The coaching industry is being transformed faster than most people realize.

As AI becomes increasingly capable of delivering frameworks, strategies, accountability, and even sophisticated coaching conversations, a difficult question emerges:

What value does a human coach still bring?

In this episode, Kellan explores the massive shift happening inside the coaching profession and reveals why information alone is no longer enough. Certifications, methods, frameworks, and techniques are becoming commodities. What remains irreplaceable is something AI cannot replicate—the truth of your own transformation.

If you're a coach, consultant, mentor, author, speaker, or heart-led entrepreneur, this conversation challenges you to examine whether you're teaching information or embodying transformation.

The future belongs to coaches who have done the work.

This episode might offend you, but strap in for the ride. Welcome to the show. Tired of the hype about living the dream? It's time for truth. This is the place for tools, power and real talk so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life. Subscribe. Share. Create. You have infinite power. Welcome to your ultimate life. This is a Thursday episode and this is specifically about coaching. More.More specifically about the winnowing that's taking place in the coaching world. It is being decimated, rearranged, reorganized, rethought, reformulated, and that is a good thing. Coaching as a.As a profession has been around for ever, right? As long as there's been sports teams, as long as there's been performers, as long as there's been advisors, you know, that kind of thing. Clear back.Eminence. GRE was a French name for the guy that was the power behind the throne, right? The secret advisor. And sometimes advice was what were the.You know, what was given. And sometimes real coaching.I remember the movie the King's Speech, where the king had to give a speech in wartime and didn't want to be king and didn't know how to talk and felt bad about it and stuttered and stumbled. He got a coach, a coach. And you know what was interesting about it? There was a lot of conflict because coaching requires something.Coaching requires confrontation. And I don't mean anger, and I don't mean belittling or negativity, but it involves two kinds of confrontation. It involves the confrontation of a coach with the client, and it involves the confrontation of a client with themselves. If I'm performing in any way, whether I'm speaking on stage or singing at one of the concerts that I've got in a couple of weeks, I'm.I'm doing something in public, right? And I do it a certain way as best I can. I prepare, I practice, if it's concert or a speech or whatever. And then when it's time to deliver it, you do the best you can. And there's a phrase, you know, you don't know what you don't know.Another way to think about that is you can't do something you haven't learned, right? And sometimes in a moment in flow, you know, there's a little magic that happens and that's powerful and it's real. But it comes to those who prepare. It comes to those who are constantly ready and at the edge of their comfort zone and the edge of their skill set. If you read books, and I have read many by Steven Kotler and others who've studied flow extensively. There's a set of requirements to get to that place where things go and then suddenly you're slightly or a lot beyond. All right, so coaching is the process of helping someone improve their skill set, their mindset and the delivery of whatever it is they're doing. From surgery to speaking to playing guitar on stage. Doesn't matter. I say surgery because there's a YouTube video that talks, says everybody should be a coach or everybody should have a coach.Sorry, you'd think everybody should be a coach. I'm still seeing ads. Unbelievable. Prepare your high ticket coaching stuff in an afternoon. Sell $15,000 products.Maybe you can prepare something in an afternoon with AI. Of course you can. And maybe you can sell it for $15,000 and it's bogus, it's garbage, and it won't last. End of story. Unless. Here's the secret. You are the embodiment of what you teach. You are that thing. So I titled this if I gave it a title. If you haven't become, and I hold the mirror up to me, I haven't become, then I shouldn't be coaching. And by become, you know, sometimes people insult purveyors of information and by saying those who can't do, teach. And maybe that's true for some. Some have some, you know, small amount of skill or even a medium amount of skill, but they can't really compete in the performance arena. And so they teach. And those who say that, you know, think of it as a cop out so you can't really perform, so then you goatees, I'm better than you.Well, it's completely bogus. Teachers are some of the most sacred people and it is a sacred profession. And maybe you were proficient at something outstanding, outrageous at something and then your time has passed, there is a peak performance time and then you can teach afterwards or during if you want to. All of that's true and has nothing to do with what I'm talking about today. I'm talking to the coaching profession. If you are a coach, I'm talking to you. Most coaches, 90 something percent, whatever