Who Would You Become If You Stopped Caring What Everyone Thinks?

What if the people you're afraid of disappointing aren't even judging you? What if you've built an invisible jury inside your own head, handed it the authority to approve or reject your decisions, and then spent years obeying its imaginary verdicts?

You hesitate to speak, apologize for your ambitions, hide your gifts, and shrink your dreams because of what you think others think.

Kellan Fluckiger calls this government by ghosts. And while you're busy trying to earn permission from people who may not even be thinking about you, your life is happening right now. You don't need permission to become who you are.

The real question is whether you're willing to stop surrendering your choices to an imaginary audience.

Key Takeaways:

  • Why seeking approval keeps you from living your ultimate life.
  • How to prioritize purpose, prosperity, joy, and freedom over empty obligations.
  • The WIPOS framework: Worth, Identity, Possibility, Ownership, and Sovereignty.
  • Why you don't need permission to be yourself, pursue your purpose, or change your life.
  • How to stop apologizing for your gifts, ambitions, boundaries, and creativity.
  • WITOT: How imagined judgments become “government by ghosts.”
  • Why disagreement is information, not authority.
  • How to be fierce and unapologetic without losing kindness or humility.
  • How to use your gifts, talents, and life experience to love, serve, and solve problems.
  • How to reclaim your sovereignty by asking: Who would you become if you stopped caring what everyone thinks?

Have you ever known somebody that is always saying, oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry this, I'm sorry that, and they apologize as sort of a stop word just to kind of create space or to make sure nobody's offended?Welcome to the show.Tired of the hype about living the dream. It's time for truth. This is the place for tools, power and real talk, so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life.Subscribe, share, create. You have infinite power.Hey there.Welcome to your ultimate life. You know, I'd be really interested in your feedback on one of the podcast channels. Now, I don't know where you listen to this, but wherever it is, would you do me a favor and would you tell me two things? One, if you find these episodes helpful, and if you do, how, how have they helped you?And if you don't, I would really like to know what you would find useful, inviting, powerful, so that you, you get value out of this.Because I create all these episodes. This is our episode 1166.And the purpose of starting this, well, six and a half years ago, and we're never going to stop, was to create the ultimate life. Now, I personally live a life of purpose, prosperity and joy.I have a driving purpose.I've said it a million times.Well, not a million, a ton of times. And I live in absolute prosperity.I want for nothing and I need nothing. And joy I have.I'm married to joy.You know that. But joy is just our natural state of being if we allow it.Purpose, prosperity, and joy. Now, I don't know what the words are that you use to describe ultimate life.Often when I ask the question, what is your ultimate life? And when I interviewed people, I used to start with that.So tell me what your definition of the ultimate life is.And I haven't done that for a while with guests. And maybe I'll start doing it again. But often I would hear the same thing.Unlimited money, unlimited time.Nobody has any call on my time and freedom to do whatever I want. And those are different ways of describing stuff.I don't pick those words and they don't resonate with me very much because there I know a lot of people who have more money than they know what to do with that aren't happy. And lots of people will say, well, I'd like to try that problem. And there was a time in my life where I had lots of money and did really stupid things. So the idea of having money, money, money just doesn't appeal to me.Time.Here's the truth we all, each one of us, have all the time there is.The question is, how have we tied it up?How have we committed or obligated our time? How have you obligated your time? The word obligation for me is a poison pill. And I'll tell you why I'm suggesting it is, period.Because when somebody says, I have an obligation, it almost always means I have to do something.I'd really rather be doing something else. But I have an obligation that often starts out as a commitment that we made somewhere yesterday or yesteryear, that has no longer. That hasn't retained its luster or its excitement or its joy or its fun.A sad case in point is a relationship, marriage, or, you know, choosing to be in relationship with people. Those end now more than half the time.Second marriages or relationship. And more than 70% of the time, even though often people say and mean at the time, you know, till death or do us part or whatever, but we're not really prepared for the choices, the sacrifice and the work required to make that the truth. Now, it's true.Once in a while, one partner or the other does something wacko and causes a real rift. That happens in business, too.One partner embezzles from the other. But, you know, more often than that, one partner just quits putting in the effort, expects the other partner to do all the work in business or in life. And so it loses its luster. And we still have that obligation. You hear it all the time, men.I can't, I'm embarrassed to say.Often I've heard this, Got to make the old