Don't Become What You Hate While Trying to Change the World
Have you ever sworn you would never become like the people you hated, only to discover that you're beginning to act exactly like them? You fight intolerance and become intolerant. You fight cruelty and become cruel. You fight arrogance and start believing you're better than everyone else.
Here's the dangerous truth: you can be completely convinced you're changing the world for the better while becoming part of the very problem you're trying to solve.
In this episode, Kellan Fluckiger challenges you to examine your own convictions, your behavior, and the person you're becoming. Because the real test isn't just what you stand against. It's whether you can stand for something fiercely, unapologetically, and consistently without losing kindness, humility, or love.

00:58
acronym, and it's really focused on don't be calm what you hate, which is why I asked that question to start with, because, you know, I can't help it. But notice in the United States, because I'm both doing Joe and I are both dual national, the negativity and acrimony accompanying the the lead up to their midterm to the US's midterm elections.
01:27
name calling and bitterness and people lying about their positions and extreme people migrating to the middle and just this whole atmosphere of fakery and everybody swearing that they're in it for the good of everyone when the truth appears to be they're only in it for themselves. And it is exactly another example of becoming what you hate. So
01:54
This is not just a recap. This is a real fresh problem because all the way through I've been saying, you know, sovereign architect like design and build and live your ultimate life. And I've said that WIPOs, W-I-P-O-S, your worth, identity, possibility, ownership and sovereignty is one of the foundational principles that has five parts that lets you do that.
02:22
And I've said in this acronym, F, U, C, K, fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind. And we talked about how kindness makes all those others work. But as as I notice this with my own message and I notice it with other movements, sometimes when we become successful or begin to be successful and we have a growth spurt, we get.
02:49
get high on our own supply, we get full of ourselves. Whether it's movements, missions, political tribes, causes, or even personal development philosophies sometimes produce the same behaviors they were railing against. The very coercion or contempt or rigidity they were designed to defeat or created to defeat. I've got a perfect example of that. I've got a friend who wrote a book
03:19
who was an insider, this friend of mine was an insider from the very beginning of a particular personal development movement that was worldwide fiercely popular, started in San Francisco and has grown all over the world. And I'm not going to name the movement or the person, but eventually that movement and its leader became so rigid and full of themselves that they
03:48
literally began acting like God and now many years later, because that was 70s and here we're in the 2020s, right? So 50 years ago, that person who was with him from the beginning is now, you know, my age or more 70 some wrote a book about this very thing, about how that movement founded to solve this personal development thing had become rigid, brittle, coercive and negative in many ways.
04:16
And that's not unique. happens all the time. So I'm not here to diss any movement, which is why I'm not naming a movement or a person or anything like that. But it was interesting that this person felt that it had happened so much that they felt really compelled to write right about it and how that happened over time. And so I want you to think about your own development. When you go on or me.
04:43
When any of us go on a mountain or climb a mountain. And let's say it's the mountain without a top, the mountain of personal development. But this can be in real life. How about if it's the mountain of learning to use AI or the mountain of performance, piano performance or singing or guitar or the mountain of speaking or the mountain of anything? And you spend a lot of time in that development. Often what comes with that is a degree of arrogance.
05:12
and the degree of betterness. know more than you. I'm better than you. Shut up and listen. I this I I I and the word I appears a lot as if you knew something now. I and I'm using that word right there. I tell a lot of stories from my own life. And the reason is because I don't have your stories to tell. And a lot of them I do actually have from clients and things, but I don't have permission often to tell them.
05:42
So here's a great irony and I want to make sure we don't fall into that trap and that I don't leave you with the idea that even if you're fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind, that you don't become controlling or thinking somehow that you or I would think better or well, when you get up to my level, then you'll realize because, you know, we might be fighting intolerance.
06:13
and become intolerant. From perspective up here, that's happening a lot in the US right now. The very people that are espousing and spouting inclusivity are becoming exclusive. If you don't think what I think, know, the fighting intolerance has become intolerant, fighting cruelty and become cruel.
06:38
fighting arrogance and become certain of our moral superiority. Oh, and we say we're fighting censorship, yet we're trying to silence opponents. Maybe we're trying to fight victimhood and we can then become contemptuous of those that are wounded.