skill set you have, dating, relationships, business, skill building, business, getting financing, creating funnels, reaching people with marketing, building audiences, gardening, whatever it is your skill set is, that's wonderful. And you are able and needed to teach that skill set. And we confuse by using them interchangeably, coaching and teaching.Teaching is conveying information about a certain skill set, whatever it is, from medical practice to music on stage, from raising kids to planting and raising a decent garden and teaching is necessary and appropriate. And especially those who take the difficult task of teaching young children and teaching in school, they should be honored and paid a lot better than they are. That's just my opinion. That has nothing to do with the coaching.Coaching is a different thing and sometimes it merges with teaching and sometimes it is really separate, but it is beyond teaching. It is creating the conditions and encouragement so that the information is exactly and actually implemented. So it comes into the life and power and use of the person who's being coached. So I can teach someone how to do stuff in the recording studio, and I've run a recording studio for 40 something years.I can teach somebody how to record well, how to watch levels, how to mix, how to use compressors and equalizers and the different, you know, outboard gear. Although it's all on computer now, mostly still some outboard stuff floating around. I can teach somebody how to do that.Coaching would be then being with them again and again as they use it, and then critiquing, adjusting, making them learn and to do it effectively. That's one part of coaching. Another part of coaching is the whole mindset piece.Because for whatever reason, we are all poisoned to a little degree or to a gigantic degree with mindset illness. And what I mean by that, I'm calling it illness, a little tongue in cheek, but it's mindset poison. And that is, you can't really learn this. You can't really do it very well. You're not really good enough. There are people better than you. Who are you to think that you can do this? See, I knew I was going to fail.I'm really not cut out for this. It's not my season and 100 other ways to say the same thing, which is just demeaning your ability, reducing the value of the skill set you may have. That's coaching. And it only takes place in a basket of love and with the real intent for growth to happen. Okay? And so what's happening now is AI, this new technology that we have, is able to read every book and look at every framework and has listened and looked at tens of thousands, perhaps millions of coaching environments, coaching sessions. I know people that upload all kinds of coaching sessions and curriculum and frameworks and tools. So AI has access to all that. And so it can do a very good job of simulating coaching. I know because I've used it to coach me.And I do that on purpose because I want to test how good it is at making, recognizing patterns, at giving good advice, at noticing When I'm holding back, I want to test it. And so I push it and push it and push it and test it. Why? Because I want to know from my own experience how it is, what it does, how good it is.And here's what I'm seeing. It is astoundingly good. It is amazing. And it simulates the process of asking questions, recognizing patterns, helping people see their obstacles, their barriers, their mindset, their patterns, their habits. It does a fabulous job at doing that. It's amazing. So then you'd say, wow, what is left for coaches? And that's the question. That's the reason I wrote Coaching and the Rise of AI. I wrote an entire book backed by research and extensive experience. Here's all that's left. What AI in no form can do, even though it can encourage you and give you good words and reflect good things and give you frameworks and questions and hold you accountable and all that sort of stuff by asking, you know, have you done this? Why not, et cetera, et cetera, go do this piece right now. And even step by step stuff can do all that. It cannot be with you emotionally.Often the those mindset games that we play with ourselves, why we procrastinate, why we put things off, why we avoid things, why we don't have difficult conversations with ourself or with others. It's not a knowledge thing. If it were, coaches wouldn't be necessary because AI would blow us all away. What it is, is an energy thing. It's how we feel, what we believe about ourselves, deepest, deepest, deepest down, not what we can mimic and say. That sounds good. That's the core of coaching. And people talk about it in different ways. The whole service based approach is wonderful. You serve someone and what that simply means is you create for them an energy circumstance where they feel listened to, loved and encouraged. Because in that bowl, listen, love and encourage, they feel safe and able to try the thing that they already knew they could or should do.Either because they already knew it or because you helped them know it. You talked to them, you told them, you explained it. Either one. But the motor, the.The energy that gets it done is that love and listening and honoring and encouragement, that's the motor that moves it. That takes