyone, everything, all the time period.
Speaker AJust do that.
Speaker ADon't carry the weight of anger, retribution, vengeance, negativity, hurt, invalidation.
Speaker AYou don't have to carry that because whatever they did or said doesn't actually mean that it is their own story.
Speaker ASo let's talk about finding more power through self love, shall we?
Speaker AYou and I, we don't create because we're perfect.
Speaker ALike you've gone through your own sets of struggles.
Speaker AI know.
Speaker AOr you wouldn't be here.
Speaker AYou wouldn't be striving to get to the ultimate life.
Speaker AAnd we're not talking about the easy button.
Speaker AWe know that doesn't exist.
Speaker AYou create.
Speaker AYou and I, we create because we are loved.
Speaker AWe are loved by our Creator.
Speaker AYou were given divine gifts and talents.
Speaker AYou are also given massive challenges and struggles and problems to develop those challenges, to develop the empathy and the peace, the power to be of service to others.
Speaker AYou know how it is when you, you've gone through something and somebody in sort of a lightweight way says, oh, I'm really sorry for you.
Speaker AAnd you know, because of the energy that they may think they mean it, but they have, they don't have the understanding to issue you true support and empathy.
Speaker AAnd maybe they don't even mean it, they're just being polite.
Speaker ASo you know when that happens, your meter goes off and you either ignore it or you thank them politely and take whatever you can from it because of their language.
Speaker AOn the other hand, when someone says, I'm with you, I'm here for you, I love you, whatever your challenge is, and they have been through their own struggles, and you can tell just by how it feels and sounds there's real support there.
Speaker ADo you treat yourself like that?
Speaker AWe don't create because we were perfect.
Speaker AWe create because we are loved.
Speaker AWe are loved by God, our creator.
Speaker AThat way.
Speaker AI love you that way.
Speaker AI am here to support, to lift, and to bless you.
Speaker AThat is my whole life's mission, to help you elevate the substance, the sweetness and the success of life's amazing journey by daring more greatly, experiencing more deeply, and leaning in more joyously.
Speaker AThat's the path to this ultimate life.
Speaker ASo when you truly love yourself, let's talk about what that looks like.
Speaker AWell, one of the things is, you stop apologizing for your gifts as I help these beautiful people that are in my book writing classes, workshops that last six months.
Speaker AAnd if you want to write a book, if you think your story's worth telling, if you're in the business of helping people, go right here.
Speaker ADream build, Write it dot com.
Speaker ADream build, Write it dot com.
Speaker AThe end of September, a month or so after you hear this, we're going to hold another book challenge, last one for this year, 2025.
Speaker AAnd in it, I'll help you explore your book, your possible book, mostly your life story, and how the work to turn it into a book will be the most important and powerful thing you ever do.
Speaker AAnd that becomes really obvious as I work with the people that are in there and they say over and over again, this has been more powerful than I could ever have imagined.
Speaker AI've discovered things I didn't know.
Speaker AAnd it has given me power.
Speaker APower to earn money, power to make a difference, power to create cash, power to create stability, power to give the messaging I want.
Speaker AOver and over, they say that.
Speaker ASo if you have a yearning to make a difference in the world and you're not doing it yet at the level you want, dream build, write it, go there.
Speaker ASign up for the challenge.
Speaker AThe challenge doesn't cost anything.
Speaker AI'm not selling you anything.
Speaker AI'm inviting you to own the truth of your own becoming.
Speaker AOwn the truth of your growth.
Speaker ASo we're talking about ways that it shows when you love yourself.
Speaker ANo more apologizing for your gifts.
Speaker AJust give them fully, freely, unapologetically and powerfully.
Speaker ANo more apologizing in tone, in energy for the gifts you have.
Speaker AAnd some of the gifts are obvious, like if you're a musician or an artist, maybe they're empathetic.
Speaker AMaybe they're listening.
Speaker AMaybe they're being an hsp, highly sensitive person.
Speaker AMaybe you have gifts.
Speaker AThere's hundreds of ways to describe that, and you have them.
Speaker ADon't hide them.
Speaker ADon't camouflage them.
Speaker ADon't apologize for them.
Speaker AStop shrinking from your mission.
Speaker AYou and I, we came to this world with a mission, a purpose we not only agreed to, but we were excited about before we came.
Speaker AI know that because that was one of the things I learned when I died in 2018 and had three conversations with God at the door between life and eternity.
Speaker AI wrote a book about that, too, you know, I've written 20.
Speaker AI'm working on two more right now.
Speaker AYou have the power, you have a mission, you have a purpose, and you have all the gifts you need to get it done.
Speaker ANow, nobody's going to do the work and nobody's going to come and do it for you.
Speaker ABut one way, just dream build.
Speaker AWrite it.
Speaker AGetting that story organized.
Speaker AI think writing a book is the most powerful way to do it, because from that you can create products and workshops and coaching programs and anything else you want that is solely grounded on the truth of your own becoming the truth of your own life experience.
Speaker AHere's the other thing or another way that you can see in your life when you truly love yourself.
Speaker AAnd that is you stop chasing crumbs and start claiming miracles.
Speaker ALike you and I, we have the ability to create miracles.
Speaker AWhat are miracles?
Speaker AThings that were unexpected.
Speaker AThey're so far in the improbability, you know, spectrum.
Speaker AIf you say, well, anything's possible, but some things are highly improbable, right?
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ACreating miracles is manifesting or creating in your life, bringing into reality things that you believed with all your heart were highly improbable, meaning impossible.
Speaker AYou can do that.
Speaker AYou're a defined being.