06:58
Maybe we're pretending to fight mediocrity and that's me. I am absolutely obsessed with the idea of eliminating an addiction to mediocrity, victim mindset and learned helplessness. But the danger there is to become obsessed with status. Maybe we're fighting dependence, but we lose compassion. There's lots of examples of that and you know many, many more than I've just said, but
07:27
Here's something I observe and I put this here because I want to make sure this doesn't be part of this whole thing of the sovereign architect. You have the right, the ownership and the sovereignty to build your life exactly like you want. And we need to do it in the realization that us humans, have an astonishing ability to become the thing we're fighting while insisting we are the opposite.
07:55
And I say that now partly because it's important in this context because I want you to use your voice. I want you to speak. I want you to use your gifts and talents. I want you to serve. want you to be one of my three thousand millionaires and three hundred deca millionaires. What those are, those are people that I've helped learn to make a million bucks a year serving with their gifts and talents or the deca millionaires, 10 million bucks a year. I know it's possible. I already have a client right now that's
08:25
You know, another 10 X that right. And so and I'm seeing that in the behavior in the public square. And it isn't helping, it isn't solving any problem. It isn't returning any sovereignty. isn't growing love. It isn't growing compassion. In fact, it's the opposite. It's growing bitterness, hate, violence and negativity. So.
08:52
While I've given you this acronym, F-U-C-K, pick your mission and live it fiercely, unapologetically, consistently, and with overarching kindness. It's not merely an attitude. This whole thing is a safeguard. So let's talk about what that could mean, what that could look like. The F is fierce, you know that, we had a whole episode on that. Here's what
09:22
and a short way of thinking it, thinking about it. You have to be fierce enough to matter. OK, we live in a world of extremes. We live in a world of a lot of noise. We live in a world a lot of yay me and this and bad and good and hollering and shouting. We live in a world where shock seems to be the only thing that gets attention nearly always. So you have to be fierce, fierce in your commitment, fierce in what you believe.
09:52
and fierce in your stance, because without fierce, nothing moves. Okay, you might complain, you might observe something, analyze it to death and know exactly the answer. You might post your brains out about something that's wrong. And then you wait. Fierceness instead says, this matters enough for me to act.
10:21
And the first place to act is always in the mirror, right? Am I the embodiment of the message I teach? If someone looks at me or was a fly on the wall and heard my thoughts and feelings, am I consistent with what I espouse? So fierceness says this matters enough for me to act, but ask these questions, has my fierce devotion
10:51
become hatred? Am I more devoted to defeating someone than creating good? Because adding good to the world is the only way to live your ultimate life. Purpose, prosperity, and joy cannot come from hatred. It cannot come from bitterness. It cannot come from stomping on others. It can't come from cutting people down. We all, if you really want to, adding good to the world.
11:19
And I'm saying that just as fiercely as I know how. And I am not hating or being negative about someone who thinks I'm full of crap. You're free to do that. My experience at 70 is that adding good to the world is the only permanent way to create your ultimate life. All right. So. If you find yourself more devoted to defeating someone or hurting someone than in creating good, then return to K, which is the kindness, right?
11:50
And that's the critical piece. The next thing to talk about is unapologetic. Now, that doesn't mean we don't apologize when we make mistakes. In fact, if you're fiercely devoted to adding good to the world, if you're fiercely devoted to love, to growth, to if you want to speak woo to creating a 5D world and doing business consciously all the time, if you really
12:18
Fiercely devoted to that that has nothing to do with forcing someone else It has everything to do with having a light in your hand and a mirror in your heart So you're always checking to see I'm always checking to see if i'm consistent with what i'm speaking about Unapologetic is very simple It means you don't apologize for what you believe you don't apologize for what is right
12:47
You don't apologize for love. You don't apologize for service. You don't apologize for adding good to the world, for taking a stand for someone.
12:58
That's the core of unapologetic. Too many people, because they're trying to be inclusive, can't give a coherent and powerful message. Instead it's, well, I think this and I realize you may all think something else, that's okay. That isn't going to attract anybody.
13:19
dissing someone, putting others down or criticizing their stuff is not being unapologetic. It's being silly because as soon as someone feels criticized, guess what? They stop listening. When we stop listening, dialogue stops, growth stops, opportunity stops. When dialogue, growth and opportunity stop, go home.
13:43
So unapologetic means being clear about what you believe and loud and noisy and allowing all others the same privilege with love and respect. Because unapologetic enough to stand because without being unapologetic, then you get governed by the great fungus. What is the great fungus? The Wittat fungus.