place only in a sacred place that you must learn to create as a coach or you're dead. And if that offends you, I don't care because I want you to succeed. And that's why I'm saying it, to invite you something and so into something. And that's why?And I don't mean invite you in terms of selling, but I mean invite you into yourself. Because if you have not become, you shouldn't be coaching. And you won't be able to anyway pretty quick because AI is getting better and better and everything else besides that becoming will be replaced. Now, what do I mean by becoming? Well, let's talk about it.Becoming means you have walked through the path, you have done the work on yourself with another coach or a coaching situation so that you are familiar, intimately and on demand with that love, encouragement and energy. You feel it, you know it, you have it, you live in it, you feel it for yourself. So many coaches that I have talked to, here's the thing, they, they take their skill set like marketing or something like that, and they say, you know, I can really see what everybody else needs to do. I can see right away, I can walk in and big picture it, say you need to do this, this, this, this, etc. Etc. But I can't see it for myself, duh. There's a complete obvious reason for that. You're blind to yourself because you haven't done the work.Seeing what someone else needs to do is using your knowledge and information to give them a suggested path forward. It does not contain the love, encouragement and energy that it would contain if you had walked the path. When you look at yourself and you cannot see what your next step is, then you haven't walked the path. Another thing I say that's going to irritate someone is if you're coaching and you don't have a coach, you're a fraud. A flat out fraud. And the reason? Simple. If you are not regularly getting into that space of love, encouragement, power, visioning, seeing the future, touching it, if you're not regularly in there, you can't take anybody else there honestly, in a sustained basis, you know, you might be a great speaker and a charismatic this, that and the other. And that's wonderful. All those things are beneficial and good, but they're hollow and transitory.Unless and until you bring the truth of your own transformation into the conversation, the truth of your own transformation is all that is left. And that's why when I talk about books is it's the story of your becoming, in other words, the truth of your own transformation, that is the power you have as a coach. And that's it.If you have a piece of knowledge like knowing how to record in the studio, or knowing how to do some marketing, or knowing how to write for, you know, persuasively, or knowing how to handle relationship issues, or tons of ideas about dealing with teenagers or, or dating advice or if you have that knowledge, that's great. But your own transformation is the power. And there's a wild difference between knowledge and power. And that is what AI is making so obvious and how it's obliterating coaching right and left. And I see it. I see it because I'm in it every day. I'm active with all kinds of AI.I use it and I use it for coaching with all of the questions, and I see where it falls short every time, all the time. So I want you to listen to that and you can get mad at me. None of this is because I think you're wrong or you're bad or unworthy or any of that.Because if you are trying to lead people without internal substance, it's dangerous because you don't have the foundation yet to carry it to the goal line. That's why, for example, people get afraid when they talk about money. I can't tell you, I used to be like this completely and I now see it a lot.People get scared when they talk about pricing and money. Coaches, their energy shifts. They get a little sick feeling in their stomach, oh, I wonder if I should give a discount.I wonder if they can afford it. Wonder. And that just that thought alone, you bring that energy in. You've given, you. You've given the prospect power, control, and demonstrated the fact that you don't believe in yourself, you don't believe in your work, and you're not the one to take them over the goal line. And they can sense that instantly. Instantly. And that only comes from one place. It comes from the fact that you or I, if I do that, and I used to have not gone through the work of becoming the truth that we talk about becoming the truth, that means the truth of your own transformation. The truth. And if you're, you know, you've had some transformation, but you're still doubting and fearing, then that's why you should be in another coaching container getting those things handled. Because that's the power. The knowledge is not the power.Another certificate, another class, another NLP certification or somatic, you know, modality or something like that. That isn't the power. The power is the truth of your own work. I've said that several times. So training is not becoming.Let's talk about what it is and what it isn't. Teaching information is one thing. Coaching someone's identity from a place you haven't lived is fake and gone. Coaching, many coaches have training.I've been to several academies, certifications and everything else. I have certifications, so