lady happy. What a sad place to be stuck in an obligatory relationship where you got to make the other partner happy in, with a sort of derogatory title. The old lady, the Old man, whatever. What happened to, I would do anything to see the sparkle in your eyes?Where did that go?Is there a requirement that it wears off? There isn't.So time is what we were talking about. You and I have all the time there is.We choose how we obligate it or what we commit to.We choose how we fill it or allocate it.You know that conceptually I say that and you go, I know, I know, I know. But I got all this stuff.I got bills and rent and house payments or whatever and car payments and I gotta.Gotta becomes an operative word. No, you don't.You actually don't.If you stopped doing some of the things, you might have some nasty consequences.Bill collectors, eviction, car repossessed, whatever. But you don't and I would ask genuinely the question, is it better to live in a half baked, mediocrity addicted life filling obligations you no longer want, don't really yearn to fulfill because you think you have to or to take some radical steps and change that.Interesting.Freedom is the third one I hear all the time. And you already have absolute freedom to do whatever you want. Now we're not free from the consequences. And the funny and typical example is if I step off a building, I'm going to fall.So I'm free to step off the building.I'm not free to defy the law of gravity.Okay, so we have freedom. So all the time you have all there is and freedom you already have.I argue at least that purpose is a driving, joyful force. It gets me out of bed every morning. And you know, right now, in this period of time, the last several weeks, even several months, I've got back problems and I hurt and I've got this and I've got, you know, woo woo.But I'm not sad. It's true.A couple of weeks ago I tore some muscles and ended up in the hospital a little bit.And you know, on and on and on.And that's okay.It doesn't change my purpose. You know what my purpose is?To reach, to touch, to lift 300 million people and motivate you.To move, to grow, to learn, to love, to lift, to bless because of a message.WIPOs, your worth is infinite.Your identity is divine.Your possibility is limitless.Your ownership is absolute. And your sovereignty, ownership of your life and choices. And your sovereignty is in your hands about what you create. Now you've heard me say that before and you've heard a million people say it.My question is, are you doing something with it?It's true.Whether I act on it or not, it's true.Whether I do anything about it or not, I can argue it's not true.Oh, it is so true. And all the energy and effort I spent arguing against it just wastes time and keeps me locked up in my addiction to mediocrity.Okay, so let's.Let's talk about the next word. You know the acronym F U C K. And yes, I know what that spells. And I'm using it on purpose. Not to shock jock value, but to use it as a reminder for me and for you about how I choose to share the message of Whippos.Your worth, your identity, your possibility, your ownership and sovereignty.Fs is fierce.I am fiercely committed to your happiness, real and True happiness, joy, even purpose, prosperity and joy. It's why I created the podcast the you is unapologetic.I am not in any way, shape or form apologetic. And so I opened the way I did.People that say, oh, I'm sorry every time they turn around, you know, legit. There's times we do something unintended or whatever it is, right?I'm not talking about that.I'm talking about stop asking permission to be who you know you are.I hear people use an excuse.Ah, the world can't handle me the way I am.Oh, nonsense. That's the biggest cop out in the world. You know, it really is.Don't apologize for existing.Don't apologize for your point of view. You're going to accept that if you're unapologetic and fierce about your truth about what you want to have happen in the world, you're going to piss some people off.Good.Because if you haven't, you haven't said anything yet.Okay, Go back to someone. Most people know, Jesus, he was unapologetic and he pissed a lot of people off and they killed him.And I'm not suggesting we strive for, you know, martyrdom. Now I might give you some examples.So.Oh, sorry for asking.Sorry for bothering you.Sorry.This may sound stupid.Yeah, I'm sorry. You know, I'm probably too much sorry.I really want sorry.I disagree.Sorry.But this matters to me.Those are all stupid and useless uses of that word. They demean it and they don't.They don't help your case for whatever it is that you're talking about. Now, some apologies are sacred. If you harm someone, apologize, but.Oh, sorry, a deep, meaningful apology.I was not intentional. The harm was not intentional. You know, and if it was, I did that on purpose. And, you know, it caused you discomfort and there's nothing I can do about that.I'm not suggesting you back off from opinions and things that you really know, believe or need.I'm not saying that. But apologizing because you have a preference. If you're going to interrupt somebody.Sorry, I'm interrupting you.No, you're not. You're saying that ahead of time, hoping that it somehow clears the decks.Nonsense.Cut it out. Some people apologize for possessing gifts what might do too much for you.Oh, I might sound like a know it all.Hey, if you have a gift, you have a gift that's not about bragging or aggrandizing or making other people feel bad. Some people apologize for wanting something or stating their wants.Apologizing