14:11
W I T O T. What I think others think. What I think others think, and that's funny because you don't know what others think and what you think they think is two layers removed from reality, right? If you're governed by Wittoth and I created that at the beginning of the pandemic, you might remember the story, which was, said, you Wittoth kills more people than COVID ever will.
14:39
created that in 2020, and that's now six years ago. And so it's funny. But when you're governed by that, you you soften every sentence. You ask permission, you hide that won't change the world, that won't create 5D, that won't bring growth to stand unapologetic means to be clear about what you believe and allow others the same.
15:08
You can have that clarity and power and without hatred, without being negative, while allowing others the same thing. If you ask permission and you hide, that simply means you've handed over your power to somebody else and nothing will change. An apologetic says, this is how I'm choosing to live. OK. This is it. This is me. This is how I choose to live.
15:38
I am in charge of myself. I'm my sovereign architect. This is what I believe. This is how I'm choosing to live. I'm not busy trying to inflict it on you. Often it's interesting because I used to be afraid either overtly or inside about talking about afraid of talking about spiritual things to clients, meaning that essence, that energy, that spirit.
16:07
that we all have and we know it. I used to be afraid of that. And I'm not anymore. And I say it. And I say at the same time, I'm not trying to proselyte you or recruit you to any particular position. But it's important to be clear that this is what I believe. This is how I operate. This is why these are the benefits. This is what's going on. And I choose to live that way. And I can invite you to consider it, invite you to experiment with it.
16:38
But I always say I'm not trying to proselyte you to any particular point of view. I often will ask, how do you relate to that topic? Tell me about what your experiences are. And you know what I find? The objection that most people have is rooted in their experience with some organized spiritual essence, organized spiritual traditions, some religion. And that experience has brought them to a place of, don't want any of that.
17:06
But when we separate it from that and we just talk about the spirit, the energetic essence, 99 % of people that I talk to, maybe 99.9, are all in. They know it, they feel it, they talk about it, and they want to integrate it into their lives, into their business, into their relationships, into their decision making, because it's such a big part of our life. We're dual beings. We have a skin bag and we have some kind of an energetic interior, and we all know that.
17:37
But anyway, if my conviction has become arrogance, then I'm not going to be effective because if I act like or believe, if I believe, even if I try to be nice, that somehow my convictions better than yours or it somehow makes me elevated. Or if you do that, you're in trouble because then we've cut off the dialogue again when people feel attacked or ignored. Listening stops and then
18:05
know, growth stops, opportunity stops. So has your conviction, whatever it is, become arrogance? You can have your own absolute certainty while remaining humble.
18:21
That one was one that took me a long time to both understand and to create. So ask yourself, has conviction become arrogance? Another thing that's really important is have I become incapable of learning? See, here's a you know, all of you know that I have a couple hours of preparation every day and I do that on purpose. And one part of it is I say,
18:52
I am that I get coached, get coached, meaning to grow by every person in my path. Regardless of their standing or stature or status, if they're rich or old or young or famous or unknown. I seek out that stuff and my question is always, hmm, I wonder how this can help me grow, not that's wrong or to find something negative about it. And I found that to be a really joyful way to live.
19:22
Now, I have an invitation for you here in the middle of this. If you have a story, if you have a conviction, if you have an experience that you'd like to share and you'd like to have amplified by being on the show, get a hold of me. OK, right here, your ultimate life podcast dot com, your ultimate life podcast dot com. There's a contact form and use as the subject line. Share my truth. Share my truth.
19:52
I'd love to have you. I like to have people on here who have their own experiences and conviction and learning because I learn and because I think the audience learns at the same time. Another question about being unapologetic is this. Can evidence change me if I see something? One of the things I loved about going to the IANS, the International Association for Near Death Studies a few weeks ago,
20:20
where I spoke in Bellevue, Washington, was the number of people there with just amazing experiences in how many ways I learned. They had a room there called the Experiencer Lounge, and that room had between maybe 10 and 40 people in it at a time. And everybody could talk and share what their experience was. And I was fascinated by the number of ways and the conviction and truth of
20:50
what people had experienced. And I didn't doubt any of it. It is not on me to do that, but it did change me. And I loved it. Another question when you're unapologetic is to ask, can another mountaintop exist? Is there another way to look at this? And I invite you to think about that. If any of those things are are hard for you, if you feel like your conviction has become arrogance and it's more important to prove somebody wrong,
21:20
or that it's difficult to learn or that evidence doesn't impact you, you got to return to K, the kindness, because that's the basket. all the same. all same. We all came from the same place, the same being, the same creator. And we all have had different experiences. And so where we are right now is different. But the connecting tissue is love, kindness, humility. I don't know anymore.