do you. I have methods, so do you. I have models, so do you. Frameworks, tools, acronyms.Okay, and maybe you have them, maybe you don't, but they are not enough anymore. They used to be valuable, but let's call the truth they are information and transformation, meaning something is in a different shape or form, it is different thing. And we use language like barriers and blocks and stuff like that. And, and they're right, they're apt descriptions. But if you don't know what it feels like to be on the other side of that block, you can't help me. And that's what becoming is, what you, what you have to have.I don't care how many methods are might and shifting and magic, this, that and the other. You can have all that and have information. But if you skip self confrontation, if you skipped truth telling to yourself, your own integration, the ownership of your own story and becoming, if you've skipped that, you don't have anything to offer, that AI can't do better, faster and on demand. It's one of the scary things. All that stuff's available on demand. And the more you interact with a particular model, the more it gets to know you.I have millions, at least 5 million, maybe 6 or 7 million words now.And I know that because I asked, I use chat GPT, but I asked how much info I'd given it about me, books and, you know, podcasts and things and 5 million words. And that was several months ago, so 6, 7, 8 million. Here's, here's the thing. You learned how to coach before you learned how to be.Being is the only thing that matters. And what happened is we were taught tools that are useful and valuable, but they lack power if they are not grounded in our own transformation. If I talk to you about breath work and I talk about how magic it is and what it does in the body and the cycle of growth and, you know, different kinds of breath work and the sipping technique and the WIM hof.And if I talk about that, but I don't know it physically, then I can describe something to you, but it lacks power because the conviction of its efficacy and truth is gone. We learn, we learn techniques before we built substance. Now that's not a failure, it's just what's already happened. And I'm where I am, and you're where you are. This is an invitation to deepen it and to embody. And I, you know, that's a Cliche word, but that means to, to make it so that the physical and spiritual self that I am and that you are radiates leaks the truth of that.So for example, if you talk about a athlete that is in good shape and they're very experienced in their sport, they approach situations with ease and confidence. The ease and confidence is born out of massive repetition and practice. And it is born out of confidence that comes from their own certainty. The certainty is here and here. That certainty is all that's left. So have here's some questions for you that might piss you off. Have you done the work or did you buy the language?Because one of the things AI is doing is it's giving you slick language. You can see it in Facebook ads. Language, language, good stuff. And you can spot an AI thing a mile off and there's nothing wrong with that.If the language and AI writes good and helps you edit and write better and stuff like that, that's wonderful. But if you, when somebody meets you don't leak and breathe and feel like that truth, you're done. Your history. So if you haven't become, you got no business coaching under pressure, the coach leaks and you know and that's that. That's demonstrated powerfully in two situations. One is the financial part. When you're actually enrolling the client, you have to talk about money and terms and payment and all that stuff. If you're not an embodied person, then that has terrible energy things you're scared, you leak energy and everybody can feel it.The other time it manifests is when the co. When the client is asking you hard questions.Things that are real, like upfront and personal, real for them and scary for you because you have not walked the path, you have not bled over the broken glass that is at the core of, of the fear or worry they are expressing now. If it's just a piece of knowledge. If someone asks me how to do a particular kind of edit in Premiere Pro Adobe's program and I know I can show them and I have confidence I can show them, oh no, do this, do this, here's the menu, put here, do this, use this effect, etc. And I can say that with confidence because I've done it and been it. The energetic stuff's exactly the same. It's just harder to talk about because it isn't a drop down menu with a particular effect you slide on a video clip. It is an intentional internal process that has changed who you are. And if I can't speak from that place of being or you Can't. We're done.Where do you still collapse under pressure? This is a good question for you to ask, not an indictment.Where, in either acquiring clients or coaching clients, or renewing clients, excuse me, where do you collapse under pressure? Where does that happen? And if you can name it right now, it's enrollment, it's marketing, it's speaking, it's networking, whatever it is, that's where you need help, go get it. Because that's what will last is the truth of your own transformation. Now let me go back to the thing that