for setting boundaries. Some people apologize for succeeding or speaking clearly.Holy moly.Or for occupying space.I have a client who said I had to earn my place in the room. You know, there are places where that might be true, but 99 of the time, it's not.You are here. You are valuable, and you matter. And the way to make the most out of that is to do something good with it.That's why I use purpose, prosperity, and joy. That's why my definition of the ultimate life goes beyond saying a life of purpose, prosperity, and joy.The rest of that sentence that I don't always say is, I live the ultimate life, a life of purpose, prosperity, and joy, created by serving with my divine nature, my gifts, and my life experience. Now, now, you have a divine nature, however you define the divine. You have gifts and you have life experience. If you choose to love and lift and bless with those, you can get rich, you can have money pouring out your ears, and you can be happy beyond measure. And you might think I'm wacko for making extravagant claims.I dare you to show me a case where that's not true. And I'll give you a chance. Here's a place to get a hold of me.There's a URL on the screen, and it is your ultimate life, podcast.com.Now go there, because that's the podcast homepage, and I know you're listening to this on whatever platform it is for you, but go there and there's a contact form and I want you to put as the subject line disagreement. And I'd love to answer you.And let's have a convo about my claim.I claim you can make more money, have more fun, and do the most good when we serve you, me, either one of us, with our divine nature, gifts, and life experience. Now, my rant about unapologetic. It's not designed to mean you never say sorry. It's not designed to mean you never reconsider or that you think you're always right. It doesn't mean you never admit you're wrong. In fact, it means you admit you're wrong faster than anybody else.It doesn't mean you bulldoze people. In fact, it means you're kind and loving.Because remember, F U C K Fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind.Because kindness tempers all of the others to make it make them powerful. It doesn't mean unapologetic.Doesn't mean you're incapable of feedback or apologizing or being wrong or anything like that.In fact, genuinely sovereign people Sovereign people apologize faster than anyone else when they're wrong because their worth is never threatened by correction.I know that distinction so badly.I used to believe that if anybody was unhappy in my presence or if something I'd done was wrong, it was my fault.I should have known ahead of time.I suck and I'm stupid.I used to believe that in the fibers of my being so much that I, you know, I cowered internally or I wildly defended things. So if you're arrogant, arrogance refuses to apologize because it can't tolerate being wrong.Sovereignty refuses to apologize for being true. It's not an insistence of being right. So think about that carefully. Here's another truth I want you to take home as encouragement. You don't need anyone's permission to be who you are.You don't.You don't need anyone's agreement to have the opinions or feelings you do.You don't need permission and you don't need agreement. So here's a, here's a, you know, two ways to approach that.I don't friggin need anybody's permission or agreement to do, Jack.So stuff it.I am who I am.Okay, you're free to do that.I have never seen been acquainted with someone who lives like that, who's living the life of purpose, prosperity and joy.I've never had those match. What I have had is someone who's like intentionally loving, lifting, blessing, serving with their divine gifts and talents, be absolutely not needing to have someone's agreement or anybody's permission. So you don't need anyone's permission or agreement to be who you are.You or I, we get to decide whether that's stubbornness and arrogance or whether that is the foundation for love and service.Okay? You don't need permission or agreement to declare your purpose and mission in the world. One of the most important things that I teach in coaching is living with purpose and power is how to create a declaration about your life that needs no permission or agreement from anybody. It's just who you decide who you are.And 99 of people have not actually done that work because it's deep and powerful work.We instead we say casual things like, well, you know, this is just how I am, or but we haven't actually decided. So some of the things that I've decided that are in my document is I am love. What a weird thing. No, I am love.Pouring over your soul like warm sunshine to create a miracle in this moment.Well, who the hell are you to declare that?Well, you know what?I actually don't need anybody's permission to love them or anybody's agreement to pour out love like warm sunshine to create a miracle in this moment. What's a miracle?A wildly improbable or unexpected event. You don't need anyone's permission or agreement to love somebody.I say that to people often, sometimes whole audiences.I don't need your permission to love you.Isn't that great? You don't need permission to love somebody, even somebody that hates you.And that doesn't mean permission to trample or any of that stuff. So take that off the table.Sometimes.Sometime in the past, someone I think it was Carl Rogers, defined love as unconditional, positive, regardless. Now, I don't have to like something that you do or someone does.I don't have to agree with it.If you've harmed me