21:49
And I am not any better than anyone I talk to. And I remind myself of that continually, especially when people say stuff about my experiences, when I share my experiences of being out of body and learning how to do stuff or writing 20 something books or I wave over here because my stack of books is over there. When I share any of that, people say, oh, wow. And I stop them and I accept if they say, wow, that's amazing. I thank them.
22:16
And I say, yes, it is. It is absolutely amazing. And I am absolutely no more elevated or better than you are. In fact, my assumption is everybody I meet is at least as smart and capable, if not more so than I am. The difference between one person and another might be how much they've executed. But we're all divine beings with infinite possibility. Now, let's move to the sea.
22:46
Consistent. Consistent is a bugaboo. It's a difficult thing for us. How many times have you said, I'm going to eat differently. I'm going to exercise differently. I'm going to swear less. That was one I had to work on some years ago. I to cuss badly and I learned to cuss that much because I thought it was cool for some warped reason. And then after it was such a habit,
23:14
I thought, you know what? I really don't like the sound of this. I'm to be done with that. So I had to unlearn it. But anyway, how many have said you go to the gym or lose some weight or make more money or learn a skill or write a book or whatever? And the consistency fades like you go to a conference and you get riled up and you jump up and down with the music and yeah, yeah, yeah. And then.
23:41
Monday morning comes, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday, the emails bring bad news. Thursday, you've got to go see a doctor, whatever. And the consistency. I struggled with that a lot when I first was creating this daily creation process I've talked so much about. And the reason I talk so much about it is because it's magic. It's literally
24:11
Harry Potter powerful magic, right? Zap things into existence. But anyway, creating that was really hard. I made great plans. I had great stuff. And then I might get up late or I would dawdle a bit or I would get sidetracked or something would take a little longer than I wanted. And boom, out the window. More than just I didn't finish it today, my resolve faded.
24:41
No, it doesn't matter. I can't do that. So consistency was a huge problem. I've learned now to overcome it through forgiveness and through just doing it enough that I now never skip just because I love it. It has now become a habit that I love because it leaves me feeling so juicy. Right. But anyway, consistency in your message and your mission is so critical because without consistency, everything is like theater.
25:11
It's like a great episode. Great. That was a great episode. And then you meet the actors behind the stage and it's like, Whoa, it's like the phrase never meet your heroes. I hear that. I heard it on an episode on television of something yesterday or the day before or something. I hate that. I hate that idea. And the reason is because we look at someone and we think they are good or cool or right or whatever.
25:41
And then we meet them and we find out they're human like all of us. But normally it's in the context of they're nowhere near. The thing they've been preaching. Having someone be human and make a mistake or whatever, that's easy. But when I'm around someone. Who is. Trying or is the embodiment of what they teach integrity, honesty.
26:10
personal preparation, daily rituals, love, kindness, growth, whatever it is the personal development work they're teaching. And they are that you feel it. The energy is there. And so I love meeting my heroes. And I want that to become absolutely true. Love meeting heroes. No, meet your heroes. That's a lack of consistency because we have to be consistent or what we teach is just noise.
26:40
It's just theater. We're pretending. We're talking about something. Now there's nothing wrong with talking about something. Okay. But it's nowhere near as powerful as being something because that emanates from the core. Otherwise it's like a great episode or a cool acronym or an amazing Facebook post or medium article or LinkedIn blog. Whoa. And then
27:10
Naint nothing. How sucky. Right. So consistency, right. Both in sharing, like you might think of consistent posting or consistent newsletters or articles. But I'm thinking consistency and being. So consistency move the moves the idea of F fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind. The F U C K acronym.