helps people get started. And this is true if you're a coach. It's also true if you're a heart led entrepreneur or a heart led person in any aspect.Every single person, without exception, that I talk to and I interview a lot. I've interviewed four people this week already and the week that I'm making this. When I'm talking to them about their work, what they're trying to do in the world, how they make money, how they make an impact, I can immediately see which things matter a lot to them because their energy changes. They lean forward, the voice modulates, sometimes the volume increases. That, you know, you can feel the energy of connection. That is the power that creates the envelope or the container of transformation. And that is only fueled by truth and love and forgiveness and safety. And in that envelope, sometimes brutal confrontation has to take place when a person's got to come to grips with who they are or not being stories that we're telling ourselves. But if I don't do that regularly with myself, I can't hold that for others. It will break, it will leak. And if I ask you, I did ask you a minute ago, where you're having trouble with this energy leakage and you knew right away. And for most coaches, it's enrollment, you know, enrollment or hard questions are the two big ones, then that means a couple of things. If you have never paid at least as much as you're charging and are not regularly doing that, you have no business charging it. You can't hold the energy. And I want you to, because here's the interesting thing. One of the things that's happening already with AI is additional isolation. Covid started it. Everybody's got to stay home. Nobody can. Everything, you know, the drill. And isolation is a real problem. It's causing mental health challenges, school and performance things, difficulty at work, relationship issues. All of that stuff's real, that's happening and it's happening in spades. If I'm going to be an antidote, to that. And it's the same in marketing. If you're going to market effectively, I've got to be in the head in the conversation of the prospect. Why? Because they've got to feel like I know them inside and out and that I really can solve whatever struggle they've got, right?Whether it's growing a beautiful garden or creating products and services or delivering products or networking or enrollment or whatever. If I can't do that, I can't coach it. And so I want you to just sort of land on that when I say, where do you have energetic leaks? And that's where you go to work, go get a coach. You know, let me help you if you want, but somebody, you've got to get into a container, so that. That is not an issue for you, because then you can coach yourself and others to get there. All right? The story of your becoming is the power, the core authority that you have, the story of your becoming. That is the struggles you had, the places you broke, the places you fell apart, the struggles that you had getting back where you wanted, the choices you've made to. To excel, not to brag or, you know, be, oh, look at me, but to grow yourself. So if you're a coach, you're in personal development of some kind, if you don't have, if you haven't used or codified or mind, I say mind the story of your becoming, story of your own transformation, that truth you're leaving money and clients on the table, under the table, around the table, in the yard, in the garden, whatever, you're leaving it your greatest power. This is the steps of your becoming. Where you started, what broke, what changed, what do you know now?And by no, I don't mean knowledge of steps to take. I mean the energy and truth required to make them happen. What I notice all the time, and you probably have, too, as a coach, it's rarely that people don't know what to do. It's that we don't do what we know. You know, fear, timing, procrastination, organization, you know, bad stories, inside childhood traumas, all those things left over create an atmosphere of fear and, you know, retreat and all that sort of stuff. And that's what we work on. And the phrases step into your power and in greatness, all that stuff, those are great phrases. But if you're not doing it, you can't take me there. Now, when I talk about using the story of your becoming, I'm not talking about oversharing or using vulnerability to get clicks or not meaningless fluff and I'm not talking about marketing fluff.I am talking about being able to understand for yourself and talk about in the right places and times for the benefit of others, the story of your own choices and growth that is the source of your presence. And what I mean by that is the power that you bring into a conversation. That ineffable, which means indescribable essence that makes people just want to be with you because they believe you have something for them. And it's true because you do. But that having is the energy of truth, not a trick or technique or a framework or a series of questions. It is the truth of your becoming. So the model of coaching that I propose in the Coaching and the Rise of AI and if you haven't read that book, you're doing your coaching practice a disservice. It is the only book that is written about this, that exists. Coaching and the Rise of AI talks about