in some way.I don't have to appreciate that. And I can still love you because I know you're a divine being who came from the same place I did, who's doing the best you can to get through the world, given what you've taken on and what's happened.I know that.I don't have any doubt, and that's not a metaphorical thing.I know it.And over time, I've just developed the ability to see people that way.And you can, too. There's nothing I've learned to do that you can't have.Like right now, you don't need anybody's permission to change your life. You don't need anybody's permission to serve someone. You might need to talk to them a bit.I use a.You know, my, my.One of the sayings about my business plan for building my coaching business is I never look for clients.I look for people to love, opportunities to serve and problems to solve. And usually I get some questions about that.Well, what does that mean?Well, like I said, I don't need your permission to love you.So I can come into any conversation loving you, already believing you're amazing and just absolutely anxiously awaiting the opportunity to get to see and bask in your amazingness.I can start there every time, and I choose to so I can love you anyway. The next thing is opportunities to serve.Well, I can't really serve you very effectively.I mean, I can open a door, be nice or say hi or smile or do whatever, and those are good things. But if I'm really going to serve you, I need to know something. So what that leads me then is to listen to ask some questions to get to know you just a little Or a medium amount or a lot.Because then I have some idea, oh, this is happening.Their business is this. The personal things are this way, whatever they are, right? And then I have the opportunity to serve because now I know something. So people to love, opportunities to serve and problems to solve. When I know someone well enough that they've shared with me some kind of situation or problem that's going on in their business or life, there's an opportunity to solve a problem. Now maybe they want help with it, maybe you want help with it or maybe you don't.And that's perfectly okay. But that's the point where professional engagement can begin. So people to love, opportunities to serve and problems to solve, or a precise three step process. And it all depends on loving and listening. It all depends on me loving and listening you into existence and honoring and acknowledging everything that you are and then discovering with you and developing what's next. You don't need anybody's permission to tell the truth. Now think about that. You don't need anybody's permission to change your life or to create something. You don't need anybody's permission to forgive.Someone like that isn't dependent on an apology or anything. You don't need anyone's permission to raise your standards or draw some boundaries or use your gifts or to pursue excellence or to become different than your family or your history. You don't need anybody's permission or agreement to do that. Now somebody may dislike your choice. In fact, you have to assume they're gonna.People are going to misunderstand.People may leave you, people may diss you, they may unfriend you, heaven forbid, on social. And that all matters. But disagreement doesn't have jurisdiction.A disagreement is a.Is an information, it is not authority. And it is up to us whether we take that as a lawful indictment. So you don't need anyone's permission to make all the important decisions, raise your standards, use your gifts, pursue excellence, become different than your own past or different than your family. All of those things are solely 100% in our hands, which is what makes us sovereign. So remember that.Disagreements, information. So there's another piece of being unapologetic. And it starts with an explanation of another acronym that I have besides WIPOs, W I P O S that I talked about earlier. This one's witot W I T O T. And yeah, I love acronyms. And those of you that know me know that witot. So there's a fungus in the world and it's called the WITOT Fungus W I T o t. Now, there's a little funny story about how that with hot fungus came to be.It did not come out of a lab in any particular country, but it did come around the beginning of COVID another, you know, fungus. Not really a fungus, but a virus or whatever that came out of a lab somewhere, right? So this fungus, I created that at the beginning of the pandemic. And I would say regularly, and this was right when lockdown started. And I don't know about you, but in that time of, for months, I had the A thing open, a tab open on a browser that was always the Johns Hopkins University tracker of worldwide Covid because, you know, in the first days, weeks, months, I don't know about you, but I thought, wow, I wonder if this is, like, going to wipe out the world or something, right? And we quickly learned that it wasn't.But to start with anyway, I used to say to clients and others, the WITOT fungus is going to kill more people than Covid ever will. And so people undoubtedly will would ask, really, what's the WITOT fungus? And then I would dramatize it and draw it out.But here's what it really is.It is government by ghosts.Government by ghosts.Where are you governed by ghosts. Now, what WITOT stands for, W I T O T is what I think others think, what I think others think. And, yeah, you can laugh or groan, but you know what?Sometimes nobody's even objected.Sometimes nobody's even dissed you or disagreed or tried to retract permission they have no