27:40
It moves it from some kind of a whack job slogan to a real identity because then it creates power. I promise you want to create a movement. Be consistent, be transparent, be there all the time. I don't know why my nose itches so much, but there are some checks, right? Has consistency become rigid? One of the reasons I had such trouble
28:08
building my morning routine to be invincible, infallible is because it was rigid. I had to do exactly these things and it gets boring or you might pull a muscle or whatever. It has to be flexible but functional. Flexible but functional. It has to work. The purpose of daily creation for me is to put myself in flow in the elevated state connected to the divine and in love with you. If I'm in flow,
28:37
connected to the divine and in love with you, my ritual worked. And I have lots of ways to get there. But that's why I never skip because the feeling of being in flow, connected to the divine and in love with you is like juicy. And I never want to not be that. So has consistency somehow become rigid? Am I serving the practice instead of the principle? Here's a funny example. I love stretching. I love being limber. And I always want to get back to where I can
29:06
You know, big wide splits and this and that and the other. And because I was doing that so much, I pulled some and tore some muscles in my left glute and bled in the muscle. And those of you that have had muscular bleeding know how bad that hurts. Right. And so I was in staggering pain and it's still going on. And today I lifted my foot in a certain way that stretches doesn't matter. And I could feel it coming to the edge.
29:36
My old way would have been press too far, which is serving the practice, not the principle. thought I'm not doing that. You know, honor what it feels like and go to the safe place. That's serving the principles. So is your consistency serving a practice or the principle? Can you make adjustments? Can you forgive? When somebody misses, that's true in business, it's true in a relationship.
30:06
It's true loving yourself and it's true adding good to the world. If you can't adjust and you can't return, excuse me, get back on track. If you can't change your mind, if you can't do that, then guess what? It is returned to K return to kindness, right? Because kindness and love, you know, together, service, kindness, compassion.
30:34
Those words get a short shrift. You know, we think they're mush. We don't think they have anything to do with production. We think of production as grind beat. And it's not, it's not sustainable. Joy is a choice. Love is a choice. It's more fun to live in productivity with love, productivity with kindness, productivity with consistency.
31:04
All right, so if you have trouble with any of those, as you think about how you're applying them in return to kindness. Now I want to talk for a minute about pure kindness, just about the K itself. Look, love is the substance that builds the universe. I don't know how. I don't know why love makes molecules stick together. Maybe the strong force that we just call the strong force is love. Right?
31:34
Maybe there's another way to think about that that we haven't figured out yet. But here's the thing. Here's what we know. Love, kindness, empathy, those kinds of things are attractive forces. We are attracted to light and love emanates light. Right. We know that because the opposite of love, sometimes people say it's fear. Sometimes people say hate. That is a repulsive force. Hate.
32:04
and fear push away. It is a destructive force. Right? Love, empathy, kindness, enlightenment, all those are attractive. And that's how you know it is the building block. It brings people together. It brings hearts together. It creates unity. creates power. It creates beauty. All of those things come from K, kindness,
32:34
love, compassion, humility. There aren't weasel words. They aren't mush words. They aren't wimp ass words. They're the strongest words. They will overpower and win any amount of fear, hate, grinding, beating, rawr, anytime, every time. Now that doesn't mean you don't have to grind sometimes. Believe me, I used to practice four hours a day and
33:03
you know, muscles hurt and things and grinding on that. Right. And if you're going to be good at anything, three, four, five, six hours a day at your preferred skill is mandatory.
33:18
And so there is some persistence, but there's a difference between perseverance and grinding. Grinding is perseverance with negative energy. Persistence, perseverance with joy is far more powerful than grinding. I've said this a lot. I used to teach piano for decades and I noticed that students that were persistent, but
33:47
were persistent with curiosity and persistent, you know, let's see what we can do here. And persistent with fun made way more progress than people that spent the same number of minutes on the bench, but were grinding and got mad at themselves and bang the keys. used to do that when I practiced and it kept making the same mistake on the keys, right? It didn't improve my piano and it irritated others.
34:17
When I focused with curiosity, with kindness and persistence, wow, it got better and got better faster. So that is all true. And you know that kindness keeps the whole thing human. So I love fierce words, fierce, unapologetic, consistent in a basket of kindness, because that's what keeps everything from being poison. And kindness alone.
34:45
needs the fire of fierce, unapologetic and consistent. Because kindness without fierceness, I don't want to upset anybody. You know, that's nonsense. Kindness without unapologetic truth. Well, I just told them what they wanted to hear. Duh, kindness without consistency is I care when it's convenient when I feel like it. True kindness has a back
35:15
bone. Right? You know that kindness is love that carries weight. Kindness, the other kind is wimp blows away in the wind. Now I tell a story about going from the swamp to the meadow. Right? I call it the swamp of learned helplessness, addiction to mediocrity and victim mindset. And I you know, most people live there.
35:43
They're working hard and every day and working for the weekend and grinding some and whatever. And I can never get ahead because of this. And it has a lot of blame in it. So you can leave the swamp and get to the in my metaphor. It's the marvelous mountain meadow of radical excellence. Fierce life ownership and a heart to serve. So the swamp is addiction to mediocrity, victim mindset.