what's happening, what's going to happen. And I'm proposing a model of coaching that I'm using which AI has judged to be completely invulnerable, irreplaceable by AI. And I analyzed 11 a dozen coaching models that I know of and that's not all of them, but many and just curiosity. How good are they at producing results? What are their vulnerabilities to AI? How effective are they in terms of broad spectrum growth and transformation, etc.And the reason that's important is because people pay in money. They don't pay and feel good tokens. So people have to justify it in the cash that they spend. Your your power, my power. Our power comes. The weight behind our words comes because you lived what you're teaching. So here are the three parts to the the Phoenix Coach Triple Helix. I think of it as a three part DNA strand woven together. The first is presence.Presence is I am here with you. Nothing else is going on. I'm not trying to get your money or get you signed up. I love you completely. I hear you, I see you. I honor you.And you know it. And you can feel it in an instant, in a heartbeat, all the way through your soul. That's presence. And there's lots of other words you can use for it.That's how I describe it. The second thing is pattern. And that is what are the things that are repeated and the genesis, the story, the cause of those things.Patterns of avoidance, patterns of not truth telling, patterns of deception, patterns of puffery, patterns of aggrandizement, patterns of fear, patterns of hiding Patterns of not being good enough, you know, the same patterns that repeat leave, of course, to the same failures. And that's why people try to lose weight forever or they try to overcome barriers and blocks forever. I can't. I can't. I can't.We have reinforcing patterns that keep us where we are, and we have to be able to see them and call them out inside that loving container of presence. Otherwise, it's just criticism. The third piece is power. So presence, pattern, power. And the only power you're ever going to have is the truth of your lived experience. Everything else is you're talking about some. The truth of your lived experience is the authority and power that you have.Authority is not what you studied. It's what you survived and integrated. Your story is not side material. It is the backbone of everything you have to offer. If you don't own your story, you don't own your authority. You're borrowing it.And borrowed authority is exactly what AI is crushing because it can borrow from everybody, everywhere, instantly, and write it better than we can and say it. So the real energetic truth is all there is. And I invite you with all my heart to lean into that because I need you. The world needs you.So this is not a call to say coaching is on the way out. It's not. Mediocre coaching is. Even really good coaching is. Only elite coaching is going to survive crappy coaching.Mediocre coaching and good coaching are gone. And they're going to be gone or faster.I predicted when I wrote the book I started a year ago, and I published it in November, started in May and published it in November of last year. AI doubled in capability twice just in that six months of producing it. I've seen it double again. Models are coming out. They're faster, they're better, they're more coherent, and they're more capable of imitating language. What they can't do is create power from lived experience. What they can't do is speak with the authority of your battle scars. And you have to.I have to. We have to be able to own that or we're finished. All right, so here's how to get that power. Mine your life.Own the truth of the story of your becoming, because you wouldn't be a coach if you didn't think or if you didn't think you had a story, a transformation journey that was worth sharing. You wouldn't be doing it if you didn't think you had something that would help people. My question to you is, have you done the work to own the story, to identify the two truths that you learned and internalized. Have you turned it into a framework so you can use it and teach it for someone? And are you in a coaching container so you regularly amplify and grow your own authority and power? If you're not doing those things, you're finished. The best way, the most strategic and powerful way that I've seen to do that is to write a book. And the reason is really simple. The rigor and research and effort in writing the book of your own becoming.I don't mean a book about gardening, unless gardening had a lot to do with your becoming. The book of your becoming. If you research and write it, here's what it will do. It will help you own the truth of your story. It will help you identify and articulate the truth of your transformation. It will help you create a framework that's not just some framework, but it's yours. And you own it.Because each pillar in that framework is written with fire and steel on your heart. And so when you use those things to help people, you're invincible. You're a category of one. You're completely alone. You're a unicorn. And doing it in the process of creating a book, it forces us to get to clarity. It gets a good sequence so people can follow it. It helps you craft a message. I. One of the key failings of most coaches