authority to give. But we manufacture a jury.Ooh.And.And then we say things like, oh, man, what will my friends think? What will my family say?Oh, no.What will people online think?Oh, no.What will colleagues think?Competitors. What will the church I go to think? What will the neighbors think? And then, like, we don't actually know.Once in a while, somebody may have said something.Maybe you have a stalker or a hater online.Good, that means you're saying something that matters. But anyway, we carry around this, this entire dialogue in our head, and then we obey these imaginary verdicts.Witot is government by ghosts because 99% of the time, we actually don't know what people are thinking. And the truth is, most of them are not thinking about you or me.So what happens is we really installed an unelected parliament in your head and giving it veto power over everything. What you might do, products, you might create a talk, you might give a YouTube channel, you might start a book, you might write somebody's going to think they're going to be mad.Nobody will read it.Who cares what I have to say?The whole gamut of nonsense.Okay, so I want to talk about this F U C K acronym.Fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind. Now, we've described unapologetic. It is making a conscious choice about what you stand for, who you are in the world. It is drawing from your life experience the hardships, the struggle, the things you've overcome. It's all that and more.It is then choosing to add good to the world, to create products and service, to get rich, to speak, to write books, to coach, to create workshops, to do something you darn well know is valuable because of what you've been through. That's what you know.Doing this process is, and unapologetically is the only way to do it.Because when we're busy apologizing for our opinions and thoughts and experience, we have no power and the market will wipe us out in two seconds. We're lost in the sea of sameness along with all the other people that are talking about a thing instead of from the lived experience. Now, the last K in that acronym is kind. And I'm going to do an episode about kindness and what it really means and what it doesn't.But kindness is the tempering element in all the others.Fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind. And this is a moral boundary, okay?Because if I'm unapologetic without kindness, that can easily move into arrogance.I'm better than you.Screw you.I don't have to explain myself.Up yours, Nana. You know, that kind of feeling nobody likes to learn from, listen to, or even be around. That kind of arrogance you've heard people say maybe about you?I hope not. They are so full of themselves.Unapologetic is not about proving anyone wrong. It's not about shouting louder than someone else. It's not about shouting people down.It is about refusing to apologize for what you know and who you are.We don't have the ability to force anyone to accept us, to believe us, or to understand us.We don't.We can't make anybody believe us or accept who we are or understand what we're trying to say.But there's no reason for you to back away from what you know, from what you love, from what. From what you've experienced.Okay? Now, sometimes people use words like, well, I just tell it like it is.You know what that really is saying, I enjoy not regulating my mouth.Truth doesn't require contempt.Right?I Tell it like it is.Is.Is contemptuous. It is.If you don't like it, cram it.That's not what unapologetic is.What that is, is saying, I don't care if this causes you discomfort. There's no room for doubt because I'm right.Truth doesn't require contempt. You can freely say, you know what?I completely disagree with that. And you can say that freely and fully without saying, you.You are an idiot.I'm reminded of a Flintstone the Flintstones. Many of you may remember that cartoon Barney and Fred. And Barney and Fred got in an argument about something. And Wilma, who is Fred's wife, said to her husband, fred, fred, you apologize to Barney. So Fred turns to Barney and said, barney, I'm sorry. You're stupid.Right.Well, that's not what she meant, obviously, and it's more like what I said. You're free to say, I completely disagree with that and not say you're an idiot. So let's talk about real life here. You can, and maybe you do hold a spiritual conviction, a political conviction, and, boy, that's a powder keg these days. You can hold a business conviction or belief or certainty. You can hold a relationship boundary, okay?Without needing to dehumanize the person opposite you. We've lost that skill often in public debate. If you watch any news at all on any side of anything, the.The.The need is always to make somebody else wrong, to diss them. They're a fool. You're stupid.I can't believe you think that kind of thing and contemptuously explain why they're stupid.I'm sorry. You're stupid. You know that kind of feeling. That's not what I mean. You can believe anything you want to believe without being attacking, without being contemptuous, without trying to force someone else to believe as you do.The problem comes when I somehow take the position that my having a conviction and being unapologetic about that conviction means I have to change your mind. No, I don't.You are free to hold your opinion. And you know what?I absolutely accept the truth. That your opinion is just as good as mine. And that is a distinction or a truth that we've lost.I want you to think about it this way.If I have burned my hand on a hot stove, and