Speaker ABut you can't have that power unless you love yourself.
Speaker AYou can't.
Speaker AIt won't come because the use of that power is grounded in love.
Speaker AHear me the the effective use of your power, your story, your life, your gifts, is grounded in love.
Speaker AIf it's grounded in greed or anger or fear or shame.
Speaker AShame.
Speaker AIf it has that coloring on it, you may be able to do something, but it won't be much when you forgive yourself completely, you have the courage to examine the truth of your growth and who you have become.
Speaker ANow you begin to have infinite power.
Speaker AYou can boldly tell the truth and lift and bless those around you.
Speaker ASo one of the things that happens when you truly love yourself is you become a beacon of light.
Speaker AYou become a vessel of love.
Speaker AYou become an encourager of others to do the same.
Speaker AYou become a conduit of power.
Speaker ALike the universe has infinite money, infinite energy.
Speaker AMoney is just energy, accumulated energy, right?
Speaker AYou think about it.
Speaker ASun shines, it grows a stock of corn.
Speaker AWater and sun and soil grows a stock of corn.
Speaker AThat's just all energy being transformed into kernels of corn.
Speaker ASomebody harvests it, sells it, and turns it into the exchange thing we call money money.
Speaker AMoney's energy every time, all the time.
Speaker AAnd so you can have that all you want, but you have to go harvest the energy.
Speaker AAnd the easiest and most powerful energy you or I can harvest is the truth about our lives, the story of our becoming, what we have become.
Speaker AStop chasing crumbs.
Speaker AStart claiming miracles.
Speaker ANow, if I'm saying all this and it sounds impossible to you, let's talk, because it's not.
Speaker AI'm doing it.
Speaker AI'm helping tons of people right now.
Speaker AIn my book, Challenges do it.
Speaker AI help through coaching.
Speaker AI help through videos.
Speaker AI've written 20 books.
Speaker ABut it's all exploring, not just the idea that this is possible, but the how and the how of the how.
Speaker AThe direct, exact steps you take in your situation to get from where you are to where you want to go.
Speaker AStop yearning with mindless sort of ache and no direction in action.
Speaker AAll right, so here's the.
Speaker AThe.
Speaker AThe last couple things I want to say.
Speaker AI live in this place of the ultimate life I love every day, every day, every day, every minute, no matter what happens.
Speaker ARight now, I'm in the middle of some medical challenges that, you know, one of them could have made me blind in instant blindness and stuff like that.
Speaker AI found out about it about a week ago.
Speaker ANone of that disturbed me.
Speaker ANot one molecule, not anything.
Speaker AI'm just going to do what I have to do with the tools I've got to get to that place.
Speaker AIt's love and forgiveness, commitment, dedication.
Speaker AYou stop being attached to outcomes.
Speaker ASo the way I do this, I'm reaching 300 million people.
Speaker AWe just crossed into a thousand episodes.
Speaker AThis is episode 1000.
Speaker ALook into my book, 1004.
Speaker AAnd we're going to keep going and get all these beautiful guests with stories.
Speaker AI met a cool guy last night.
Speaker ACan't wait to have him on the show because of what he's doing.
Speaker ATo add good to the world and to love, to create and to serve.
Speaker ASo here's some questions for you.
Speaker AIf you truly loved yourself with all the passion and compassion, what would you change today?
Speaker AGetting rid of some obligations, changing your attitude about something, setting some boundaries to preserve your sanity and your sovereignty.
Speaker AChanging how you create value and therefore create money.
Speaker AChanging your internal story.
Speaker ALike, what would you do right now?
Speaker ADifferent.
Speaker AIf you truly loved yourself or loved yourself more.
Speaker ALike, way more.
Speaker AI want you to think and declare boldly what that would be.
Speaker AAnd if it's too big of a thing, take little steps, but move in that direction.
Speaker ABecause you're divine, because you're worth it.
Speaker AYou're amazing.
Speaker AI love you.
Speaker AI would love to meet you.

Speaker AThe things that have been ripped out of your heart and into life because of your experiences.
Speaker AJoin the challenge.
Speaker ADream it.
Speaker ADream build.
Speaker AWrite it.
Speaker ADream build.
Speaker AWrite it dot com.
Speaker ALove to see you there.
Speaker ANow here's the final a couple things I want to share with you.
Speaker AYou are worth loving.
Speaker AI don't care what has come before.
Speaker AIf you know the story.
Speaker AYou know I came from a history of depression and struggles and failed relationships and addiction and even some suicide attempts.
Speaker AYou know that I have come to where I am today.
Speaker AThat is the story of my becoming that I share in books and videos and podcasts and stuff.
Speaker AThe story of your becoming is mighty.
Speaker AIt is powerful.
Speaker AIt is needed.
Speaker AI need to see it.
Speaker AYou are worth any effort.
Speaker AYou are worth loving by yourself, from yourself and from.
Speaker AAnd when you do, when you move into a place where you truly love and value yourself, everybody feels it.
Speaker AIt's not about arrogance or self indulgence.
Speaker ABecause when you love yourself, you become centered, grounded.
Speaker AAnd then you become available to serve and bless and lift and create.
Speaker AAnd it's awesome.
Speaker ASo you're worth it and you're worthy.
Speaker AHere is your call to action.
Speaker AThree of them.
Speaker AOne, go take some notes about how you feel about yourself.
Speaker AMaybe note in there what you want to notice and choose differently.
Speaker AShare it with a friend.
Speaker AShare it with me.
Speaker AJoin one of the challenges.
Speaker ADream.
Speaker ABuild.
Speaker AWrite it.
Speaker AGet a hold of me.