36:14
and learned helplessness. And the marvelous mountain meadow is fierce life ownership, a passion to serve and radical excellence. Now you can move from one to the other without hating the swamp.
36:29
without hating yourself for having been there, without hating others that are still there and not yet able to move. And in fact, when you have fierce life ownership, radical excellence, and a passion to serve, your biggest desire is to run back along the path and extend the hand to those that are in the swamp for somebody that wants to come. You can't make them because that violates some of the earlier stuff we talked about.
36:56
But it's important and it's fresh to understand. Because we're talking about more than moving people from learned helplessness, addiction to mediocrity and victim mindset toward fierce life, ownership, radical excellence and a passion to serve. We're talking about doing that 300 million people I'm going to help move, but it's not standing in the meadow and spitting on the people still in the swamp because I live there.
37:27
A little bit, a lot, up to my eyeballs, over my head, sometimes right up to here.
37:35
People in helplessness have reasons. People addicted to mediocrity learn something about safety. It's all I get. Victim posture often grew from some genuine injury. So the answer is never contempt. It is a loving, and guess what? Kind invitation.
38:01
If your freedom, if your own or my personal freedom makes me despise those who are not free, then I haven't climbed as high as I'm pretending. Okay, it is our glorious flip an opportunity to love everyone around us.
38:21
Okay.
38:24
I know I know what I've experienced in my own life and what I've seen with clients. And I have learned now about what fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind means. OK, here's what I also know, the bitterness and negativity that I referred to at the beginning. Politics is going to change. Election season is going to Somebody wins, somebody loses.
38:54
And then another crisis is going to come. Everybody's going to accuse the others of whatever. And then another election comes. And that cycle keeps repeating. Another crisis, another crime, another bunch of people pointing at others. If all we do, and I'm saying this with all the love in my heart, if all we do is elevate our own tribe and elevate that or elect it or whatever, and then we
39:23
punish the other tribe and then celebrate or complain, nothing is going to change. And that would be really sad. This invitation about finding your message and sharing it fierce, unapologetic, consistent and kind, we need fundamental change. The world changes when humans become what more responsible, more truthful, not bitter.
39:51
Responsible is not blaming others. What can I do more truthful? Here is my belief. Here is what I offer. More creative. More courageous to do the right thing. More loving. More useful. Kibitzing and complaining is not useful. More willing to serve. You know, I'm not saying governments don't matter and policies matter. Of course they do.
40:21
But the way we get there effectively is with love and kindness. Now I invite you to share your story on my show, yourultimatelifepodcast.com. You want to share your story? You want to share your viewpoint? Love to have you go to that website, yourultimatelifepodcast.com. Use the contact form, use the topic line, share my story.
40:46
Okay? I'd love to have you. I'd love to be a megaphone for you. And no matter what we believe or think,
40:57
We are responsible all the time for our own authorship, how we live our lives. And if we spend our time complaining about others and yelling at them, we're not being fierce, unapologetic and consistent and kind. We're being useless and make a noise.
41:19
Okay, you matter. You are a divine being. Your opinion matters. Your story matters and your thoughts matter. Okay. Here's the final questions for you. What do you love enough to stop just talking about it? What do you love enough or are committed to to start taking action in the world that matters, not just complaining? Second question.
41:48
What truth are you still apologizing for?
41:53
What truth are you talking about occasionally? When nobody's watching. I invite you to be fierce, unapologetic, consistent, and then, of course, kind. So that none of us become dehumanized. I love you. I believe in you. You have infinite worth. Your identity is divine. Your possibilities are limitless. So take ownership and exercise sovereignty.
42:23
Turn your love outward. Add good to the world. I promise you can live and have your ultimate life. So give a F-U-C-K. Be fierce without being cruel. Be unapologetic without being arrogant. Be consistent without becoming rigid. And be kind as a basket without becoming weak. Take your life back from institutions or people or old history or wounds.
42:53
or politics or fears or algorithms or excuses or ghosts, but maybe you've allowed to hijack it. Don't spend your freedom admiring yourself. Use it. Create, build, love somebody on purpose and more. Add good to the world. And for heaven's sake, don't become what you hate while you're trying to change the world.
43:21
If you do that, I promise you can live a life of purpose, prosperity and joy. Your ultimate life.