you've never even seen a stove, let alone a hot one, right? You don't hold the same feeling about a hot stove as I do.You just don't.And you know, that's a silly and simplistic example, but Your. Here's what I'm trying to say.Your life experience has brought you to a certain set of beliefs. My life experience has brought me to a certain set of beliefs. And those might be wildly different, but there's nothing wrong with your set or mine.It is the obvious outcome given the path that you've walked or that I've walked. And if I'm not able to live with a truth that yours is just as good as mine, then that is the recipe for constant fighting is a recipe for disaster. So here's a thought. You can be unapologetic and fierce about your thinking and feeling and beliefs without dehumanizing another person. And in fact, it's much more difficult to stand in the truth of what you believe and love. The person who disagrees.Certainty about an idea, whether you have it or I have it or somebody else, does not grant us the ability to have contempt for someone else. And kindness does not require pretending that both ideas are equally functional.Maybe one idea works and one idea doesn't.Maybe one, maybe one idea hurts more people and one idea helps more people.Maybe one idea blows up a building and one idea doesn't.Lighting a, you know, match in the middle of a gas filled building, that's an idea. That idea blows up a building. Not doing that doesn't.So ideas are not necessarily equal in their functionality. But we don't have to make people bad.In fact, we can't because then we, we are not contributing to any dialogue or the solution. So I want you to do something for me now.I want you to do an apology audit.Where in your life right now are you apologizing for your ambition?Maybe it's to yourself.I can't reach that.Oh, you know, I'll never make that happen.Where are you apologizing for your income? And I would argue that if you're bragging about it and trying to make other people feel bad, you're apologizing for your income whether you realize it or not, because you're choosing to use it as a weapon.Where are you apologizing for a desire that you have to create?Like I say, I'm going to reach 3 million people all the time. And most people say, wow, how are you going to do that?Or what are you reaching them with? And then we talk about messaging and stuff once in a while.I'll get someone that says, no, you're not, you can't do that. What the hell makes you think you can do that?I don't need to apologize. No, no.Permission no agreement for your desires.Where are you apologizing for your creative genius, either by hiding it or not serving with it, you know, not using it, not developing. That's apologizing for it.Where are you apologizing for your faith?Sometimes we apologize for faith, for the certainty of knowing there is divine help. And we apologize for that because we think people might think we're stupid or silly or naive or childish or whatever.Where are you apologizing for boundaries in some relationship or business dealing?Where might you be apologizing for saying no?Sometimes saying no is the nicest thing you can do.It can be the truest thing you can do.It can be the kindest thing you can do.It can be the most honest thing you can do.Where might you be apologizing for changing? You've decided you don't like something in your life and you're changing it, and someone else doesn't like that change, and so you minimize it or shrink it.Where are you?Might you be apologizing for being visible? You know, often I teach people how to write books and I help them get their best sellers and build programs and podcasts and products and challenges and so forth intentionally to make them more visible. And sometimes others who know them get mad or jealous or frustrated because they're winning and I'm not.And so then they shrink. They're apologizing for being visible.Without visibility, you can't serve much. You can serve in little areas, but visibility increases your service reach.Where are you apologizing for your age, being old, or being young?Where are you apologizing for starting late?I've heard that so many times.Well, I'm.I started late.10 Years late, 20 years late.Nonsense.Where might you be apologizing for wanting more?So here's some questions to ask to weigh whether or not any kind of apologetic language is required.Did I actually cause harm?If yes, fix it.Fix it.Because our being unapologetic or fierce or committed doesn't require harm.If we ever caused real harm, we need to repair it.If not, stop apologizing straight up.All right, so here's the final question I really want to dig into, and that's this.If you.If you really knew you didn't need anybody's permission to do anything, who would you be?Who would you be?What would you do?How would you act?But I'm going to just say, who would you be without any permission, not anybody's need or feeling for permission? What would you say and where. What would you support and how? What would you build and when? What would you stop tolerating in your own life and when? What would you begin right now? What would you wear different than what you're wearing right now? What would you charge for your products or services? What relationship might change right now if you stopped apologizing or stopped looking for permission? What art might come out? What would you finally admit that you really want? That might be a scary thought. So here's the thing I want to give you.We covered FIERCE today was unapologetic. So be humble enough to apologize