is I ask, what do you do?Well, I coach. I help people get out of their own way.I. I, you know, help people step into their greatness and, you know, all these sort of worn out phrases that are all true, but they don't mean anything. Right? It's. It's hard for someone to hear that and say, okay, then I'm gonna what? And that's the key right there. So it, and it also gives you invincible position. You're in a category of one. You have clarity, you have sequence, you have a message, you have a framework, you have language. It completely.Doing the book thing exposes vagueness because it forces us to be specific and clear. And it shows readers whether you actually know what you believe or you're just talking about it.Because a coach without an articulated body of work is just an improvised identity. Hear me. A coach without an articulated body of work is often just improvising that identity. Now, I think a book is easily the most strategic way to do that. That's why I've written a bunch of them, and that's why I hold the book challenge. If you want to explore that, there's a URL. Dream Build. Write it.It's right here. Dream buildwriteit.com go there and see when the next book challenge is.I do them a couple of times a year, but it's specifically to help you do these things. Find your story, articulate it, get it clear, get your framework, get your positioning in a category of one. It's not about publishing. It's not about having one more book out of a zillion on Amazon. It's about structuring a platform for you to create exactly what you want. And it becomes the click, clickest, clickest, the quickest and most powerful path to income and authority. Authority creates leverage. You want leverage. You want to reach millions of people. I have, and I've done it exactly like I'm describing to you.And you know what? That's why I like doing it. Because I know it works and I'm doing it regularly. Can you articulate your transformation clearly? Most people can't.They can tell a story about what happened, but then they cannot describe completely or thoroughly or clearly what happened to them and why they're different. Because you need to be a category of one, and you are. You just can't explain it.Now, at least twice, sometimes three times a year, I hold this book challenge and go to that place, dream buildwright it.com to see when the next one is. If you have a mission, if you have a purpose, if you have a yearning in your heart to do something that matters, create purpose, prosperity and joy.I can tell you that the best way to do it is to go there and join me. I can help you do that and create a platform where you can build a hundred thousand dollars out of one book, 100k.I've done it repeatedly and helped others do it. I can show you how. And it's not gimmicks. It's founded on all that truth that we just talked about. The truth of your story. Not some marketing gimmick, not some hook, you know, just to. To be trendy or so forth. It's built on the truth of your being. And that's unassailable because it's what you are.So I invite you with all my heart to do that. This book challenge, ban my conversation today, is for you.If you're done circling around that story, if you're done consuming stuff and you're ready to start owning it, if you're done pretending, you'll write that book someday when you're more ready. When I'm finished, When I'm transformed, that's never going to happen. This is a mountain without a top. So I love you.I want you to be a successful coach and I know you can be if you're willing to do the work. The embodied transformation is all that's left in the coaching world, and I invite you to to be that. AI has raised the standard off the charts.Everything that's generic is gone, everything that's based on frameworks and formulas and all the rest is gone. All that's left is the truth of your life and only the real people are going to survive. So that's why I said to start with if you haven't become, you shouldn't be coaching. And maybe you have become, but you're afraid to speak it or articulate it.And if it stings when I say if you haven't become, you shouldn't be coaching, good, then you should.Because the only answer is do the work, own your story and build something that puts you in the category of one so that you are something that machines, however sophisticated, can't counterfeit. The future is going to belong to coaches who are real enough to say what it costs them to be where they are and to invite and love others into the same place, not doing exactly what you or I did, but to discover and walk their own path. And you cannot help me do that if you haven't done it yourself.I've discovered that this coaching work is the most rewarding I've ever thing things I've ever done. And I sat in boardrooms and C suites in two countries, US and Canada, and nothing I did there compares to the work of love, forgiveness, growth, encouragement and becoming and helping others to become. I can tell you for sure, if you want to stay in coaching, this is the only path. And if you want help, dream, build, write it, reach out and let's talk. Because I know you can use this if you want to, to build your ultimate life. Right here, right now.Your opportunity for massive growth is right in front of you.
